While Hulk Hogan's death affected much of the wrestling world, it hit his family -- including his daughter Brooke -- especially hard.

The thing is, the late wrestler's eldest child wasn't present when the WWE champion was laid to rest, as she'd been estranged from her family for an extended period of time.

We're going to take a look at the background of the performer's daughter ... and examine what drove them apart.

Hogan shared his daughter Brooke and his son Nick with his first wife, Linda ... who he married in 1983 and divorced in 2009.

The professional wrestler's daughter got engaged to former Dallas Cowboys center Nick Costa, although they broke things off in 2013 before saying their vows.

She eventually moved on with former professional ice hockey player Steven Oleksy, and they made things official between them, marrying in June 2022.

Brooke and Oleksy started a family in 2025, when they welcomed a pair of fraternal twins named Oliver and Molly.

Brooke began her singing career in 2006 when she released her debut album, "Undiscovered" ... followed up by a record titled "The Redemption," released three years later.

She's also released several EPs, a mixtape, and numerous singles over the course of her musical career.

In addition to her work as a singer, Brooke's appeared on various television shows, including starring in the reality series "Brooke Knows Best," which ran for two seasons.

The late wrestler's daughter has since begun a career in interior design, and she founded her own design company, BB Designs By Brooke, in 2018.

Brooke's family life hasn't exactly been the smoothest, however, and she was estranged from her father at the time of his death.

We revealed the two hadn't spoken since 2023 shortly after Hulk died, as their relationship had been affected by issues over the years.

And that's not all ... her mother shared a video on her Instagram account in March 2025, claiming Brooke had "cut me out" and hadn't spoken to her in "almost eight years."

Brooke responded with an Instagram post of her own, in which she stated there were "completely separate reasons" for the distance she'd created between herself and each of her parents.

Following Hogan's death at the age of 71, he was memorialized at a funeral service in Largo, Florida ... where celebs like Vince McMahon, Triple H, and Ric Flair gathered to pay their last respects to the wrestler.

But, Brooke was a no-show at the event -- she explained her decision to skip the event by sharing a post on her Instagram account, claiming her father "hated the morbidity of funerals."

She said she honored her late father by taking a trip to the beach with her husband and their children.

Brooke Hogan is now offering to pay for an autopsy for Hulk ... saying Thursday she believes there's still "speculation and uncertainty" surrounding her dad's death.

The wrestling legend's daughter extended the proposal on her Instagram page ... just a day after Hulk's wife, Sky, revealed they haven't yet cremated the icon "as our family is making sure every question about his medical care is answered first."

Brooke said she'd personally cut the check for any invoice a medical examiner required ... writing, "if that's what it takes to get it done."

Hulk Hogan's gone, but his presence will still be felt at the big NASCAR race this weekend ... as Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is planning to have several tributes to the WWE legend etched onto his ride.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the driving star and his Hyak Motorsports team will be bringing back their red, white and blue Real American Beer paint job for their No. 47 Chevrolet to honor Hulk at Sunday's "Go Bowling at the Glen" Cup Series event on Sunday at Watkins Glen International in Watkins Glen, New York.

Additionally, Stenhouse Jr.'s car will feature a "HULKAMANIA Forever" decal that has an image of Hogan tearing off his shirt on it.

Brooke Hogan's got a lot to say about her family, her late father's funeral, his sex tape and their complicated relationship ... but she's got a special message for some folks in Hulk Hogan's camp -- keep spinning lies about her, and prepare to lawyer up!!!

Brooke joined us on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and opened up about why she skipped her dad's funeral this week, why they became estranged, why she wanted out of the will and why the last few weeks have been especially hard on her.

Hulk's daughter says people in her father's circle are spinning negative narratives around her and the lies have gotten so unbelievable it's laughable ... and also making her mad.

Sources close to Hulk Hogan say the wrestling icon desperately tried to patch things up with his daughter, Brooke, before his death ... but she's adamant that's just not true.

TMZ Sports is told ... the final text from Hulk to Brooke was an apology ... though she insists that message never reached her mobile device.

"There was a phone call before he married Sky," she said, "that was a cryptic phone call saying sorry for whatever he had done."

John Cena says his recent hair transplant has "completely" altered his life ... and he's ticked he didn't get the procedure done sooner.

The WWE Superstar -- who revealed back in April he had the scalp surgery after fans taunted him over his thinning hair -- went in-depth on the matter with PEOPLE this week ... and it ain't hard to tell he's loving his new look.

"It completely changed the course of my life," he said.

Brooke Hogan says she did not attend her father Hulk Hogan's funeral ... because she believes it's what he would've wanted.

In a lengthy social media post Tuesday night, Brooke writes, "My father hated the morbidity of funerals. He didn't want one. And although I know people grieve in many ways - and I'm so grateful for all celebrations and events organized to honor him, as his daughter, I had to make my own decision to honor him the best and most genuine way I knew how...privately...the way that made me feel the closest to him."

Instead, Brooke says she honored her father by taking her children to the beach -- placing them in the salty water he loved so much. She adds the "only thing missing today" was Hulk in his pop-up lawn chair while watching the waves and the sunset.

A Hulk Hogan-esque cloud appeared in the sky outside of his funeral on Tuesday ... stunning attendees as they said their final goodbyes to the WWE legend.

One of Hogan's good pals, Dee Jay Silver, said in an Instagram post the Hulk-like haze formed near Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Largo, Fla. ... just as the sun was setting on the icon's memorial service.

It certainly seemed to have a striking resemblance to the Hulkster ... as it mimicked one of his famous poses to a T.

Several high-profile celebs have just touched down in Florida to celebrate Hulk Hogan's life later Tuesday.

The WWE legend's memorial service is going down in Largo in a matter of minutes ... and Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, Kid Rock and Theo Von were all spotted flying into the city a short time ago to be there in person for the festivities.

Several more notable figures also showed up to pay their respects, including Vince McMahon, Ric Flair and Dennis Rodman.

Speaking of The Nature Boy, the wrestling legend shared some thoughts on social media.

"Even In Heaven, He Sold Out Again. The Most Beautiful Funeral I’ve Ever Attended!" Flair wrote, before listing some of the big stars in attendance.

"The Whole World Showed Up To Pay Respect To The Greatest Of Them All! Rest In Peace Hulkster! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻"

Hulk Hogan's daughter thinks the circumstances around his death are kinda suspicious, and she's speaking out about it for the first time.

Brooke Hogan broke her silence Tuesday, revealing her concerns while on radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge's show, saying the news her father was battling leukemia came as a total shock to her. In fact, she says it doesn't make any sense to her.

Brooke told Bubba there's no history of cancer in their family, and she said she was personally by Hulk's side multiple times when he had different surgeries, and would always look over his bloodwork. She's wondering why doctors wouldn't have discovered the leukemia earlier.

Cops say they've still yet to find any signs of suspicious activity surrounding Hulk Hogan's death ... this despite his daughter, Brooke Hogan, saying Tuesday there are aspects of his passing she finds fishy.

The 37-year-old Hogan told Bubba the Love Sponge on his radio show she was skeptical about a few things that came out after the WWE legend died ... namely his leukemia diagnosis.

She wondered why, if he did indeed have it, how did doctors not discover it earlier? She also told the shock jock -- who used to be close friends with her father -- she was curious as to why the medical examiner never got a look at her dad's body.

Dominik Mysterio is still WWE Intercontinental Champ after beating AJ Styles at SummerSlam on Sunday -- a match many fans say was his best ever -- but Dom disagrees, telling TMZ Sports he's only getting better!

We caught up with Dirty Dom out in NYC Monday morning ... and he tells us he did "absolutely nothing special" in training ahead of his title defense against the future WWE Hall of Famer.

"He had to prepare for me," Mysterio said. "It was my 20-year anniversary, so AJ had to prepare for what was coming for him, and that was Dirty Dom."

Brooke Hogan just revealed her dad, Hulk Hogan, told her Bubba the Love Sponge was not the one who leaked the sex tape that changed the course of the wrestling legend's life.

Brooke called in to Bubba's radio show Tuesday morning to make the stunning revelation ... after the two hadn't talked in over a decade.

The 37-year-old said she felt compelled to get in touch with the shock jock following Hulk's death because she had "been watching you take the heat for" the infamous sex tape scandal "and I've been hearing you say, 'Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry.'"

Seems Dave Bautista's found love again ... as the former WWE Superstar was spotted planting a kiss on a brunette during a dinner date this week.

Dave hit up the San Vicente Bungalows in West Hollywood with the gal ... and while her identity is not yet known -- it's clear Bautista's got some romantic feelings for her.

He was seen not only locking lips with her, but also placing his hand on her lower back as they strolled into the eatery.

For the second time this summer, a Nikki Bella breakup was savagely used as fodder by one of her WWE rivals.

The latest trolling went down on "Raw" on Monday night ... as Becky Lynch and Bella were cutting a promo inside a ring at the Barclays Center in New York.

Lynch brought up her marriage to Seth Rollins -- before ribbing Bella over her 2018 split with John Cena.

Hulk Hogan's new NYC bar is still moving forward despite his tragic passing last month ... and his son, Nick, made sure to stop by and check in on the progress while in town for WWE SummerSlam last weekend.

Hulk's only son hit the "Slam" establishment ... which is located across the street from Madison Square Garden, where the Hulkster famously made his WWE debut in 1979.

Nick was all smiles alongside biz partner Rich Rosen ... so it's safe to say he's happy with the product.
