Joe Biden is battling cancer after being diagnosed with an "aggressive form" of the disease.

The former president's personal office announced the diagnosis Sunday in a statement posted on social media ... saying he has prostate cancer and it has spread to his bones.

The statement reads ... "Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms. On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone."

Joe Exotic's husband was released from prison and immediately deported to Mexico ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for Joe tells us ... his 33-year-old husband, Jorge Marquez Flores, was deported to Mexico on Friday after being released from a Texas prison.

Jorge's deportation comes one day after the "Tiger King" star posted on his social media that Jorge was taken to an ICE Detention Center for his hearing to either stay in America or go back to Mexico. Ultimately, he was sent back to Mexico hours later, we're told.

Two women who authorities believe were in the country illegally got emotional as they were escorted in handcuffs to their removal flight ... and only TMZ has video.

Footage from LAX on Tuesday shows two women being escorted to a flight to remove them from the country ... and the video picks up with them cuffed and shackled in the back of a van.

The women appear hesitant to get out of the van ... and after some discussion, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents are able to get the women out to the curb.
