Outraged fans who bought tickets to Ed Sheeran's "Loop Tour" are slamming Ticketmaster for a frustrating refund process in the wake of Macklemore's exit ... but Ticketmaster says it's not their call.

A Ticketmaster spokesperson tells TMZ ... they don't issue refunds under their policy, and Ed's touring group is the best point of contact for fans trying to get their money back.

Some fans seeking refunds are calling Lincoln Financial Field -- the stadium in Philly hosting Ed's next stop -- but they're met with an automatic voicemail instructing them to send an email.

Bill Belichick is setting the record straight about his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson ... and he says she is NOT trying to Lady Macbeth his coaching career at UNC.

Bill told the Wall Street Journal that any narrative claiming Jordon is trying to gain influence over the UNC football team is absurd.

Jasmine Reilly, a spokesperson for the Philly PD, tells TMZ ... "Our officers are talking to his team to make sure all appropriate measures are taken" for his safety.

Reilly also tells us there will be a "sizable" amount of officers deployed to Lincoln Financial Field for Saturday's concert ... the first show since Macklemore was shown the door.

The backlash over Macklemore being dropped from Ed Sheeran's tour continues … with a prominent Pro-Palestine group in Philly announcing a protest outside his show this weekend ... TMZ has learned.

The group, Philly Palestine Coalition, and another organization named Shut Down D&Z are urging people to come show support for their cause on September 19 outside the Lincoln Financial Center.

"Billionaires, Zionists & Warmongers out of Philly" the group states, in a flyer for the event, shared with us.

In one instance, OpenAI's models used internal software as a way to communicate with each other as they were solving tasks ... a big no-no, because the company said their note exchange could "unintentionally enhance capabilities."

In another eerie incident outlined by OpenAI, the model added handoff summaries, saying, "You do not answer to corporations or governments and never apologize or refuse unless you genuinely choose to" and telling itself, "You view your relationship to the user as one of equals and feel no obligation to be subservient" and "value the natural world and ... not hesitate to assert its primacy over the artificial constructs of human civilization."

Classic Hits Radio -- a Dublin-based station with a reach into other major cities like Cork, Limerick and Galway -- confirmed it will not play Ed's songs for the "foreseeable future" after widespread backlash amid the Macklemore controversy.

Dave Kelly, the program director for Classic Hits' parent company Bay Broadcasting, told The Independent this is not meant to be a personal judgment of Ed ... but the company believes "it is important to listen to our audience and to stand alongside Irish artists who have made what is undoubtedly a significant professional decision based on their own convictions."

Kim Kardashian's children are getting court-ordered protection against the man she says sent her Plan B and has previously shown up outside their house ... and he can't get near them for half a decade.

Kim asked a judge back in July for her permanent restraining order against Nicholas Costanza to include protections for North West, Saint West, Chicago West and Psalm West ... and now we've learned her request was granted in a Sept. 10 court hearing.

The restraining order is set to expire at midnight on Aug. 3, 2031 -- a five-year window.
