On Tuesday, Liles sent a company memo announcing his resignation as chairman and CEO of Warner Music’s 300 Elektra Entertainment Chairman ... passing the torch to seasoned vets Rayna Bass, Selim Bouab, and Gregg Nadel.

Liles has been with Warner since 2004, which formerly housed Diddy’s Bad Boy Records ... and he’s been vocal defending the mounds of allegations against Puff.

Cops have arrested the man they say is the Brooklyn driver who went viral for stealing a tow truck that was about to repossess his vehicle.

According to the NYPD ... cops arrested 55-year-old Russell Laiosa, a man from East Islip, NY on Monday for allegedly causing chaos in Sunset Park after trying to prevent his truck from being wheeled off by a tow truck.

ICYMI ... cops say Laiosa is the guy who went toe-to-toe with the tow truck operator last Friday, when he confronted the repo man and ordered him to "put [his] f***ing truck down" ... before jumping into the tow truck and taking it for a joy ride through the Brooklyn neighborhood.

10:14 AM PT -- Director Daniels tells TMZ ... she's reviewing details surrounding the incident and body cam footage from the scene. Further updates will be provided when they become available.

Tyreek Hill -- the best player on the Dolphins -- was put on the ground and placed in handcuffs just hours before Miami's kickoff Sunday ... although it appears he'll still play in the game.

Video circulating on social media shows several law enforcement officers confronting the 30-year-old just feet away from Hard Rock Stadium -- where the Fins will take on the Jaguars at 10 AM PT.

A pet groomer in Florida's been arrested, accused of savagely kicking a small dog multiple times in a disturbing video that's gone viral.

Miami-Dade Police have arrested Richel Yumar-Gonzalez and charged him with one count of cruelty to animals -- police say he's the guy caught on tape aiming several kicks at a small white dog named Coco.

In the video, the dog tries to sprint down a hallway -- and the man in the clip kicks the pup hard to stop it.

Travis Scott's looking to put his June arrest behind him ... asking a judge to throw out his trespassing case because he says the marina lacked "No Trespassing" signs.

The rapper's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, filed a motion to dismiss Tuesday claiming Scott can't be found guilty of trespassing after a rowdy night with yacht staff in Miami a couple months ago.

Basically, Scott's legal team says signs warning against trespassing weren't visible at the marina itself. He says there were signs on the surrounding private property, but he says those don't count for his presence at the marina.

Nathalie Fay, an actress with a memorable part in the first 'Hangover' film, has been arrested for allegedly punching her boyfriend in the face ... TMZ has learned.

The actress -- whose real name is Nathalie Tordion -- was arrested in South Miami, Florida on Saturday after police responded to a call about an incident with her on-again, off-again BF, identified in the police report as Brady.

Cops say Brady told them he'd gone to pick up Nathalie for the Miami Dolphins NFL preseason game against the Washington Commanders.
