Whitney Purvis missed her late son Weston Jr.'s funeral last week after showing up late and getting turned away ... TMZ has learned.

A source close to the "16 and Pregnant" star tells TMZ ... Whitney was devastated after she was turned away from the Georgia funeral home last Saturday where her 16-year-old son Weston Jr. was being honored.

According to the source, Whitney was told by her baby daddy, Weston Gosa Sr., the funeral service for their late son would begin at 4 PM. But when Whitney arrived at the chapel, she says she was told the service had already started at 2 PM -- and she wasn't on the guest list.

6:10 PM PT -- A rep for the NYC Fire Department tells TMZ ... the 911 caller reported that Anne went into cardiac arrest.

"Food Network" celebrity chef Anne Burrell has died in NYC ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... EMS personnel received a call of a woman in need of assistance Tuesday morning after Burrell was found unresponsive inside her Brooklyn home.

Paramedics were unable to revive Burrell and declared her dead. The medical examiner will conduct an autopsy to determine her cause of death.

Cops in Hawaii tell TMZ no foul play is suspected in the death of actor David Hekili Kenui Bell, who died suddenly only weeks after his part on Disney's live-action "Lilo & Stitch" hit the big screen.

Police on the Big Island tell us David died June 12 at 2:26 PM and they are looking into the matter ... with the coroner report and autopsy yet to be completed. We're told that information will be key to determining an exact cause of death.

At this time, though, cops say there is no indication foul play was involved ... and the investigation is ongoing.

Arthur Folasa Ah Loo, a fashion designer famous for appearing on "Project Runway," was fatally shot at a "No Kings" protest over the weekend in Utah.

Police in Salt Lake City say Arthur was shot during Saturday's demonstration ... and he was rushed to a hospital, where he ultimately died from his injuries.

12:50 PM PT -- Vance Boelter appeared in federal court Monday afternoon, where his bail was set at $5 million. His next hearing is scheduled for June 27.

Vance Boelter -- the suspected killer of Minnesota State Senator Melissa Hortman and her husband -- allegedly went to the homes of four different politicians with the intent to kill them ... according to the state's top prosecutor.

Joseph Thompson, the Acting United States Attorney for the District of Minnesota, says Boelter made a bunch of stops early Saturday morning ... first going to the home of Minnesota State Senator John Hoffman in Chaplin, where he shot the politician and his wife before fleeing the scene. Boelter was posing as a police officer, wearing a uniform and driving a vehicle resembling a police SUV, authorities have said.

Thompson says Boelter then went to Maple Grove and rang the doorbell at the home of an unnamed State Representative's house ... but the lawmaker was NOT home as she was on vacation with her family.

Boelter -- who also shot and wounded another Minnesota lawmaker and his wife -- was arrested in rural Green Isle, Minn., after an eagle-eyed officer spotted him dashing into the woods, according to police.

10:55 AM PT -- The hit list found in the Minnesota suspect’s car contained nearly 70 names. A law enforcement official told CNN the names included abortion providers, pro-abortion rights advocates and lawmakers in Minnesota and other states.

The official added law enforcement also found a Father's Day card addressed to the suspect in a bag full of ammunition.

The suspect on the run for the shooting death of Minnesota's Democrat State Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband reportedly wanted to slaughter even more lawmakers.

The gunman's manifesto was found in the SUV he drove to the Hortman residence before their murders, according to NewsNation's Brian Entin -- and the suspect had written down "names of many lawmakers and other officials."

Iranian athlete Parsa Mansour was killed in the Israeli strikes in Tehran on Friday ... with reports stating he was returning home from a training session when the attack broke out.

The Iranian Tennis Federation announced the death on Instagram ... saying Mansour was among the casualties after the launch of Israel's "Operation Rising Lion," an unprecedented series of airstrikes targeting Iran and its military infrastructure and leadership and nuclear sites.

Mansour, who was leaving practice, was killed by the strikes along with other military commanders, scientists and civilians, the org. stated.

Loren Ruch, head of content for HGTV and cohost of "HGTV House Party," died Thursday at Mount Sinai in NYC ... and his family is clarifying exactly what happened to the beloved media personality.

Dolly Norris, Loren’s mother, tells TMZ … the HGTV fixture was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia about a year ago, and treatment for the cancer left him with a weakened immune system. He was hospitalized a few months back for a bowel blockage -- and he then caught pneumonia, which ultimately was his cause of death. Dolly tells us he was cancer-free.

Loren's passing is even more devastating for the family, as just a few weeks ago he seemed to be on the road to recovery … but, Dolly says, he took a turn for the worse and his health declined quickly -- including a lung collapsing.
