Annemarie Wiley is ripping Emmanuel Acho for calling her "dumb as hell" over how she handled alleged abuse in her marriage ... saying attacks like Acho's are exactly why domestic violence victims stay silent.

The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star fired back Monday on Instagram ... accusing Acho of spewing "disgusting and disturbing things" about her and her family.

Annemarie says Acho has no clue what women, mothers and victims endure while trying to protect their children ... or escape situations that seem impossible to leave.

Dorit Kemsley's estranged husband PK wrote an emotional email about their alleged financial situation months after their breakup ... begging her to work with him to cut down expenses ... but she claims he has more than enough money to continue paying the bills.

TMZ obtained the message PK sent to "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star on June 26, 2024 … two months after their split.

PK wrote, "Last week, I sent you a respectful and straightforward text email noting that our current expenses are not sustainable and will be devastating to our family if not promptly addressed and rectified."

Dr. Dre is back for date night at Nobu Malibu ... but this time, he's not dining with "The Valley" star Michelle Saniei ... he's breaking bread with a different brunette.

The music mogul was photographed walking closely beside the a mystery woman as they exited the restaurant Sunday ... unclear who she is, but she's not the reality TV star who only recently confirmed she was dating Dre.

His dinner companion dressed up for the evening in a pastel mini dress and carried what appeared to be a matching Hermes Mini Kelly bag. Dre kept things casual in all black.

Nene Leakes and the other stars of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" have NOT been offered contracts for Season 18 ... despite a report claiming Bravo is trying to bring Nene back ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... no contracts have gone out to any cast members, and no one has been formally told whether they're returning or getting the boot.

We're told the report claiming Nene received an offer -- while Shamea Morton was passed over and Kelli Ferrell was asked back -- is NOT true.

Pinky Cole is growing her family once again ... she and her husband, Derrick Hayes, are expecting their fourth child together.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star revealed the pregnancy to her castmates during the season 17 reunion.

The new arrival will be Pinky's fourth biological child. She and her husband, Big Dave's Cheesesteaks founder and CEO Derrick Hayes, already share daughter D'Ella and sons Derrick Hayes Jr. and David Asher. Derrick also has two daughters from previous relationships, making this baby the sixth child in their blended family.

"The Real Housewives of Miami" star Stephanie Shojaee had a real issue in France ... because she says masked intruders broke into her villa and ransacked the place.

Stephanie hopped on Instagram over the weekend, claiming the villa she was renting in Southern France was the setting for a home burglary.

In one of several IG posts about the incident, Stephanie wrote, “Cannes and St Tropez are great.. until it’s your turn to get ROBBED 😭😫.”

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Dorit Kemsley says her ex-husband owes her child support ... claiming she is their kids' primary caregiver ... while he only has them 5% of the time, TMZ has learned.

In legal docs filed by Dorit's powerhouse attorney, Samantha Spector, the RHOBH star slams PK's recent claims that she's spending crazy on fashion and travel, while ignoring mortgage payments. She claims he is the one dropping serious cash on personal expenses, while not paying bills.

In her filing, Dorit claims she bears the day-to-day responsibility for caring for their two minor kids, who are "in her custodial care 95% of the time without spousal or child support." 

PK Kemsley is firing back at Dorit Kemsley's claim that she needed to spend more than $700K on clothes for "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... he says Bravo never required her to live in designer labels.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, PK argues reality TV is all about following cast members' actual lives ... and he claims production did NOT mandate Dorit spend lavishly on clothing, jewelry, handbags, glam, or stylists.

PK calls the wardrobe and glam expenses personal lifestyle choices rather than legitimate job requirements ... arguing many of the items could also be worn when cameras weren't rolling.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit Kemsley claims her estranged husband, PK Kemsley, is refusing to pay the mortgage on the home where she lives with her children ... and she is asking a judge to shut down his "manufactured" emergency, TMZ has learned. 

Dorit's powerhouse lawyer, Samantha Spector, filed bombshell court docs denying PK's claims that she has been spending big on designer clothes, while ignoring mortgage payments. 

The reality star said PK is the one who failed to pay the bills after promising to do so. She said PK moved out of their marital home in May 2024 … and agreed to pay the mortgage and other expenses in lieu of paying formal child support.

She said she only learned the mortgage wasn't being paid when foreclosure notices started coming in.

Jennifer Pedranti's son and his friends apparently caused thousands of dollars in property damage with the fire Jennifer says they started in California ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Orange County Fire Authority Incident Information Fact Sheet obtained by TMZ, the brush fire near Ladera Ranch burned 7.70 acres and caused an estimated $10,000 in property damage.

The Orange County Fire Authority tells TMZ ... the investigation remains an open case ... and more information will be released once it has concluded.

Ex-NFL star Marcellus Wiley's estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley, claims he violated a court order by coming within a few yards of her at an event they both attended … TMZ has learned. 

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Annemarie claims Marcellus came to their son's tournament on July 8, despite being served with paperwork for a temporary restraining order. The former 'RHOBH' star claims Marcellus came within 15 to 20 feet of her.

Annemarie took photos of Marcellus at the event and submitted them as evidence. She said he also called her, which is against the court order. 

"Top Chef" and Food Network star Eric Adjepong has been ordered to stay away from his daughter for one year after he allegedly abused her ... TMZ has learned.

Here's the deal ... Eric shares his daughter, Lennox, with his ex-wife, Janell Mack, and court proceedings began in May, with the final hearing taking place on July 10. The hearing resulted in an order requiring Eric to stay away from Lennox, her residence, her school, and her childcare providers through July 10, 2027. He is also barred from contacting the child, who was born in 2018.

While the details of the alleged abuse are under wraps, Janell's attorney, Todd Mohink, tells TMZ ... "I believe the court did its job to protect the best interest of the child."

Eric tells TMZ through his attorney ... "Because this matter involves my young daughter, whom I love deeply, I intend to protect her privacy and will not discuss the underlying allegations or other sensitive family matters publicly other than to say that these allegations arose in the context of a long running divorce and custody proceeding, which finally concluded on June 2, 2026."

Denise Richards' estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, claims she is behind on court-ordered support payments and money owed to his lawyers … and now he wants her found in contempt ... TMZ has learned.

Aaron filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, asking for Denise to be held in contempt after he says she failed to pay in full the $5K he's owed each month in temporary spousal support and the $30K she owes to his attorneys per a previous order in the case. 

Since March, he claims she's only paid partial amounts and still owes $13,500 to him and $28,000 to his attorneys -- leaving a total balance of $41,500.

Jeana Keough's battle with tongue cancer has taken another difficult turn ... her daughter says the former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star hasn't been able to eat a meal for two weeks straight ... and it's not looking good.

Kara Keough shared a health update Tuesday, revealing Jeana was scheduled to have a feeding tube placed directly into her stomach so she could finally get some nutrition ... but the plan was scrapped.

Jeana's daughter says doctors uncovered a deep vein thrombosis (DVT) clot in Jeana's leg, along with an infection.

Because of the infection, doctors can't place the feeding tube until they have more clarity, and Jeana's chemotherapy and radiation treatments have been temporarily paused.
