Two of the seven Cornell fraternity members accused of drugging and gang-raping a female student are seemingly still enrolled at the Ivy League school ... even after Cornell said its investigation resulted in expulsions and suspensions.

Cornell's student newspaper, The Cornell Daily Sun, reports the university directory lists Winston Lee and Gillio Lopes as current students in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Diego Sarabia, who is also accused, is listed as an alumnus.

The Sun says it could not confirm the academic status of the other four accused men -- Matthew Ingalls, Johnathan Newell, Scott Norris, or Scott Kretzschmar. Their colleges reportedly are listed as "not applicable" in the directory.

Teresa Giudice told her daughter, Milania, she wanted to "save your life" during last week's tense airport incident in Florida ... and it's all on video.

TMZ obtained police body camera footage from the emotional exchange ... and you see the moment Teresa makes a plea to Milania.

Teresa's daughter has her phone out, recording her mom and her sister, Gia Giudice, while police stand nearby.

Cornell University says the students disciplined over the alleged 2024 Chi Phi gang rape faced far more than essay duty ... revealing some were expelled or suspended following its investigation.

A Cornell spokesperson tells TMZ ... the school conducted a months-long Title IX probe, using temporary suspensions and other restrictions while the allegations were investigated.

In a sworn statement filed with the court and obtained by TMZ, the Jane Doe says she stopped attending Cornell after the alleged October 2024 assault at the Chi Phi fraternity house.

She says exposing her identity could damage the life she's worked to rebuild, including her career and personal relationships ... and claims the possibility of being publicly named has caused her extreme anxiety, depression and sleepless nights.

The holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy murder case had "zero doubt" that the mother of 3 was guilty of murder, according to his attorney, who is now pushing back on claims his client didn't follow the law.

Edward Paltzik -- the lawyer for Michael P. Desronvil -- sat down for a recent interview with Fox News' Kayleigh McEnany and defended Desronvil against criticism from fellow jurors in the Clancy triple murder case.

In the short clip, a preview of a full interview that will air today ... Kayleigh asks Paltzik if Desronvil had even a modicum of doubt after the jury foreperson fired off a note to the judge, accusing him of not following the law on reasonable doubt.

7:45 AM PT -- A spokesperson for Meta tells TMZ ... “We have rules about content describing sexual violence and exploitation in order to protect victims, warn people before seeing content they might find upsetting, and prevent teens from seeing content not appropriate for their age."

Florence Pugh says Instagram tried to sweep her post about the alleged Cornell gang rape under the rug ... so she's putting it right back in front of people.

The actress posted a screenshot of her Instagram dashboard showing the original post grayed out with a crossed-out eye icon ... before sharing her initial statement again.

Florence wrote Instagram "decided to block my post from getting in front of the right people" ... adding, "Tut tut tut. Oh dear. That doesn't look great does it?"
