Lil Tay apparently decided an NYFW booking was optional ... crashing the Creators Inc. runway and strutting like she belonged there.

TMZ obtained video of Tay hopping onto the catwalk during the show, working her way down the runway and soaking up the attention from the crowd.

She gets a decent amount of runway time too ... before security finally steps in, grabs her and escorts her off.

Creators Inc. CEO Andy Bachman tells TMZ ... he doesn't condone someone hijacking months of work ... though he admits Tay made quite an impression.

Bachman says ... "I don't condone spoiling months of preparation, but I'll admit that girl mogged the entire room. She should consider a catwalk, preferably with a booking next time."

Courteney Cox is remembering her late "Scream" costar Hayden Panettiere ... recalling the fun they had together before Hayden's shocking death last month.

Courteney spoke with Entertainment Weekly at the Toronto International Film Festival, where she was promoting her new movie "Evil Genius," and had nothing but love for Hayden.

Courteney called Hayden a "really wonderful actor" and said the last time they worked together, they had a great time ... remembering her as fun, happy and smart.

Savannah Guthrie and her husband Michael Feldman are back at the U.S. Open ... stepping out together for Sunday's men's final as Savannah continues leaning on family during an unimaginably tough year.

The "Today" host arrived at the tournament Sunday looking all smiles, with Savannah rocking a black top and colorful skirt as the couple posed together before heading inside.

12:55 PM PST -- TMZ has obtained video of Zach and Brian Hickerson prior to the all-out brawl erupting seemingly showing the brothers beginning to boil over alleged heckling over Hayden Panettiere's death.

Brian Hickerson had a wild night with his brother, Zach, at a South Carolina bar ... and it ended with the brothers in handcuffs and Brian claiming that police leaked details about the death of his actress girlfriend, Hayden Panettiere.

The Greenville PD tells TMZ ... Brian was ultimately released, but Zach was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and brought to jail.

All the drama kicked off Saturday night at Wild Wing Cafe in Greenville when Brian suddenly picked up a stool at the bar and slung it backwards, according to sources with direct knowledge.   

Rep. Jasmine Crockett took a break from battling it out in D.C. to give Chris Brown and Usher their flowers ... literally putting their careers into the Congressional Record during their Texas tour stop.

The Texas Congresswoman hit the stage Saturday night at AT&T Stadium in Arlington during Chris and Usher's "R&B Tour" ... joining State Rep. Venton Jones and producer Roccstar for the surprise honor.

Wisconsin Congressman and Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Tiffany is recovering after the small plane he was traveling in was forced to make an emergency landing in Lake Wausau Saturday night.

In a statement posted to X, Tiffany explains he was heading home from the La Crosse County Lincoln Day Dinner when the aircraft reportedly lost power while approaching Wausau Downtown Airport. The pilot then put the four-seat plane down on the lake in an emergency water landing.

The situation quickly turned dangerous after the aircraft began taking on water. Tiffany and the pilot called 911, then got out of the sinking plane and swam toward shallow water, where they waited for rescuers to arrive by boat.
