Alix Earle and Alex Cooper's drama may be playing out loud now ... but TMZ has learned there's no single explosive moment behind the tension .... just a slow burn that's boiling over again.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the friction dates back to when Earle teamed up with Cooper to launch her "Hot Mess" podcast under The Unwell Network. At first, things were solid, but over time, their dynamic shifted, and the two stopped seeing eye to eye.

We're told as Earle's Unwell contract was coming to a close in February 2025, that's when the relationship really started to unravel. Our sources say Cooper and her network were not offering Earle what she felt she was worth. Our sources say it wasn't just one issue, but a combination of both business and personal disagreements that made it difficult for them to move forward together.

Lauren Conrad seems totally comfortable around Kristin Cavallari since they put their famous feud to bed ... but it looks like she's still not so cool with Spencer Pratt.

On Wednesday's episode of "Today," Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones asked the "Laguna Beach" ladies if they would vote for Spencer now he's running for mayor of L.A.

LC was quick to sidestep sending her 'Hills' nemesis her support, noting ... "I'm not a resident of Los Angeles."

Cardi B knows what's "Up" ... she brought out her nemesis Nick Minaj's ex Meek Mill to her Philadelphia concert Tuesday night!

It makes sense the rapper came out for Cardi's Philly show -- it's his hometown, and "Dreams and Nightmares" is considered a Philly anthem about hard work and the underdog mentality.

Cardi and Meek also have history together ... they collaborated on the 2018 track "On Me" on his album "Championships." Meanwhile, he dated Nicki for about 2 years, from early 2015 to January 2017.

Hulu has ordered a documentary about 50, showing fans how he went "from the streets of Queens to global cultural dominance."

At a red-carpet event in Santa Monica on Thursday celebrating the upcoming premiere of their new special, KC and LC discussed how they finally squashed their beef ... which MTV cameras first documented over 20 years ago.

LC told People she and her former high school rival actually "have so much in common," saying ... "We've all grown, we're all adults, a lot of us are parents. And I think that as you get older, you're not worried about the small stuff."

The guy Alan Ritchson beat up on video tells us he dropped charges against the actor ... without any money being exchanged between them.

Ronnie Taylor -- Alan's belligerent neighbor who confronted him for tearing through their quiet neighborhood on a motorcycle -- tells TMZ he dropped charges because he had zero interest in going to court.

He says, "I was only interested in the safety of my neighborhood because he was racing through the neighborhood."

Cheryl Hines spoke out about Chelsea Handler's claims that Cheryl and her husband, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., sold her an unlivable home 5 years ago ... and her response seems simple -- Nobody wants to hear about your champagne problems!

In an interview on the "Tomi Lahren Is Fearless" podcast, Cheryl said, "I don't know that she's getting a lot of sympathy from people. She's buying a $6 million house."

The "Curb Your Enthusiasm" star claims Chelsea's complaints don't "really hold water" because they're coming years after the sale ... and Cheryl says she gave Chelsea an opportunity to express any concerns at the time of purchase.

"As the World Turns" stars Cady McClain and Jon Lindstrom hashed out a divorce settlement that covers support and the division of their property ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Cady and Jon informed the court of the deal this week.

The former couple wed on February 14, 2014, and separated on December 11, 2023. They did not have any children.

Andy Cohen isn't very happy about Sarah Michelle Gellar trashing "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" in his own studio ... and he's loudly calling it out!

The Bravo honcho reacted to SMG calling the ongoing season of 'RHOBH' "boring" during an interview at his Radio Andy studio at SiriusXM headquarters earlier this month ... and his issue is less focused on what the actress said, and more about her saying it in his own branded space! He aired out his feelings during his "Andy Cohen Live" radio show ... just listen to the clip.

He pleads ... "Don’t bring someone into my studio to trash my show. How about the door is locked when I leave? How’s that? Or maybe think twice about posting that all over social media where it says ‘Andy’ everywhere behind SMG." Point taken!

FKA Twigs is taking her ex Shia LaBeouf back to court ... she just filed a new lawsuit against him ... and it looks like it's all about their settlement from a previous sexual battery suit.

In new legal docs obtained by TMZ, FKA Twigs claims Shia tried to silence her with the NDA provisions in the settlement of a lawsuit she filed back in 2020.

FKA claims the NDA terms of that settlement are unlawful under California's Stand Together Against Non-Disclosure Act, which she says invalidates portions of confidentiality provisions in such settlements.

The "Laguna Beach" stars famously feuded on the hit MTV reality show -- often over the attention of costar and classmate Stephen Colletti ... and they're finally hashing it out.

On Tuesday, the Roku Channel released a trailer for the show's upcoming reunion ... which will be the first-ever time LC and Kristin discuss the drama with cameras rolling!

In one clip of the two of them sitting on the beach, Kristin says ... "We have never had a conversation on camera just the two of us. Are you ready?"

Lauren responds, "No."

For the special -- hosted by actress Casey Wilson -- Lauren, Kristin and Stephen will reunite with Trey Phillips, Talan Torriero, Christina Schuller, Lo Bosworth, Dieter Schmitz, Jessica Smith, Alex Hooser, and Morgan Olsen to get everything out in the open.

The promo shows Kristin recalling some peak points in her feud with LC, saying ... "They said, 'Who do you think is going to be prom queen?' And I said, 'I don't know and I don't care as long as it's not Lauren Conrad.'"

Lauren noted the feeling was mutual, adding ... "We did not like each other."

In the clip, Kristin explains that it took so long to get the gang back together because it was "hard to revisit," but "it just feels like the right time now."

Kelly Osbourne and her fiancé Sid Wilson have ended their engagement, according to an online report.

A source tells Daily Mail the couple split amid Kelly's "incredibly difficult" time dealing with the loss of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, who passed in July 2025.

"They tried to make it work, particularly for the sake of their child, but ultimately decided that separating is the best path forward," the source told DM. "Kelly has endured a great deal over the past year. Despite everything, she remains sober and is now focusing on herself and her role as a mother moving ahead."

The breakup comes just 7 months after Sid proposed to Kelly at Ozzy's final concert with Black Sabbath last summer.

FKA Twigs says she's over being targeted by a band with a similar name ... so she's turning the tables by asking a judge to tell them to stop trying to take her to court over it.

According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ ... FKA Twigs -- real name Tahliah Debrett Barnett -- wants a declaration from the judge to put an end to the indie twin-sister group The Twigs sending her cease-and-desist letters over their similar names.

Basically, FKA claims the sister act -- composed of Laura and Linda Good -- has been hounding her over the trademark to her name ... after she says they filed a trademark claim against her in 2014, before "voluntarily" dismissing the case and disappearing for a while.
