A$AP Relli took the stand Tuesday in the rapper's assault trial, and recounted the moment he first saw the gun Rocky allegedly pulled on him during their heated 2021 arguemnt.

Relli, whose government name is Terell Ephron, told the jury it all unfolded very quickly, and upon seeing the gun he blurted out, "You better use that s**t, what the f**k you got a gun for?"

Heather McDonald thinks fans are pointing the finger at the wrong person in the Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively "It Ends With Us" drama ... suggesting one A-list player was the real "bully."

At least one Lyft driver's got a limit to how much his vehicle will lift ... according to a Detroit woman who claims a driver refused her a ride due to her weight, and now she's taking the company to court.

Dajua Blanding says she called for the Lyft last week to take her to her cousin's house to watch the Lions playoff game -- but when the driver showed up in his Mercedes-Benz sedan, the ride was derailed.

Dajua -- who raps in Detroit under the name Dank Demoss -- says the driver locked his doors and denied her entry. She claims the driver told her she was "too big to fit in the back seat" ... and then it got worse.

The lead singer of The Chainsmokers, Drew Taggart, and his fiancée, Mari Fonseca, got the surprise of their lives over the weekend when they spotted a woman brazenly climbing onto their property and walking right up to the front door ... TMZ has learned.

DT and MF were upstairs in their Los Angeles home Saturday morning when they peered outside and saw an unidentified woman hopping the gate into the front yard, before trying to gain access to their house ... according to law enforcement sources.

Moments later, Drew phoned 911 and officers raced to the scene with lights and sirens on, cuffing the woman in the yard, our sources say.

However, if and when such a frivolous claim is filed and served, rest assured that Mr. Jackson’s legal team will swiftly move to dismiss the matter and seek the maximum costs, fees, sanctions and other remedies that are available under law.

They continued, "Based upon the leaked reports presumably by Ms. Allred, Mr. Jackson is not alleged to be the driver of the vehicle or even the individual who the Plaintiff paparazzi alleges opened the door as he charged a vehicle as it drove away from the bookstore."

TMZ can confirm the lawsuit was not leaked. It was filed publicly in L.A. Superior Court Monday afternoon.

50 Cent allegedly directed his entourage to hit a photographer with a car door, knocking the man from his electric scooter and injuring him in the process ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The "In Da Club" rapper is being sued by a man named Guadalupe De Los Santos, who claims 50 Cent used an SUV to assault him.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the man claims he went to 50 Cent's September 11 book signing at The Grove in Los Angeles to shoot video of the celebrity.

Eight Mile Style, which controls part of Em's music catalog, fired off the lawsuit Monday against LaFontaine Ford St. Clair -- which owns multiple car dealerships -- over an online ad it started running last fall to promote a limited edition Detroit Lions Ford F-150 pickup truck.

LaVergne says Primary Holdings purchased the house -- while O.J. was living there -- back in Aug. 2022, in order to shield the property against Simpson's creditor claims.

Marilyn Manson will not be charged by the L.A. County District Attorney's Office in his sexual battery case ... TMZ has learned.

District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced Friday ... after a comprehensive four-year review by the D.A.'s Sex Crimes Division and sheriff's detectives, they've determined they won't charge Manson.

D.A. Hochman announced in a press release the department has determined the statute of limitations has lapsed in the domestic violence case, and the office can't prove the sexual assault allegations beyond a reasonable doubt ... so, they're not charging the singer.
