Eric Rosenbrook -- a reality star formerly on "90 Day Fiancé" -- cut a deal with prosecutors in a battery case involving his wife.

The deal called for Eric to plead guilty to "disorderly conduct, domestic abuse assessments" in exchange for a misdemeanor battery charge being dropped.

Eric looks like he has a path to avoid jail time here ... as long as he keeps his nose clean for the next 12 months. The plea deal comes with a bunch of conditions, most notably committing no crimes, staying sober, and not going into any bars.

Jack Avery’s been through the wringer lately -- and after ex-Gabbie Gonzalez’s alleged murder-for-hire plot, he’s taking zero chances ... TMZ has learned he’s officially out of L.A.

Sources close to the situation tell us Jack left town on Thursday with his mom, girlfriend, and daughter Lavender -- whom he shares with Gabbie -- because after her arrest last week, he no longer felt safe staying in the city with his daughter.

We’re told things got even more unsettling when Gabbie was released Friday after posting a $2 Million bail ... with Jack believing she’s a potential flight risk and still deeply concerned over the seriousness of the allegations.

Mackenzie Shirilla and Dominic Russo’s relationship was unraveling in the days before the deadly crash, according to text messages obtained by TMZ.

The heated messages -- exchanged by the couple, roughly a week before the accident which ultimately claimed Dom's life -- show the couple locked in an emotional argument surrounding Dom needing some space from Mackenzie.

In one exchange, Mackenzie tells Dom that she has "so much hate" and claims it stems from everything he put her through ... without getting specific.

Amanda Conner -- the wife of "Teen Mom" star Ryan Edwards -- has been arrested ... TMZ has confirmed.

A spokesperson for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Jail in Tennessee tells TMZ ... Conner was arrested Sunday morning near Chattanooga and booked on a charge of driving under the influence and child abuse/neglect.

We're told there's also a charge for driving on the wrong side of the road.

Conner's bond was set at $16K ... and, at the time of publishing, it appears she has not yet bonded out.

Fresh off his arrest for battery in Florida ... WWE's Ludwig Kaiser was back in the wrestling world, but in a totally different role in Mexico and the crowd there just loved it!

Kaiser (real name: Marcel Barthel) turned into his alter ego -- the mask-wearing El Grande Americano -- for the cheering crowd Friday night at his very own "Serenade for El Grande Americano" rally in Mexico City.

Video shows El Grande getting pumped up and emotional, appearing to wipe tears from his eye slits as he high-fives fans.

Gabbie Gonzalez is out of custody after posting $2 million bail ... TMZ has learned.

The influencer -- who was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit murder -- was released from custody Friday just after 4 PM PT.

The judge set a series of conditions for Gabbie's release during her arraignment on Thursday on top of the $2 million ... including mandated GPS monitoring, an order to stay away from her daughter and the child's father, Jack Avery, and an order not to post about the criminal case on social media.

Newly resurfaced body cam footage captures the devastating moment police officers arrived at Dominic Russo’s family home to tell his mother her son had died in the high-speed crash involving his girlfriend, Mackenzie Shirilla.

TMZ obtained court docs filed as part of Mackenzie’s appeal of her sentence. She made the case that prosecutors failed to prove she had a real motive to kill her boyfriend, Dominic Russo, and his friend, Davion Flanagan.

Prosecutors used forensic evidence to show Mackenzie was driving a car that was going 100 mph and didn't apply the brakes before it slammed into a wall, killing Dominic and Davion, on July 31, 2022.

Matthew Perry’s assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, is asking for some leniency at his upcoming sentencing ... telling the judge he could not "simply say no" when it came to feeding Perry's drug habit ... TMZ has learned.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Kenneth, who is set to be scheduled on May 27, disagreed with prosecutors’ claim he could have told the "Friends" star “no” when he asked for ketamine.

As TMZ previously reported, Kenneth is facing years in prison for securing ketamine for Matthew and even injecting him with the drug on the day he died. Matthew died on October 28, 2023, from the acute effects of the drug.
