It's hard to be shocked by anything Kanye West says these days ... but he still made some jaw-dropping statements about his ex Kim Kardashian during his recent interview with DJ Akademiks.

Here's the deal ... the rapper, who wore a black KKK robe with a pointed hood, gave mostly rambling responses to Akademiks during the hour-plus Q&A, which dropped Sunday. At one point, Akademiks asked Ye about Kim and their 4 children -- and things took a stunning turn.

Akademiks pointed out Ye is always griping about his ugly co-parenting situation with Kim, who he accuses of controlling their 4 "Black children" -- North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

Grant Larsen – who cheated on his girlfriend Ashley on the Netflix reality TV show "Temptation Island" – is opening up about his main reasons for questioning their relationship on the show.

Grant tells TMZ … he worried Ashley didn't have the patience and kindness to be a stepmother to his child, and while he spent hours talking about this with other contestants and in his confessionals, those conversations didn't make the final edit.

Grant says Ashley didn't treat him with respect and wasn't "soft" with him ... and those were red flags, which had him over-thinking their long-term relationship, leading to his infidelity.

South Korean actor Kim Soo-hyun is defending himself against accusations he groomed late actress Kim Sae-ron when she was underage, getting emotional as he spoke about all the drama at a press conference.

Kim Soo-hyun sat before media in Seoul on Monday to address the allegations hurled at him by Kim Sae-ron's family that he groomed her during their relationship beginning in 2016, when she was just 15 and he was 28. The family's attorney said text messages between the two confirm the relationship. Back in February, Sae-ron died at 24 in what police say was a suicide.

During Monday's presser, Kim Soo-hyun admitted he dated Kim Sae-ron for about a year starting around 2020, but denied that she was a minor. According to reports, Kim Sae-ron was born in July 2000, which would have made her 19 or 20 at the time. In South Korea, the age of consent is 16.

9:15 AM PT -- Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell did not attend his sister's wedding rehearsal dinner as a couple, a source with direct knowledge tells TMZ.

We're told the "White Lotus" actress is attending the wedding with her best friend and RSVP'd months ago, way before she and her fiancé Jonathan Davino postponed their nuptials.

The source says Sydney is "very good friends with the Powell family" and has been "very close" with Glen's sister Leslie Powell "for a long time."
