Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's court battle over their French estate has always had some heat to it ... but it's never been nearly as intense as the real-life flames burning near their winery!

The wildfires in France are burning near Brad and Angelina's famed Chateau Miraval ... and firefighters have so far been successful in keeping the flames from reaching the insanely expensive estate.

Firefighters are using helicopters and trucks to fight the flames ... using water from the property's private lake.

Photos show thick plumes of smoke rising into the sky, just past the vineyards and fields -- way too close for comfort for Brad and Angelina, who are still fighting over the winery.

Antonio Sabàto Jr. and his longtime partner, Katia Fernandez, have split and ended their engagement after more than nine years together ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... the “General Hospital” alum and Katia were engaged, though they never publicly announced it, and she called it off earlier this week.

We're told there was no major blowup or specific incident behind the split. Our sources say Katia simply no longer wanted to continue the relationship and called it off, with the two now giving each other space.

7/31, 7:51 AM PT -- A source close to Marilyn tells TMZ ... she disputes those portrayals and contends they are false, misleading, and intended to damage her reputation while diverting attention from her allegations of harassment and emotional distress. She maintains that these publications do not accurately reflect the events as she experienced them.

Tari Eason is asking for a domestic violence restraining order against his ex ... telling the court she punched him in the face and destroyed some of his designer clothes with bleach.

The Houston Rockets star filed a petition, obtained by TMZ, on Thursday ... and he's asking for protection from 32-year-old Marilyn Maritza Melo Rodriguez, who he describes as someone he "used to date."

Tari claims one of Marilyn's friends called him to "tell me that she would 'break both of my legs' and 'kill me'" ... alleged threats he said made him fear for his life.

Kimora Lee Simmons looks like she wants her estranged husband Tim Leissner to have primary custody of their son ... which is interesting, because Tim asked for joint custody when he pulled the plug on their marriage.

Kimora just filed her response to Tim's divorce petition ... and while she agrees "that "irreconcilable differences" led to their split ... she splits from Tim on the issue of legal and physical custody of 11-year-old Wolfe.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kimora checked the box for Tim to have primary legal and physical custody ... even though Tim asked for joint legal and physical custody in his original petition.

Kimora is also asking to terminate the court's ability to award any support to Tim, and she also checked the box to request that spousal support be paid to her. She also wants him on the hook for her legal fees stemming from the divorce process.

"The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" stars Angie Katsanevas and Shawn Trujillo are throwing in the towel on their marriage.

According to Page Six, multiple sources say Angie and Shawn have separated after 27 years as husband and wife.

Some social media accounts are claiming infidelity is to blame, but TMZ has learned that's NOT true. A source with direct knowledge tells us ... reports that there was an affair have no merit.
