Diddy is already attempting to rehabilitate himself -- he's enrolling in self-improvement programs while in federal lockup to address his drug use and violence against women.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Diddy is in the STOP Program, a course the feds offer inmates focused on preventing sexual assault, domestic and dating violence.

We're also told he is undergoing therapy, and is in the Dr. Harry K. Wexler drug abuse program.

The person accusing Diddy of tossing a semen-soaked Notorious B.I.G. shirt on him is also claiming Puff had a notable accomplice acting as a henchman during a separate sexual assault -- Biggie's son, CJ Wallace!!!

According to the complaint filed during the 4th of July holiday, John Doe claims Biggie's son was among a group of men who lured him to a Revolt TV location in 2020 via a Combs Corporations' vehicle ... where he says he was then ambushed and led to another room where Diddy was waiting.

As John Doe's head was held by others, he claims Diddy attempted to stuff his penis into his mouth, all the while screaming at him that his days working for Bad Boy were over as punishment for clashing earlier.

2:11 PM PT -- White House Spokesperson Steven Cheung is hitting back, telling TMZ ... MLB superstar Wander Franco has been found guilty of sexually abusing a minor.

The verdict in the Tampa Bay Rays shortstop's criminal case in the Dominican Republic just came down minutes ago on Thursday afternoon.

Franco had been on trial over allegations he had an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old girl. He was simultaneously accused of transferring money to the minor's mom to get her approval of their romance.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims Justin initially contacted her through Snapchat in 2017 and they messaged back and forth, with the woman eventually sending Justin risqué photos at his request. She says after she sent the snaps, Justin offered to fly her to L.A. for a weekend.

The woman says she was interested in working in entertainment and told Justin as much in their conversations ... and she claims Justin told her a trip to L.A. would help her potential career, telling her if she came, he would get her a job using his and his famous father's connections.

“Love Island” contestant Cashel Barnett has been held in a Utah jail since last month, facing charges of allegedly brutally assaulting his ex-girlfriend in front of their child ... and now he's facing even more felonies for allegedly sexually assaulting the same victim.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ … Utah prosecutors leveled three new charges against the reality star on Tuesday -- including aggravated sexual assault, aggravated assault, and domestic violence in the presence of a child.

Per the docs ... Cashel slapped and choked his ex-girlfriend while sexually assaulting her last November. This after he allegedly withheld any physical contact for a month because the alleged victim asked him to get a job to help support their child.
