Ray J put on a show for our "TMZ After Dark" tour riders Saturday night ... no, it wasn't a rap show, it was a striptease -- 'cause he popped his shirt off!

The rapper joined us once again on the new tour -- he's our most regular celebrity rider so far -- and, he gave the whole group an unforgettable experience ... kicking off by showing everyone what it's like to be the subject of paparazzi pics.

A whole bunch of paps shot Ray J through the door ... and, he told the riders this is the life of a celeb in H'wood -- before taking them around to some of the hottest spots in the area.

Chanel West Coast brought the cowgirl spirit to the "TMZ After Dark" tour ... singing a couple of country tracks for riders and jumping on a mechanical bull!

We've expanded the dates for our newest tour because of popular demand ... and, every celeb in Los Angeles wants a chance to host the event -- with Chanel taking her turn Saturday night.

Check out the video ... the former "Ridiculousness" personality leads the group in song, encourages them to shout out a famous phrase from "Star Wars" and even leads them in a hyped rendition of Shaboozey's "A Bar Song (Tipsy)."

The "TMZ After Dark" tour is one of the wildest parties in all of Hollywood ... and, Jerry O'Connell busted out some crazy dance moves on Friday night's edition!

The actor hosted the event ... and guests didn't even need to walk into the bars and clubs our tour bus stops at in order to throw it back -- they did a ton of dancing just on the ride.
