Former MLB pitcher Yoervis Medina has died following a reported medical episode.

Medina, who pitched for the Mariners and Cubs, suffered a heart attack and consequently crashed his car at a shopping center in his home country of Venezuela, according to local outlet Radio America.

The accident reportedly occurred Thursday night at the Via Veneto Shopping Center in the municipality of Naguanagua. He crashed into several parked cars, but no additional injuries have been reported.

The Mariners paid tribute to Medina upon learning of his sudden death, saying they were "saddened" and extending their "deepest sympathies" to his family and friends.

Ryan Seacrest has announced heartbreaking news ... his father, Gary Lee Seacrest, has died following a years-long battle with prostate cancer.

The "Wheel of Fortune" host shared the news on Instagram Friday, telling fans his father "peacefully passed away earlier this week." He said his family finds comfort knowing "he is in a better place and free of any pain or suffering."

He wrapped up his post -- which featured a handful of family photos -- by speaking directly to his late father, writing ... "Dad you will live in our hearts forever. I love you."

"9-1-1: Nashville" is remembering to one of its rising stars -- Isabelle Tate -- after the actress' untimely death at just 23-year-old.

At the end of Thursday's episode, an "In Loving Memory" title card appeared ... showing the late actress smiling warmly in a red outfit.

Isabelle passed away on October 19th ... with her agent telling us she died peacefully in her sleep.

Sam Rivers -- the bassist for the nu metal group Limp Bizkit -- died in a bathroom in his Florida home ... and it sounds like he fell off the toilet.

TMZ obtained the incident report from Sam's death ... and in the documents, a deputy with the St. Johns County Sheriff's Department says the caller, named Keely, told law enforcement she found him face down in the bathroom before calling 911.

We obtained the 911 audio too, and you hear Keely telling dispatchers she found Sam in a pool of blood ... then she gets emotional as she performs CPR.

Floyd Roger Myers Jr.'s family is making sure his dream lives on ... with his ex-wife and kids stepping in to run the business he built from scratch after leaving Hollywood behind.

His mom, Renee Trice, tells TMZ ... the "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" actor was passionate about his air duct cleaning company, calling it his greatest accomplishment outside of family. Renee says Floyd left the Hollywood industry at just 19. After stepping away from acting, he attended Clark University in Atlanta on a full golf scholarship, studying business. He later spent a decade working for an appliance company before launching his own air duct cleaning business ... the same one his family now plans to keep running in his honor.

Lady Gaga's grandmother, Angelina Calderone Germanotta, has died ... TMZ has learned.

Angelina -- the mother of Gaga's dad, Joe Germanotta -- passed away on October 12, just days shy of her 95th birthday. A funeral for Angelina was held on October 17 in Pompton Plains, New Jersey.

Angelina was the matriarch of the Germanotta family and had a special bond with her superstar granddaughter. In fact, Gaga's full name -- Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta -- carries part of her late grandmother's name, a touching tribute Gaga has often said connects her to her family's legacy and Italian roots.

D4vd attended a huge bash back in 2024 ... and, a photo has surfaced appearing to show Celeste Rivas standing with him and partying the night away.

The singer-songwriter hit the party in July last year at a house in Los Angeles ... and one picture taken by a pro photographer at the place captures D4vd with a huge grin on his face -- and a girl behind him turned to the side, covering her mouth with her hand.

KitKat -- the resident feline at Randa’s Market in the Mission District -- was reportedly hit by a driverless Waymo late Monday. A local resident told Mission Local he was driving down the street when he saw the Waymo suddenly swerve ... and people on the sidewalk started shouting and grabbed the cat as the Waymo drove off.

A 311 city complaint stated KitKat was near the store, sitting on the sidewalk next to the transit lane when he was struck -- and the self-driving taxi “did not even try to stop.”

Floyd Roger Myers Jr. -- a former child actor best known for his role in "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

His mom, Renee Trice, tells TMZ ... Myers passed away in the early hours of Wednesday morning from a heart attack at his home in Maryland. She tells us he suffered 3 prior heart attacks over the course of the last three years. She says she just spoke to her son last night.

Floyd kicked off his career as a younger version of Will Smith in the hit sitcom "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" ... before taking on the role as a young Marlon Jackson in the television miniseries "The Jacksons: An American Dream."

Myers had a part in one episode of the short-lived TV drama "Young Americans" in 2000.

Two of Nick Mangold's old Jets teammates are urging voters to put the ex-center into the Hall of Fame following his tragic death.

Santonio Holmes and Leon Washington -- who both shared the gridiron with Mangold for several years in New York -- told TMZ Sports on Wednesday the former offensive lineman is as deserving as anyone when it comes to busts in Canton.

In fact, Holmes said Mangold should be in "without a doubt" -- while Washington added there's "no question."

Longtime Philadelphia radio DJ Pierre Robert has died, according to Beasley Media Group, the parent company of his longtime station 93.3 WMMR-FM.

Robert was found dead at his home Wednesday, and a cause of death wasn't immediately released, according to 6ABC in Philadelphia.

Robert was originally from California. He began his career in San Francisco, and later moved to Philadelphia and started at WMMR in 1981.

Hollywood producer and serial rapist David Brian Pearce was sentenced to 146 years to life in prison Wednesday for the tragic drug overdose deaths of a model and her friend ... in addition to other heinous convictions.

Pearce was convicted of murdering 24-year-old Christy Giles and her 26-year-old friend Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola in the first degree back in February. According to ABC7 Los Angeles, further investigation also uncovered rapes he committed against several women over more than a decade -- he was also convicted of multiple counts including forcible rape, sexual penetration by use of force, rape of an unconscious person, and sodomy by use of force.

Prosecutors said Pearce reportedly met Giles and Cabrales-Arzola at an after-hours rave and later drugged them to facilitate a sexual assault.

Beloved TikToker Kae Bradshaw has died after a valiant battle with cancer.

Her husband, Austin, announced the heartbreaking news on her TikTok account Wednesday and revealed she passed Monday at 1:27 AM with family surrounding her.

Austin said Kae -- who had been diagnosed with stage 4 cholangiocarcinoma, or bile duct cancer -- was in no pain and was holding his hand as she took her last breaths.

Buzz Aldrin's wife, Anca Faur, died Tuesday night, according to a statement shared by their families on Facebook.

The former astronaut -- the second man to walk on the moon -- was by his late wife's side when she died, as was her son Vlad Ghenciu. Her cause of death wasn't revealed in the statement.

Buzz and Anca first met at a professional event in December 2017, and they began dating the following May. They ended up tying the knot on his 93rd birthday in 2023, according to People.
