Graphic photos of Celeste Rivas having sexual encounters with D4vd were described in court Friday ... and it was more than enough to send her parents running for the exit.

Prosecutors detailed numerous pics of Celeste engaged in sexual acts with her alleged murderer during D4vd's preliminary hearing ... and all the talk caused Celeste's parents to become distraught.

In fact, prosecutors actually suggested Celeste's mother and father leave the courtroom ... telling them they shouldn't hear about the images ... and they exited in tears.

Tony Romo has been arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence ... TMZ has confirmed.

The former Cowboys QB was jailed in Milwaukee Thursday night. The local outlet Fox 6 was the first to report on the arrest.

The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office states Romo was pulled over on a high-rise bridge while going southbound on I-43. He was taken into custody after they say he performed poorly on several field sobriety tests.

Terry Kennedy -- the former professional skateboarder -- was arrested for assault ... and cops say his pregnant girlfriend told them he punched her in the head ... TMZ has learned.

The 41-year-old was busted in Denver earlier this month ... and he was booked on two assault charges, plus an out-of-state charge, which cops say is for a parole violation.

Police say they responded to a call just before 10 PM on July 13 ... and, when they arrived, they spoke with Chantise Knatt-Jackson, who they say has been in a relationship with Terry for 6 months and is almost 3 months pregnant.

Officers say they observed "a smaller sized cut on the middle of her forehead" and a "larger cut to the bottom left side of her head."

Cops say Chantise told them Terry was stressed out about business deals when he allegedly socked her.

Diddy got into a fight with a fellow inmate at his federal lockup in New Jersey -- and, after all the dust settled, he wound up in solitary confinement, TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources tell us Sean "Diddy" Combs went toe to toe with the other inmate this week inside FCI Fort Dix in NJ. We're told things got heated after the inmate dissed Diddy, who then decided to take matters into his own hands.

Our sources say the two inmates got into a scuffle and started pushing each other and throwing jabs. We're told Diddy "held his own" during the brawl, which was quickly squashed by prison staff who separated both men.

Gruesome photos showing Celeste Rivas' dismembered and decomposing remains are so tough to look at, folks started pouring out of the courtroom after they were shown in court during D4vd's preliminary hearing.

During Friday's hearing, medical examiner Dr. Grant Ho -- who examined the young girl's body -- returned to the stand to describe incredibly graphic images presented by the prosecution.

At one point, Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman showed photos of Celeste's two amputated fingers ... eliciting gasps and shrieks from inside the courtroom.

Even D4vd looked away from the graphic image.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Annemarie claims Marcellus came to their son's tournament on July 8, despite being served with paperwork for a temporary restraining order. The former 'RHOBH' star claims Marcellus came within 15 to 20 feet of her.

Annemarie took photos of Marcellus at the event and submitted them as evidence. She said he also called her, which is against the court order.

Police officers in Madison, Wisconsin, sparked controversy Wednesday ... after they shot and killed a man who was being detained in the middle of the street, and the moment was captured by a bystander on video.

The shocking clip shows four officers wrestling with a man in the street, attempting to pin his arm back and subdue him.

In an attempt to subdue the man, it appears one officer pulled out a taser ... informing her fellow officers by yelling out "Taser! Taser! Taser!" so as not to hit her comrades with an electric shock.

Former NBA player Ty Lawson was screaming and yelling during his shoplifting arrest in Colorado ... at least according to police, who say he stole a bottle of vodka and called his arresting officer a "white bitch."

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Lawson was busted July 16 in Castle Rock after allegedly swiping a $34 bottle of Tito's vodka from a liquor store before bringing it with him to a nearby restaurant. The California Post was first to report.

Officers believed Lawson was intoxicated and said he smelled of alcohol when they confronted him about allegedly stealing the liquor.

That's when they say Lawson got heated ... claiming he repeatedly called an officer "bitch" and "white bitch" ... and also yelled "stop" multiple times. Cops say he even kicked the glass wall of his holding cell and spit on the floor.

Joe Rogan has made a stunning -- and gruesome -- revelation, saying he once interviewed a guy who later chopped off somebody's head!

The popular podcaster revealed the shocking tidbit while chatting with physician Zach Bush during Wednesday's episode of the "Joe Rogan Experience."

Joe kicked things off by stating, "We had a guy in this studio that cut a guy’s head off after the podcast."

Rogan added that the guy had a beef with the victim before killing him, decapitating him and putting his body in a suitcase.

D4vd's garage was possibly covered in blood ... this according to a forensic criminalist who helped process his home.

Witness Lauren Wallace -- a criminalist with LAPD's forensic science division -- took the stand during Day 2 of the singer's preliminary hearing for the alleged murder of Celeste Rivas Wednesday ... and said red stains all over the singer's garage tested positive for possible blood.

Wallace was there processing the scene in September of 2025 days after Celeste's body was found, and said the team performed BLUESTAR tests -- used to find potential blood evidence -- inside the Hollywood Hills home D4vd was renting.
