Drake Cut My Pepsi Burglar a Break!!!

4/20/2017 12:50 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Drake has cut one of his fans a huge break ... we've learned he's told authorities to drop a felony burglary case against the Pennsylvania woman for breaking into his house and guzzling his sodas.

Sources involved in the case tell us ... Drake's lawyer has contacted the L.A. County D.A. and made it clear the rapper will not cooperate in any prosecution of the lady who somehow got into his Hidden Hills mansion, slipped on one of his hoodies and then helped herself to a Pepsi, Sprite and Fiji Water.

We're told Drake believes the woman has mental issues and thinks it would be cruel to make her a felon and send her to prison for the April 3 incident where no one was hurt and little was taken.

In a case like this, there's no way the D.A. would press on and prosecute without his cooperation.

Break cut.

Trump Protesters and Supporters Crazy Brawl Breaks Out in Berkeley

4/15/2017 2:02 PM PDT
Breaking News

Donald Trump protesters and supporters have come to blows in Berkeley, California on Tax Day ... and the fight videos are completely nuts.

A group of anti-Trump protesters marching for Tax Day -- in an effort to get the president to release his taxes -- reportedly clashed at Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Park with Trump supporters holding their own "Patriot's Day" rally.

The scene is insane -- countless demonstrators get into fights ... swinging helmets and skateboards as weapons and using homemade shields.

Law enforcement sources tell us multiple arrests have already been made ... and there will most definitely be more. Berkeley police reports several prohibited items were removed from the park.

Chief Keef Charged With DUI After Miami Weed Bust

4/9/2017 10:58 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Chief Keef has been charged with a DUI after cops pulled him over in a traffic stop-turned-drug bust this weekend.

According to the Miami Beach Police report ... Chief was booked Saturday for felony DUI after he failed a sobriety test when he and another vehicle were stopped for what appeared to be a weed transfer.

Police stopped Chief in his green Maclaren, as well as a vehicle behind him, when a guy in Chief's passenger seat got out and handed off some bud

Officers searched and found more weed and other substances in the trailing car and charged 4 others with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. At least 1 of the guys had a couple warrants for his arrest in NJ related to drug charges and robbery.

As for Chief ... cops say he had bloodshot eyes and dry mouth before a drug expert showed up on the scene. Chief reportedly told them "It's okay. When you find weed in my urine I'll just get my attorney to get my marijuana card."

Cops also found a cup full of "sizzurp" ... the codeine-laced drink Lil Wayne's always rapping about.

Unclear whether Chief's still in jail as of Sunday.

Artie Lange Gets Big Break in Weird Drug Case

4/5/2017 12:30 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Artie Lange will not be charged with drug possession, despite a police report which says he had several bags of suspected heroin and coke.

TMZ reported Artie was arrested at his New Jersey apartment building last month after cops found heroin in his parked car. At the time, cops say they also found drugs on his person.

Artie was booked on 2 counts drug possession, but now prosecutors have nixed that offense. He's been charged with 3 counts of "disorderly persons" -- it's still a drug offense, but way less serious than possession. They're the equivalent of misdemeanors.

It's interesting ... Artie was not charged with drug possession because he wasn't in the car when cops arrived, and therefore it's difficult to prove the drugs were his. It's unclear why he was not charged with drug possession for the heroin police said they found on his person.

The maximum penalty in this case for disorderly persons is 6 months in county jail.  If he were charged with possession the maximum sentence would be 5 years in prison.

Fetty Wap Label Exec Charged With Attempted Murder in Shootout

3/30/2017 9:00 AM PDT
Exclusive Details

A man who says he has ties to Fetty Wap has been charged with 2 counts of attempted murder in connection with the robbery and shootout in Paterson.

Sylvester Huffin was charged Monday with 2 counts of first degree attempted murder, as well as 3 other weapons charges. On his social media Huffin says he's an executive manager at Fetty's label, RGF Productions.

Law enforcement sources tell us Huffin is the alleged gunman who accidentally shot himself in the thigh during the shootout. We're also told detectives went to interview Huffin at the hospital he checked himself into that night, and surveillance footage appears to show him as the shooter.

As we first reported, shots fired from Fetty's camp were the only ones that landed, injuring 2 guys in Raheem "Fuzz" Thomas' crew. Fuzz has been charged with aggravated assault, robbery and multiple weapons violations.

Manson Family Killer Let Me Out! I'm Mature, Not Brainwashed

3/29/2017 12:20 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Leslie Van Houten deserves parole from her life sentence because she was too immature to understand her savage actions in the Manson family killing spree ... according to new legal docs.

Leslie’s lawyer, Richard Pfeiffer, submitted a 13-page report to convince the parole board to release her. The report includes testimony from psychologist Laurence Steinberg ... who says then 19-year-old Leslie’s immaturity prevented her from exercising self-restraint, controlling her impulses and weighing consequences.

Van Houten was convicted for the stabbing murders of Leno and Rosemary LaBianca.

Steinberg adds as Van Houten grew up ... her brain matured and she escaped Charles Manson’s brainwashing. He believes her exemplary prison record proves she has matured and “strongly suggests” she won’t commit further criminal acts.

Of course, Van Houten got shot down for parole last year when Governor Jerry Brown nixed the idea. The report will be presented at her next parole hearing, later this year.

Leslie, now 67, was the youngest person ever sentenced to death in California. That was later commuted to life with parole.

Fetty Wap Robbery His Crew Fired First Only Their Shots Landed

3/28/2017 1:00 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Fetty Wap's crew fired off the only bullets that landed in the shootout after he was robbed -- including a possible self-inflicted gunshot wound ... TMZ has learned.

Eyewitnesses at the scene tell us a member of Fetty's crew fired first at Raheem Thomas' crew in retaliation Sunday morning ... and then that same person allegedly accidentally shot himself in the thigh.

We're told the shooting started after Fuzz and his Muscle Team boys followed Fetty and co. into a Paterson, NJ deli, where things got violent fast. Sources say Fuzz pistol whipped someone in Fetty's camp, and then he and his guys robbed Fetty and his crew on the spot.

That's when a second gun was taken out and shots were fired back and forth ... 2 of which landed on 2 of Raheem's guys. At some point after the initial bloodbath ... we're told the original shooter tried escaping and the gun fired in his waistband, striking him in the thigh.

That account roughly matches up with what cops have told us. As we reported ... 2 men were found in the immediate area of the shootout and were transported to hospitals. A 3rd guy thought to be involved checked himself into another hospital soon after.

Raheem's already been booked for gun possession and assault after showing off Fetty's stolen chain on social media -- but it's unclear if he actually fired in the gun battle, despite being seen with a firearm. Prosecutors in court Monday said they did not believe Raheem had personally fired.

We've reached out to Fetty's camp ... so far, no word back.

D.C. Missing Girls Cops Say They're Runaways Not Crime Victims

3/25/2017 7:55 AM PDT

The Washington D.C. girls who have gone missing are not crime victims ... they've just fled their homes, according to Washington D.C. officials.

There's been a call for an investigation into the disappearances, but a police spokesperson says the numbers are not alarming ... they're in line with missing persons stats.

There are currently 38 open cases of missing persons in D.C.  We did some checking ... 12 disappeared in the last 5 months.  Nine of the girls are 18 or under. Ten are black and 2 Hispanic.

A police spokesperson says they believe all are runaways based on the circumstances of their disappearance, however, they say they cannot be certain.

The police and Mayor's office tell TMZ, they handle thousands of missing persons cases every year, and virtually everyone is located.

The PD says they have aggressively been using social media to help find missing persons, but they are not alarmed by the numbers, which they say have actually gone down.

There has been a battle cry on social media for a harder look at the girls who have disappeared recently.

We spoke with police Chief Peter Newsham who says with almost every case, those missing have a history of leaving home. He says the number missing is similar to years before, it's just been brought to the light with the use of social media and other platforms to help locate missing people.

Newsham says his department's goal is to get to the root of the problem to determine just what causes these kids to leave their homes.

El Chapo Feds Want to Root Out Moles On Legal Team

3/22/2017 1:00 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

El Chapo could compromise hundreds, possibly thousands of federal drug investigations with a well-placed mole on his legal team ... that's the fear of federal officials.

We've learned Chapo's legal team will become privy to thousands of sensitive DEA documents that chronicle his activities in the international drug trade. The worry ... that the lawyers Chapo hires will use the info to warn other drug kingpins of the DEA's moves, compromising the investigations.

Prosecutors went to court and asked the federal judge in Brooklyn who is presiding over Chapo's drug trafficking case to allow them to screen every potential foreign lawyer on Chapo's legal team to make sure they're on the up-and-up.

The judge issued an order, obtained by TMZ, in which he allowed them to appoint a specific lawyer to do the screening.

Turns out, there's even a special name for this type of lawyer -- a "firewall attorney." It's someone who works in the U.S. Attorney's Office but is not involved in the Chapo case. It does raise questions ... they're all in the same office, after all. Nonetheless, the judge approved it.

If the firewall attorney thinks one or more of Chapo's lawyers are shady, a recommendation will go to the judge who could prevent the lawyer from joining the defense team.

Greg Hardy Coke Arrest Video 'He's a Cowboys Player, Don't Stir Anything Up'

3/22/2017 12:55 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

TMZ Sports has obtained the Greg Hardy cocaine arrest video which shows cops warning each other that he's a big, strong, Dallas Cowboys player ... so "we have to not stir anything up."

Hardy was arrested in Dallas back in September after officers found cocaine in his wallet during a routine traffic stop.

In the video, Hardy is with a female passenger and is extremely polite to the officers. The officers are also acting carefully. One whispers to another, "He's very big and fit."

FYI, Hardy is 6'4", 280.

When the cops find a purple baggy filled with coke in Hardy's wallet (which was in his car), his explanation is bizarre.

"I just got a job, I play football. I was at a party. I got drunk. Literally last night. I was at a mixer with NFL guys trying to do an interview. Like I said, I don’t know what happened between me and him, he could’ve slipped stuff in my pocket. Some people offered me some stuff. I literally don’t know what is in that. Whatever it is. I haven’t even seen it. I thought that I had nothing in the car."

He added, "I just came from a date. I was just trying to get a date in before I go and try to get a job to play ball."

So, two things ...

1) Hardy is convinced someone connected to the NFL planted drugs on him.

2) At the time, Hardy (a free agent) was convinced he was going to sign with a new team. That never came to fruition. He didn't play in 2016.

As for the arrest, Hardy eventually struck a plea deal and got 2 years probation.

Paul Wall & Baby Bash Off the Hook in Drug Case

3/21/2017 2:04 PM PDT
Exclusive Details

Paul Wall and Baby Bash just caught a huge break in their drug case -- a grand jury cut 'em loose.

The panel declined to indict the Houston rappers Tuesday, citing insufficient evidence to convict them in the December drug bust. Paul celebrated his victory with a cigar (weed-free, we think), and told us why he was always confident his attorney would save his ass.

We broke the story ... Paul and Baby were arrested in an undercover raid while attending a weed party in Houston. They'd been booked for possession of marijuana and intent to sell, both felonies in Texas. It appeared the case was moving forward a few months ago when the artists told a judge they would test positive for THC.

Like Baby told us, they were just dabbling in dabs and pot at the shindig -- and for the grand jury that wasn't enough to warrant a trial.

White House Fence Jumper I Wrote the Trump-Russia Dossier He Says In Bizarre Video

3/20/2017 10:32 AM PDT

The man who jumped the White House fence and remained undetected for almost 20 minutes last weekend says he's the author of the unsubstantiated Trump-Russia dossier.

Jonathan Tuan-Anh Tran posted a video on his YouTube channel earlier this month, claiming to be the one who wrote up the controversial document, which contains salacious accusations about the president.

In the bizarre vid -- posted March 8 -- Tran flashes what appears to be his driver's license to confirm his ID. Sure enough, his Milpitas, CA address matches up with the fence jumper ... according to court docs.

He also says ... "I'm currently in Washington D.C. and I'm just making a video to quickly and publicly come out of hiding. I can't speak too much at the moment about that right now, at this time. But I hope it clears up any confusion or mystery."

In an earlier video posted on the same channel, Tran also discusses the Trump-Russia dossier and calls it bogus ... defending it with his own story about a dossier.

As we reported ... Tran was turned away by the Secret Service just hours before he made his breach. He moved about the grounds for 20 minutes and even jiggled a doorknob. He was also carrying 2 cans of mace.

'Apocalypto' Star Arrested for Casino Drunkenness

3/19/2017 12:20 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Rudy Youngblood -- best known for playing Jaguar Paw in "Apocalypto" -- was arrested for being drunk and obnoxious in a Miami casino.

According to the police report ... the actor reeked of alcohol and was slurring when cops responded to a call from security at the poker room at Miccosukee Resort & Gaming.

Youngblood was allegedly verbally abusive and threatening to other poker room patrons ... which means he probably spoke a lot more than Jaguar Paw ever did.

He was booked in January and charged with disorderly intoxication, but law enforcement sources tell us the charge was later dropped.
