Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are staying close in Aspen ... walking arm-in-arm down the street -- with one of the kids in the middle, that is.

The reality television stars stepped out with their kids in the celeb vacation spot in Colorado Thursday ... walking down the snow-covered road to grab dinner, with Kyle's daughter Farrah -- who she shares with first husband Guraish Aldjufrie, though Mauricio helped raise her -- in between them.

The three are smiling ... with Mauricio throwing up a "shaka" hand gesture -- and, while it doesn't seem like Mauricio and Kyle are on the best terms, the situation's clearly amicable.

Comedian Tim Dillon has a new motto for the healthcare industry ... joking as the ghost of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson that the company will "deny, defend, decompose."

The star appears in Netflix's "Torching 2024: A Roast of the Year" -- which dropped Friday on the streaming giant -- hopping onstage in a get-up reminiscent of what Thompson wore when he was shot in Manhattan earlier this month ... with chains added to the ensemble.

Dillon's ghoulish gray appearance was met with a pretty mixed reaction from the audience -- some cheers, some groans. Dillon clearly picked up on the tension ... breaking character for a moment and joking he's "going to hell for this, you might as well laugh."

Kylie Jenner gave her mom Kris a very special Christmas gift that will always remind her of her slew of super famous kiddos ... as long as she keeps the pricey item with her.

Kylie presented Kris with her very own customized Goyard Boston bag emblazoned with photos of the faces of her 5 daughters and 1 son -- Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, Rob ... and, of course, Kylie herself. The thumbnail pictures show the children as cute little youngsters, which we're sure will make it all the more special for Kris.

By the way ... check out Kylie's Instagram page ... she even posted an image of the gift on her Stories after her sis, Khloe, first uploaded the photo to her IG account with the caption: "OMG @kyliejenner this is incredible ... Mom is lucky."

Peter Thomas' prison sentence isn’t the only thing he’s dealing with in his tax case -- a judge just laid out a bunch of conditions for his supervised release when he gets out of prison.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star has to join a substance abuse testing program during his two years of supervised release once he finishes serving his 18-month prison sentence.

He’ll have to stick to the conditions of his supervised release ... and it looks like his probation officer will be keeping an eye on him and can search him if they have a reason to suspect something’s up.

Waymond Lee, an actor best known for appearing in Comedy Central's "Workaholics," has died ... TMZ has learned.

Norine Lee, Waymond's sister, and Waymond’s wife, Diane, tell TMZ ... the actor passed away last week on Wednesday, Dec. 18 following complications from ALS -- a neurological disorder that impacts nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. For those unfamiliar, the disorder is often also referred to as Lou Gehrig's disease.

Frankie Muniz's fans are rallying around him after he posted a cryptic message about friendship on social media.

"1000-Lb Sisters" star Amy Slaton escaped a jail term in her Tennessee drug and child abuse case, cutting a plea deal that places her on supervised probation.

According to court documents and media reports ... Amy received a suspended jail sentence of nearly 1 year, meaning she won't spend a minute behind bars, after pleading guilty to a drug charge of “simple possession.”

Her two other charges -- child abuse and child endangerment -- were dismissed, per the legal docs.

'90 Day Fiancé' star David Murphey -- who was best known for appearing on "90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days" -- has died ... this according to his family.

The reality star's family issued a statement on his Instagram account Wednesday ... where they confirmed the TV personality died last week in Las Vegas, Nevada after "experiencing health issues over the last several years."

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... David had been sick with liver cancer, which he was diagnosed with over a year ago. We're told David also had been facing a number of other health issues, too. His cause of death is currently unclear.

"Tiger King" star James Garretson was arrested in Florida this week ... and he claims the bust may have something to do with his involvement in the Netflix series and Joe Exotic case.

James was arrested Monday night in Marathon ... and police in the Florida Keys claim he was driving with a suspended driver's license.

According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, officers say they observed James driving in Marathon and recognized him from a previous police encounter. Cops say they checked his license in a database and saw it was suspended.
