Donald Trump just lashed out at U.S. attorney Jeanine Pirro after she decided to dismiss a felony charge against former Olympic canoeist David Hearn for allegedly vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.
Check out 47's scorching Truth Social post from Saturday morning ... he says he "100%" disagrees with Pirro and doesn't know what she was thinking when her office decided to file a motion to drop the charge.
He says he believes the damage was caused by vandalism -- including the "big 86 47 emblazoned in giant letters" on the grass near the pool ... which is an anti-Trump reference.

A California man is behind bars after allegedly sending Nolan Wells-related death threats to the step-mom of one of his friends, who is a Jackson County judge.
Joseph Alfredo Vasquez Dumarce has been charged with interstate transmission of a threatening communication, a federal crime carrying a maximum sentence of five years in prison.
Investigators say Dumarce used the social media handle “yaeyae962” to send Judge Ashlee Cole threatening Facebook messages in the aftermath of Nolan’s death.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, prosecutors in Miami also charged Deen -- real name Nurideen Shabazz -- with a misdemeanor battery over an alleged May 27 incident involving a woman and a yacht.

Country music star and rapper Kidd G was arrested for DUI in Georgia ... TMZ has learned.
Kidd G -- born Jonathan Gabriel Horne -- was booked into the Muscogee County Jail after Georgia State Police pulled him over on July 22 ... with officers claiming they clocked him going 81 MPH in a 45 MPH zone.
During the traffic stop, police say the 23-year-old reeked of alcohol and had bloodshot and watery eyes. The officer asked if he had consumed any alcohol that night, and he responded he was "above the limit."

Here's the deal ... Adva Lavie -- also known as Mia Ventura -- was arrested by Beverly Hills Police on Tuesday in connection to a theft allegation out of Riverside County in Southern California, NBC 4 Los Angeles reports. She's also allegedly in violation of a court order, and she's being held without bail.
This is a separate theft allegation unconnected to her previous charges.
Back in March, prosecutors charged Lavie with two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information; two counts of grand theft; one count of first-degree residential burglary with a person present and one count of first-degree residential burglary.

Drake Von -- an award-winning gay porn star -- can't seem to stay out of the clink, because he was busted for possessing a toxic substance in Los Angeles ... continuing a string of arrests.
Von, whose real name is Dawson Bacon, was busted Tuesday and booked in the LAPD Van Nuys jail for misdemeanor possession of a substance similar to toluene — a colorless liquid that is highly toxic when inhaled and causes dizziness. Records show Von was released Wednesday on his own recognizance.
The LAPD tells TMZ ... cops received a call for two males using narcotics on the street on Tuesday night and when officers arrived on scene, they took Von into custody, but did not arrest the second person.

Police say Johnson shot two people in Newport, Rhode Island on July 19 and fled to Virginia.
The two people he allegedly shot suffered non-life-threatening injuries. A second person is wanted for questioning in connection with the shooting, but Newport police did not identify them.
