A traffic stop in Arkansas went off the rails when a state trooper threw an 18-year-old woman to the ground and punched her ... it's on video, and now her attorney wants answers.
Dashcam footage from the August 1 stop shows Trooper Moisses Arellano ordering Alisa Hackett to place her hands on the trunk and take two steps back ... he then asks her to put a hand behind her back, and suddenly he's body slamming her to the pavement and punching her.
She repeatedly asks, "Sir, what did I do?" ... but within seconds, Arellano forces her to the ground and mounts her as she screams, asks to call her mother, and protests her arrest.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, a judge has placed the case under advisement until a review hearing set for August 4, 2027. It's unclear what prompted the judge to put the case on ice.
Per the order, Joseph and Kendra cannot commit any new offenses during the advisement period ... and they have to maintain good behavior.

He will have to keep his nose clean for 2 years, pay $1,700 in fines, perform 100 hours of community service, sign a statement of personal responsibility, and continue therapy.

A man has been arrested after an overcrowded boat capsized in New York Harbor, killing a mother and her 5-month-old daughter, TMZ has confirmed.
A NYPD spokesperson confirms to TMZ ... Manuel Hernandez, age 46, was hit with 13 counts of reckless endangerment following Saturday night’s deadly incident -- and additional charges could be filed in connection with the deaths.

Those are the ugly allegations Charette is now facing -- and more -- from the Lee County Sheriff's Office. On Thursday, Charette was arrested and booked in the Lee County jail for aggravated animal cruelty on $100,000 bail.
Police body cam video shows officers checking on one of the kittens, then Charette being placed in the back of a squad car.
According to police, deputies arrived at Charette's Fort Myers home after getting a tip that someone was hitting and drowning a 2-month-old kitten named Luna.

TMZ obtained court docs filed by Texas prosecutors in connection with her welfare fraud case. In the docs, they claim Ash engaged in relationships with approximately “50-75 inmates of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.”
Prosecutors added that the inmates were "currently incarcerated for various violent offenses including but not limited to aggravated robbery and murder.”

James Harden's Texas gun case has been dismissed ... after the NBA star was arrested in Houston and charged with the unlawful carrying of a weapon.
The Harris County District Attorney submitted the dismissal request Thursday -- which was obtained by TMZ -- after prosecutors say Harden completed an "alternative resolution agreement." The California Post was the first to report.
It's unclear what the agreement is ... but a judge signed off on the motion and dismissed the case on Thursday ... meaning the case won't be hanging over Harden's head by the time the NBA season rolls around in the fall.
