"90 Day Fiancé" star Leida Margaretha’s baby daughter Alisa’s death has been deemed "non-accidental," TMZ has confirmed.

Leida’s attorney, Taylor Hart, confirmed the finding from Adams County Health and Human Services Department's initial assessment ... which Starcasm reports states there’s "a preponderance of the evidence to substantiate maltreatment of physical abuse to the infant by the mother."

The Wisconsin report notes no criminal charges have been filed in connection with the baby’s death ... and the investigation remains ongoing.

Jennifer Runyon Corman -- an actress known for her roles in "Ghostbusters" and "Charles in Charge" -- had been battling cancer for months prior to her passing on March 6.

A representative told Us Weekly, the 65-year-old actress "passed away after a 6-month battle with cancer."

They added, "She felt loved and blessed by her family and friends. She was beloved by countless people and will be missed."

Boston Singer Tommy DeCarlo Dead at 60

The singer's family confirmed the news in a Facebook post, writing that he died Monday after a battle with brain cancer.

Country Joe McDonald -- the legendary lead singer and co-founder of 1960s psychedelic folk rock band Country Joe and the Fish, best known for the anti-Vietnam War anthem "I-Feel-Like-I’m-Fixin’-to-Die Rag" -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the Woodstock icon died Saturday evening. Details surrounding his death are currently unclear.

McDonald, born Joseph Allen McDonald, became one of the defining voices of the 1960s protest movement. As frontman of Country Joe and the Fish, he helped shape the San Francisco psychedelic scene during rock's most politically charged era.

His 1969 Woodstock performance, which was complete with the crowd-wide "Fish Cheer," remains one of the festival's most unforgettable moments, cementing his place in counterculture history.

Corey got his start in the film industry in the mid-1980s ... notably winning the role of Pete in "Friday the 13th Part V: A New Beginning." He followed that up with a small part in the Kim Basinger romantic drama "9 1/2 Weeks."

In 1992, Corey landed a starring role in the sitcom "Flying Blind" alongside Téa Leoni. He played Neil Barash -- an awkward college grad who begins dating Leoni's wild and free Alicia.

TikToker Riziki Ilenre's death has been ruled as a suicide, TMZ has learned.

The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences has determined the 27-year-old died by hanging herself from a ceiling fan ... and was found during a welfare check.

She had a documented history of depression and past suicide attempts, the department said in an official investigation report.

TMZ previously confirmed with the Montgomery Police Department ... they were investigating her Dec. 12, 2025 death.

Karla Thaynnara -- a popular influencer known for posting about her motorcycle life -- has died ... which reportedly led her father to end his own life.

According to Brazilian outlet Correio Braziliense, the 25-year-old Karla died Tuesday around 8 AM local time after her motorcycle collided with a car on a highway. She was knocked down on the road, and run over by another car.

Her father -- reserve military police officer José Carlos Andrade Nogueira -- arrived at the scene and, after learning of his daughter's death, reportedly died by suicide.

Todd Meadows died at sea while shooting "Deadliest Catch" last week, and now we know he had only been back at work for a few weeks before his tragic accident ... his mom tells TMZ he suffered a concussion that temporarily put him on medical leave.

Angela Meadows tells TMZ ... Todd was hit in the head about a month ago while on the ship and -- according to protocol -- he got checked out by a doctor. When it was medically determined Todd had sustained a concussion, he was flown back home to Washington to recover.

It was during that week that his family last saw him.

Angela says, "The last photo I got of him was when he was building a fire. He was listening to music in the moment and was so happy. That's how I want to remember him."
