Diddy's freedom is still up in the air ... but, he left his family with an encouraging message after his acquittal hearing today -- showering them with love and praise.

After the rapper's hearing to get his two Mann Act convictions thrown out ended, we're told he turned to the pews behind him -- full of his family including his mother, six of his children and more -- and told them he loves them, and they all make him super proud.

He specifically turned to his mom, Janice, blew her a kiss and told her she's beautiful ... before thanking everyone once again for showing up to support him.

Diddy's hearing on his motion to get the Mann Act charges thrown out started just a short time ago ... and, his lawyers are taking their argument from legal motions to real life -- firing off in a New York City courtroom.

The rapper's legal team -- led by Marc Agnifilo -- kicked off their argument by repeating to the judge what they previously stated in legal papers ... prostitution means one person paying to have sex with another person. They insist it doesn't refer to someone who pays to watch two people have sex, like Diddy did.

However, prosecutors responded by pointing out Diddy wasn't just going somewhere and sitting in a booth to watch two people get it on ... they say he reimbursed his ex-girlfriends for arranging the sexual encounters and derived sexual gratification himself from watching.

Diddy's lawyers showed up looking confident at his acquittal hearing Thursday ... while his family appeared hopeful as they made their way into the courtroom.

The music mogul's legal team -- led by Marc Agnifilo and Alexandra Shapiro -- arrived in full force ... armored in their sleek suits, bags full of legal briefs at a federal courthouse in NYC. Agnifilo told the assembled press he's missed them since Diddy was found guilty on two of five federal charges in July ... while another attorney, Jason Driscoll, just smiled when asked questions about how he's feeling about today.

Diddy's family showed up a short time later ... including Chance Combs and her mother, Sarah Chapman, Diddy's twins Jessie and D'Lila and Diddy's mom Janice -- all dressed to the nines in various black outfits. Christian Combs, Quincy Brown, Justin Combs and Raven Tracy arrived shortly after.

Ray J claims he's working with the feds to build a RICO case against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner ... but the R&B star gives no details on what it is he thinks they've done wrong.

During a recent live stream circulating on X, the singer claimed ... "The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy. I'm talking about, I'm on the news every day. I'm gonna say a lot of s**t."

He went on to claim, "Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds is coming. There's nothing I can do about it" before adding, "It's worse than Diddy."

Mr. Chow -- a celebrity-frequented eatery in Hollywood -- is being sued for failing to prevent sexual harassment and gender discrimination in the workplace after a former employee claimed a coworker touched the plaintiff's chest while on the clock.

In court documents filed by Shegerian & Associates and obtained by TMZ, a former employee suing anonymously as "Jane Doe" says she was continuously sexually harassed during her employment at the Beverly Hills establishment between 2022 and 2025, and claims she was retaliated against when she made formal complaints.

She alleges multiple instances of harassment from a server named Carlos Martinez ... the first being an August 2022 incident during which she claims he attempted to force her to kiss him on the cheek in order to leave the cramped coat-check area. Shortly after, she says, he showed her the cover of a book he was reading -- about sex -- which she describes as a "targeted attempt" to make her feel uncomfortable at work.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is getting another bite at the apple ... his attorneys will be in court today arguing to overturn his conviction on 2 federal counts of the Mann Act.

Diddy's legal team is asking Judge Arun Subramanian to change Diddy's Mann Act conviction to an acquittal or give him a new trial. Federal prosecutors are opposed to both.

As you know, the Mann Act prohibits the transportation of individuals across state lines for the purposes of prostitution.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is using his time in jail to teach his fellow inmates business skills ... and the men who picked his brain are singing his praises to the judge who is set to hand down his sentence next week.

Diddy's legal team is giving Judge Arun Subramanian more legal homework in the form of additional support letters from dozens of men who are locked up with Diddy at MDC Brooklyn.

In the letters, included in a legal filing obtained by TMZ, the inmates say they took the Bad Boy Records founder's "Free Game With Diddy" course behind bars and learned a lot.

The $33 million RICO lawsuit filed against Diddy's mother, Janice Smalls Combs, has been dismissed.

A court document obtained by TMZ reveals the federal complaint by plaintiff Deon Best -- a former associate of the music mogul -- against Janice and her music publishing companies was dismissed without prejudice.

Best, known as "D1", originally sued Janice in January 2025, alleging she was involved in a scheme to defraud him of his intellectual property rights, royalties, and publishing revenues. He accused her of knowingly using her influence and name to take away his publishing rights and royalties, which he said caused significant financial and emotional harm to him.

Diddy's lawyer, Erica Wolff, just responded, telling TMZ, “Mr. Nash is another opportunist looking to profit off his proximity to celebrity. This complaint is riddled with falsehoods and stands in stark contrast to the record that has already been established in court."

Wolff went on ... "Mr. Combs has dedicated his life and career to uplifting artists, creating opportunities, and building one of the most influential cultural enterprises in the world. Mr. Nash’s tabloid-style accusations are insulting not only to Mr. Combs, but also to the countless individuals who worked honorably and professionally within his companies."

She adds, "In court, the truth will prevail, as it did in his criminal trial:  that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman. Mr. Combs looks forward to clearing his name again in a court of law where truth matters.”

Diddy is facing a stunning lawsuit ahead of his sentencing ... the mogul's long-time stylist Deonte Nash is suing him for sexual battery, human trafficking and more.

According to new court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- lawyers for Deonte claim Diddy turned his dream of becoming a celebrity stylist into a "nightmare" ... one he was "forced to endure nearly every single day" during the roughly 10 years he worked for Diddy.

The docs go on to say ... "The horrors Mr. Nash experienced continue to plague him even after his employment ended."

9/26 -- 12:07 PM PT -- According to a new police report -- obtained by TMZ -- Dylan’s blood test found no ethyl alcohol, and no impairing drugs were detected.

"Nip/Tuck" star Dylan Walsh looked rattled and shaken after his violent car crash ... he's seen on police body cam explaining to officers how the harrowing incident unfolded.

In the intense footage -- obtained by TMZ -- cops rush up to Walsh's SUV just moments after he swerved into oncoming traffic and slammed into two utility poles. Daily Mail was first to report on the bodycam.

Walsh's wife, Leslie, is seen getting treated for her injuries as she lays on the street ... and you can hear Dylan tell cops he was behind the wheel. He adds he isn’t sure how the crash happened ... saying he looked down, and the next thing he knew they were in the wreck.

The Hollywood Hills rental home where singer D4vd was living has a security system with external cameras that capture everyone going in and out ... the owner tells TMZ.

Malden Trifunovic owns the home D4vd's manager was renting -- the place has been searched by cops as part of the Celeste Rivas death investigation -- and he says he had a security company install cameras outside the home years before Josh Marshall signed a lease in February 2024 for $20,000 a month.

The homeowner says the cameras are positioned at entry points, in the backyard and on the street ... and he believes people can not go in or out of the house without being recorded.

The wild incident went down earlier this month, when a man named Justin Lee Fisher got busted at the NFL star's estate in Leawood, Kansas.

According to docs, first reported by Star, Fisher was "charged with jumping the fence onto a private residence in a private neighborhood." He was arrested around 2 AM on Sept. 15. Sounds like he tried to go above and beyond, allegedly, to serve the pop star. We're told Taylor and Travis were home at the time.

Taylor Swift just got some good news -- she's been granted a restraining order against a man she says routinely shows up at her Los Angeles home and claims she had his baby.

According to court documents submitted Monday and obtained by TMZ ... a 45-year-old man named Brian Jason Wagner has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the global superstar for the next 5 years.

Wagner must stay clear of her L.A. home, vehicle, and place of work ... according to the documents. Furthermore, the judge barred him from contacting Swift during this time -- including in person, by letter or digitally.
