After Mary Cosby's son Robert Cosby Jr.'s sudden death this week, "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" cast has put old wounds on ice.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the SLC housewives have set aside past fractures and on-camera drama to rally around Mary during an absolutely devastating moment of her life. We're told any lingering tension from filming or prior seasons simply doesn’t matter right now.

Our sources say the outreach has been unanimous. Every cast member has contacted Mary in some way ... some stopping by in person, others checking in consistently by phone and text. We're told there's been no hesitation and no division when it comes to supporting her following Robert's death.

Devonta Lee -- who played college football for the LSU Tigers and Louisiana Tech Bulldogs -- has died at age 27, his former schools announced Thursday.

The wide receiver was a star at Amite High School ... and helped his team win a state championship in 2018.

He was a top recruit in the state ... and committed to LSU, where he played for three seasons.

Andy Cohen is reacting to Robert Cosby Jr.'s sudden death ... and he says his thoughts are with 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' star Mary Cosby.

The Bravo host spoke at length about Robert's death on his radio show ... revealing he's already had a long conversation with Mary.

Andy mentioned Robert's struggles with addiction and his legal issues ... and he said Robert's death at just 23 years old is every parent's worst nightmare.

More news following the tragic death of late Food Network star Anne Burrell ... authorities say medics did not attempt to revive her with Narcan, because she was already dead when they found her.

According to a police report, reviewed by TMZ ... Anne's husband, Stuart Claxton, found her body lying face-up on the shower floor of a bathroom in their Brooklyn home at 7:40 AM on June 17 last year. When emergency responders arrived, they pronounced Anne dead at 8 AM, the report said.

Police say they found "numerous over-the-counter medications mixed in a bowl" in the vicinity of Anne's body.

Katherine Short thought she'd feel safer as a social worker by putting distance between herself and her famous father ... filing a petition to change her name more than a decade ago.

The eldest daughter of Martin Short and Nancy Dolman filed to change her name back in 2012 from "Katherine Elizabeth Short" to "Katherine Elizabeth Hartley" ... a judge granted the change in early 2013.

She explains her reasoning in the document ... writing, "My father is a public figure. I am a psychiatric social worker. I am concerned about potential harassment from future patients resulting from my association with my father.”

Mary Cosby's son, Robert Cosby Jr., was facing two more domestic violence charges at the time of his death ... TMZ has learned.

The reality star's son was charged with felony aggravated assault, and felony assault -- both domestic violence counts -- earlier this month ... and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

According to cops ... the alleged victim came to them on November 23, 2025 -- days before Cosby was to be arraigned in another assault case -- claiming Cosby became angry with her when she flushed his drugs down the toilet in May 2024. The latest charges came on February 5.

11:20 AM PT -- Mary Cosby and Robert Sr. tell TMZ … "Our beloved son Robert Jr. has been called home to the Lord. Though our hearts ache, we take comfort in God’s promise and in knowing he is finally at peace. We are grateful for your prayers and trust in the Lord to carry us through this time of sorrow."

Robert Cosby Jr. -- the son of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star Mary Cosby -- is dead ... TMZ has learned.

Robert died Monday in Utah ... the cause of death is unclear, but police responded to a possible overdose, and it turned into a death investigation upon arrival.

Police in Salt Lake City tell us they responded Monday night to a call for a "full arrest/medical emergency" for a 23-year-old male. We're told fire and paramedics were dispatched.

"The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star Mary Cosby seemed concerned but hopeful about her son Robert's future in an Instagram post shared earlier this month ... but 2 weeks later, he was dead.

On February 7, Mary posted a picture of her 23-year-old son along with the caption "Thank you all for your prayers. Love you."

She commented ... "#godfirst Love you all. My Beautiful Son.. I love him sm."

Robert Cosby Jr. was administered Narcan before police reached him ... this according to dispatch audio.

The son of 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' star Mary Cosby was not conscious and not breathing Monday, according to the dispatcher ... who then says Robert had been given the opioid overdose countermeasure Naloxone -- brand name Narcan -- already.

Three units were en route to Cosby ... however, we know that once they arrived there was nothing they could do. Page Six was first to report on the dispatch audio.

Katherine Short -- the late daughter of Hollywood legend Martin Short -- was a "beautiful empathetic soul" who "took on the baggage of the world" as a mental health worker ... a close friend of hers tells TMZ.

We broke the story ... Katherine died by suicide Monday inside her Hollywood Hills home. Law enforcement sources told us she died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Katherine was a social worker and worked for a mental health nonprofit ... and her close friend told us her work weighed her down. We're told Katherine was laser-focused on hearing other people's problems that were being thrown at her, and she was always trying to help them with their mental struggles, which she could relate to.

An autopsy was performed on Katherine Short -- the daughter of Hollywood legend Martin Short -- Tuesday by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office ... and now her body is ready to be released.

As we first reported, Katherine died by suicide Monday inside her Hollywood Hills home -- from a gunshot wound to the head, according to the L.A. County Medical Examiner's website.

TMZ obtained dispatch audio, revealing that the person who called 911 from Katherine's house was unable to gain access to her bedroom. Los Angeles Fire Department personnel are heard responding to the scene for a shooting Monday evening ... the incident is later clarified as "self-inflicted."

Martin Short and his family issued a statement, saying ... "It is with profound grief that we confirm the passing of Katherine Hartley Short. The Short family is devastated by this loss, and asks for privacy at this time. Katherine was beloved by all and will be remembered for the light and joy she brought into the world."

Katherine was 42.

Eric Dane's ex-girlfriend Priya Jain has donated $10,000 to his GoFundMe following his death last week.

Priya and Eric dated for about a year after first being linked in November 2024 ... and her quiet donation comes as Hollywood pals and fans alike continue to dump money into the fundraising page, which is meant to support his two teenage daughters after he lost his life to ALS.

We've had an eye on the GoFundMe ... and it is nearing a half a mill in donations ... including from major Hollywood names such as Hailey Bieber and "Euphoria" creator Sam Levinson -- who dropped $20K each. Other sizeable contributions have come from Gwyneth Paltrow's husband, Brad Falchuk, and Lala Kent's ex, producer Randall Emmett, who threw in $10K each. Madonna's longtime manager Guy Oseary and Disney President Dana Walden also gave $5K each.

As we told you, 53-year-old Eric died last Thursday after being diagnosed with ALS in spring 2025. He is survived by his once-estranged wife Rebecca Gayheart and his two daughters, Billie and Georgia.

Martin Short's comedy show with Steve Martin -- "The Best of Steve Martin and Martin Short" -- has been postponed following the sudden death of his daughter, Katherine.

Short was set to take the stage with his "Only Murders in the Building" co-star this weekend in Milwaukee and Minneapolis for their comedy tour ... however, according to the websites for the venues, the shows were postponed due to "unforeseen circumstances."

We spoke to staff members for the theaters who told us it's unclear whether the shows will take place ... but it seems after the day went on, a decision was made behind the scenes to pull the scheduled performances from happening.

Lauren Chapin -- who played the youngest child, Kathy “Kitten” Anderson, on the beloved 1950s TV show "Father Knows Best" -- has died.

Her son, Matthew Chapin, announced the news on social media Tuesday evening, writing ... "After a long hard fought battle over the past 5 years, the time has come. My mother Lauren Chapin passed away from her battle with cancer tonight."

Lauren kicked off her acting career with an uncredited role in 1954's "A Star Is Born" starring Judy Garland, as well as the CBS series "Lux Video Theatre" before being cast as the precocious Kitten in 'FKB.'

Dispatch audio recorded the moment authorities raced to a reported shooting at the home of Martin Short's daughter, Katherine ... revealing the person who called in the incident was unable to enter the bedroom.

In the audio obtained by TMZ ... LAFD firefighters are heard responding to a call on Katherine's street Monday evening, initially for a shooting. Later, one firefighter asks if they are clear to enter, then confirms the incident was "self-inflicted" -- stating the caller is there with the patient but unable to enter the bedroom.

TMZ was first to report the devastating loss of Katherine Short, who took her own life Monday at her Los Angeles home. Law enforcement sources told us LAPD and the fire department responded to her place in the Hollywood Hills shortly after 6:40 PM PT, where she was found deceased.

Tributes are flooding in for Robert Carradine ... and his "Lizzie McGuire" TV wife Hallie Todd is remembering him as family, not just a costar.

Hallie shared a heartbreaking IG photo of them together and revealed their bond went way beyond set life ... saying over 25 years their families became inseparable ... celebrating birthdays, graduations, Halloweens and Thanksgivings side by side.

Hallie called him brave, strong, kind, with a wicked sense of humor -- adding Robert and his family were "probably my most treasured personal gift" from working on "Lizzie McGuire."
