Zac Brown's estranged wife is addressing the fact he's asking a court to muzzle her Instagram posts ... which she says is just him trying to play victim and silence her.

Kelly Yazdi hopped on IG Sunday to speak her piece on Zac's lawsuit from last week -- in which he sued her in an attempt to get an emergency restraining order ... one that demanded she take down an Instagram post that he thinks violates an NDA she signed.

She shared a very lengthy caption -- in addition to a brief video teeing up her statement -- and the general sentiment here is ... ZB is in the wrong, and she feels she should be able to express herself about their marriage.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck seem to be saying they're all good, maritally speaking -- even though they're not living under the same roof, they spent much of Sunday together ... looking like a happy couple.

The apparently estranged couple met up Sunday in Santa Monica, where they both showed out to support J Lo's kid, Emme, in a school event. Jennifer Garner also showed up with Fin, as Ben and Jen's kid is pretty tight with Emme.

Anyway, things got more interesting when they left Santa Monica -- Ben was smiling behind the wheel, and Jennifer was in his passenger seat, as they headed out ... apparently to grab dinner together at BOA Steakhouse in WeHo.

Ben Affleck just upped the ante, or lowered it, amid the marital strife between Jennifer Lopez and himself -- because he's no longer wearing his wedding ring.

Well, at least he wasn't on Friday evening when pulling up to the school where his kid had a recital ... and as Ben moved the sun visor in his car, it became clear his left hand was a little lighter than it's been for almost 2 years.

As we reported, Ben has been living separately from J Lo for a few weeks now -- he moved out of the $60 million Bev Hills mansion they bought last year, and into a rental home in Brentwood.

Roddy Ricch and his ex-girlfriend Alexandra Kiser have reached a custody agreement for their 3-year-old son ... finally putting an end to their parental tug-o-war.

"The Box" rapper will have joint legal custody and is getting physical custody of the kid for a couple days each week from Tuesdays to Thursdays.

He also has to pay Alexandra $8K a month in child support ... on top of their son's private school tuition, medical bills, any special-needs therapy, and additional extracurricular activities.

Jennifer Lopez liking romance advice online happened organically -- as the relationship coach behind the post has no connection to her, but her inbox is getting flooded regardless.

Lenna Marsak -- who threw up the IG post that J Lo liked Thursday, touching on unhealthy relationships -- tells TMZ ... she definitely doesn't know J Lo personally, noting that they don't even follow each other, but has a sense of how her upload made its way to Jen's feed.

Lenna says the post in question had already been doing well -- in terms of performance and shares -- so it's possible Jenn just stumbled across it on her explore page on IG and liked it.

Zac Brown wants a judge to force his estranged wife to take down an Instagram post that he says is incredibly damaging to him ... and he went to court to make it happen.

The country singer filed documents Friday against Kelly Yazdi -- whom he married in August ... only to split up with her four months later through a joint statement, amounting to a complete 180 on their relationship.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Zac claims that an Instagram post Kelly has up on her feed is in violation of confidentiality agreements she has signed with him.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are still on speaking terms as they go through whatever they're going through -- they briefly reunited for the sake of their kids, but they're still not under the same roof.

The couple was photographed together for the first time in well over a month Thursday evening, coming together for a school play starring Ben's kid, Fin.
