A 14-year-old reportedly died Saturday after getting a boob job -- done by her mother's boyfriend -- to the shock of her unsuspecting father.

Paloma Nicole Arellano is the reported victim of a botched breast augmentation performed at a private clinic in Durango, Mexico, Durango's El Siglo reports.

The outlet says Paloma's father, Carlos Arellano, was told by his ex-wife their daughter had been hospitalized in Durango and later died due to complications from COVID-19 ... but he found out his daughter's dark secret at her funeral.

Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson is devastated over his former teammate Rudi Johnson's death ... saying he wishes he had the chance to tell him he loved him one last time.

The ex-Cincinnati Bengals superstar briefly addressed the tragic news on the "Nightcap Show" with Shannon Sharpe on Wednesday ... and it's clear he was deeply impacted by loss.

"I just lost my dog yesterday, Rudi Johnson ... obviously the great memories we had playing in Cincinnati and all that good stuff."

Sophia Hutchins did not have any alcohol or drugs in her bloodstream when she died in a vehicle accident in Los Angeles over the summer, TMZ has learned.

Hutchins was a publicist and longtime friend of Caitlyn Jenner. The L.A. County Coroner performed an autopsy on her after her horrifying crash near Caitlyn's Malibu home in July.

According to the medical examiner's report, obtained by TMZ, Hutchins came up clean for alcohol and drugs, with the exception of her initial test for benzodiazepines, an anti-anxiety drug. But further testing determined benzos were not detected in her system.

Rudi Johnson recorded a video message encouraging kids to "shoot for the stars" and "never give up" ... just days before he died by suicide.

The ex-NFL star delivered the heartfelt note as part of an acceptance speech for his induction into the Chesterfield Sports Hall of Fame's Class of 2025.

Johnson -- who an official said could not make the Sept. 18 ceremony due to previous commitments -- thanked all his former teammates and coaches in a vid that was played at the Chester, Va. festivities ... before he turned his attention toward the youth.

The body of the girl found in singer D4vd's car, Celeste Rivas, has been released to her family ... the Los Angeles County Coroner tells TMZ.

Utah Valley University has formed the UVU Memorial Committee to create a monument for Charlie Kirk following his assassination on their campus Sept. 10.

The university announced the development Monday, noting ... "We will listen to community voices and carefully consider the many perspectives surrounding this memorial."

The committee will be co-chaired by Scott M. Smith, UVU Board of Trustees chair, and Amanda Covington, Utah Board of Higher Education chair, and "include students and political leaders among other key stakeholders," the university said.

The Los Angeles Police Department has been investigating Celeste's death -- and even searched the home D4vd has been renting for 12 hours last week -- but have not named him as a suspect in the case.

Christian radio host Frank Turek got emotional Sunday at the Kirk memorial, telling the crowd what it was like on the ride to the hospital.
