Kris Jenner and her agent strung along videogame developers just long enough to rip off their ideas and create the cash cow known as "Kim Kardashian: Hollywood" ... according to a new lawsuit.

Kung Fu Factory, the developer, says it was contacted through a rep for the Kardashians in 2011, saying they were interested in creating a Kardashian-themed videogame. According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Kung Fu says it did the deed ... presenting a proposal for the game to Kris' rep.

Kung Fu says its version was very specific ... including everything from how Kim, Khloe and Kourtney's characters would look, to how the game would be played. However, months went by without any final decision from the Jenner/Kardashian camp ... until Kung Fu finally heard the game talks were "dead."

The videogame jocks say "Kim Kardashian: Hollywood" -- released in 2014 -- has many similarities to their copyrighted proposal.

Kung Fu wants unspecified damages, including profits from the game ... which are huge. Forbes estimated it would haul in $200 mil in its first year alone!

Metta World Peace says he and Kobe Bryant both tried to save Lamar Odom from going down a dark path ... and were FURIOUS when they learned he overdosed in a Nevada brothel.

Rebel Wilson went off on the Kardashians Wednesday, calling them a no-talent family and making it clear ... she feels they do not deserve the fame they achieved.

Rebel appeared on "The Kyle and Jackie O Show" on KIISFM in Australia, and revealed she passed on a chance to present at the VMAs with Kendall and Kylie. She seems super resentful, saying, "What they stand for is totally against what I stand for."

Kendall Jenner looks like she's starring in a remake of "American Graffiti" ... tooling around in a classic, awesome '57 Corvette Stingray.

Kendall was behind the wheel as BFF Hailey Baldwin rode shotgun Tuesday in Bev Hills.

We're told the car was a present for Kendall's 20th birthday ... a present she gave herself.

Fact is, 1957 was one of the most epic years in auto design history, with the Vette and T-Bird leading the pack.

Unclear what it set her back, but $70k would not be out of the question.

Kendall Jenner can draw a crowd, which she did in impressive fashion at The Nice Guy in WeHo for her 20th birthday bash.

Gigi Hadid was one of the first to show, which is appropriate because of her new bond with Kendall ... we've confirmed they'll both be on the runway for "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show."

Also present ... Kim and Kanye, Ruby Rose, Khloe and Kourtney, Kylie and Tyga, Drake, Miguel, Lil Za and Jaden Smith.

Lamar Odom is doing well enough that he's making his own decisions at the hospital, including who gets in to visit him -- so Khloe Kardashian had nothing to do with his dad getting turned away.

Our sources tell us Lamar's recovery has progressed to the point that he is communicating with doctors and fully participating in decisions about his treatment. We're told that's why Khloe finally decided to leave the hospital a few days ago.

As for what went down when Joe Odom went to the hospital -- we're told Khloe was not even there at the time ... so, if anyone blocked Lamar's dad, it was most likely Lamar himself.

Kourtney Kardashian got a little nostalgic about her brother, and she picked a weird way to show it ... posting a pic of him with his hand down his pants.

The photo, showing a skinny Rob Kardashian, is old from when Rob was living at Khloe and Lamar's pad. It was taken about 4 years ago and posted on a fan blog site.

Maybe Kourt just discovered that site, or more likely ... she's doing what all the sisters have been doing in recent months -- posting old pics of Rob, which they frequently delete.

Of course, Rob's been out of the spotlight ever since Kim's wedding last year. So, they're either encouraging him to resurface, or just giving him a public S/O to say ... we still got you, bro.

Kim Kardashian has figured out the whole pregnancy thing ... she's way more comfortable the second time around, even letting it all hang out.

The Kardashians threw a pajama-themed baby shower in Bev Hills over the weekend. Kim, who's 7 months pregnant, was looking good with North wearing matching PJs.

Way better than the tight-fitting stuff, which looked excruciating.

Kim Kardashian went full girlie for her baby shower -- as in a Girl Scouts themed party -- a family event big enough to get Khloe Kardashian to leave Lamar Odom's side.

All of the the Kardashian/Jenner sisters showed up Saturday to a Beverly Hills home wearing matching pajamas for the party, which recaptured a piece of Kim's childhood ... the movie, "Troop Beverly Hills." They even had tents in the living room, and of course ... Thin Mints and Samoas.

Kim's baby shower was originally cancelled due to Lamar's health crisis, but with his condition stabilizing ... they decided to go ahead, since Khloe was now able to be there.

No word if Thin Mints were frozen before serving, but everyone knows they should be.

Right?

Lamar Odom won Khloe Kardashian back by convincing her he would never do drugs again after hitting rock bottom.

Our sources tell us, Lamar told Khloe over the weekend he knew he cheated death, promising, "I am done with drugs." He also thanked her profusely for coming to Vegas and supporting him. He repeatedly told her that he loved her, and that was enough.

We're told Khloe made the decision right then to drop the divorce and nurse Lamar back to health.

TMZ broke the story ... Khloe's lawyer, Laura Wasser, went to court Wednesday and got the judge to dismiss the divorce case.

That all said, we're told not everyone in the Kardashian family thinks Khloe's decision is sound, because they've heard this from Lamar before.

Kim Kardashian's 35th birthday bash was a sympathetic affair -- cause when you're 7 months pregnant the best gift is to be surrounded with a roomful of big-bellied women ... even if they're faking.

Kanye West rented out a movie theater Wednesday night for Kim's surprise party -- they watched "Steve Jobs" -- but more importantly ... he had all the guests wear fake baby bumps. The man knows the way to her heart.

Interestingly, Kylie Jenner decided the baby bump fit better over her butt. Based on this pic ... we ain't arguing.

Apparently, Kendall Jenner's invitation said "bra optional." Again ... who's complaining?

Khloe Kardashain may have had fun bankrolling a massive midnight fireworks display for her now ex-boyfriend James Harden, but a dog living nearby was allegedly so freaked out he'll never be the same, so the owner is now suing her.

James Ferguson, a Marina del Rey resident, filed the lawsuit in small claims court, claiming the explosions created "a disturbance that harmed our family and pet."

James was not specific -- whether the pooch now freaks out at loud noises or craps on the carpet -- but he clearly thinks the damage is severe, because he's suing for $7,500.

Khloe, Harden and a bunch of guests watched the fireworks show on a boat just outside Marina del Rey. Thousands of sleeping locals were not amused.

Khloe Kardashian had a good luck charm at Sunrise Hospital when Lamar Odom was fighting for his life -- her leopard print blanket, and maybe it worked.

The blanket was frequently seen on "Khloe & Lamar" ... the couple laying in bed, wrapped in it.

When Khloe rushed to Lamar's bedside last week she brought the blanket for comfort and good luck. Not to screw with luck, Khloe made sure the blanket was snuggly wrapped around Lamar's body on the chopper ride back to L.A.

We're told it has truly been a security blanket for Khloe since she and Lamar split. She travels with it and she's been seen clutching the blanket on "Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons," where she told Kris she wasn't ready to give up on the relationship.

We're told it's a source of comfort for Lamar as well ... and it seems to be a source of rebonding.

Khloe Kardashian just thanked everyone who has prayed for Lamar Odom and supported her over the last week.

Khloe posted on her website, "The past week has been incredibly difficult. I am so thankful to family, friends, and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar."

She added, "I also want to take a moment to thank everyone at Sunrise Hospital, including the amazing doctors and nurses for their kindness and diligent work. Under their amazing care, incredible strides have been made."

And Khloe offered wisdom ... "You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure. Thank you for your continued support. God is great!!!"

Khloe Kardashian has put the brakes on her relationship with James Harden, in the wake of Lamar Odom's medical crisis ... sources tell TMZ.

We're told Khloe is putting her relationship with the NBA star on ice, and as one source puts it, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see she still has deep feelings for Lamar.

TMZ broke the story ... Khloe will be by Lamar's side during his rehab, which will take many months.

As we reported, Khloe and Lamar both signed the final divorce docs, but it takes anywhere from 2 to 4 months to process.

The former Social Secretary to Nancy Reagan claims her appearance on the Kardashian's reality series "Dash Dolls" has ruined her reputation in D.C., and she wants to be 86'd from the show STAT.

Gahl Burt is the former Social Secretary, and she's still very much a part of the political landscape ... she's super close with Hillary Clinton.

Gahl's daughter Caroline is one of the stars of "Dash Dolls." Somehow Caroline convinced her mom to appear on the show, and it's created big problems.

The mom was portrayed as a hyper-conservative parent, at one point telling her daughter, "You lost your brains, you have lost your mind!"

Gahl is upset for multiple reasons ... she feels the show makes her look like a bad parent, and she's also worried an apparent association with the Kardashian family might not go over well in Hillary's inner-circle.

Sources tell us Gahl fired off an email this week to producers asking to be removed from all future episodes.

So far ... no word if "Dash Doll" producers will oblige.
