The fashion world is mourning a legend ... famed Italian designer Giorgio Armani has died, according to the company.

Word of Armani's passing first broke Thursday morning, when Sky News announced the businessman's death mid-broadcast ... but did not elaborate on a cause of death.

The fashion house then confirmed the news on their Instagram, writing ... "With infinite sorrow, the Armani Group announces the passing of its creator, founder, and tireless driving force: Giorgio Armani."

Jack Osbourne got emotional revealing how he learned his father Ozzy Osbourne had suddenly passed.

He opened up about the heartbreaking moment in a YouTube video posted on his channel Wednesday ... revealing a person who had worked for his family for 30 years came knocking on the door of his Los Angeles home at 3:45 in the morning to tell him the sad news.

In a message meant for Graham, Michael says "You are finally free" adding that his former agent Susan Smith will meet him at Heaven's gate. He did not provide a cause of death.

Influencer Esmeralda Ferrer Garibay has died in a shocking tragedy gripping Mexico after her body, along with her husband's and two children's, was found abandoned in a pickup truck.

Authorities say four bodies wrapped in plastic were discovered inside a truck parked in Guadalajara's San Andrés neighborhood on August 22. Prosecutors later confirmed the victims were the 32-year-old content creator, her 36-year-old husband, and their kids, ages 13 and 7.

Mexican newspaper El Financiero reports three men who worked at a mechanic shop where the truck was dumped were arrested, but quickly released due to insufficient evidence. Officials say the investigation remains ongoing ... therefore, no motive has been released.

Garibay launched her TikTok account in April 2020 with lip-sync videos before shifting into lifestyle and travel content that pulled in more than 44,000 followers.

Her last post came just weeks before her death.

Joe Bugner -- a boxer who competed for more than three decades and squared off against some of the greatest to ever do it -- has died.

The former fighter died at his home in Brisbane, Australia the British Boxing Board of Control announced in a statement Monday ... sharing condolences with his family.

Bugner was born in Hungary but moved to England when he was six years old ... and, he started boxing professionally in 1967 when he was just 17.

Jess Hurrell, the UK-based influencer who inspired thousands online with her chic interiors and uplifting posts, has died after an 8-year battle with cancer.

Her family shared the heartbreaking news on her Instagram Friday, revealing Jess passed away earlier this month following her long battle with cancer. Despite the diagnosis, they said Jess' "positive energy was infectious," and most people never even knew the struggles she was facing behind the scenes.

"Even tackling this horrible disease for over 8 years, people couldn't believe how positive and strong she was," her family wrote. "She always skipped, smiled and powered through life. We are heart broken and she will be remembered forever. Rest in peace my darling xxx."

Known to her more than 94,000 Instagram followers for her stylish home transformations, family moments and favorite recipes, Jess built a community with her blog, "Gold Is A Neutral."

She's survived by her husband David, along with their two young children.

Jess was 42.

The families of late hockey brothers Matthew and Johnny Gaudreau came together in a touching tribute -- their widows marking the one-year anniversary of the tragic crash that killed them by finding peace at the beach with their children.

On Sunday, Matthew's widow, Madeline, shared an Instagram post of herself with her baby son Tripp Matthew -- the couple's first child, born four months after Matthew's death.

Charles Spencer is keeping his sister Princess Diana's memory alive -- marking the tragic anniversary of her passing with a heartfelt tribute.

Stunning new details surrounding Jim Irsay's death in May ... the legendary Indianapolis Colts owner reportedly passed away at the Beverly Hills Hotel while under the care of an addiction specialist.

The Washington Post obtained the death certificate for 65-year-old Irsay ... which listed his cause of death as cardiac arrest due to acute pneumonia, chronic atrial fibrillation and cardiac arrhythmia on May 21.

The document is signed by Dr. Harry Haroutunian, who'd been tending to Irsay at the hotel in the days before his death, and he told police the cause of death was natural.

Brooke Hogan says there was no foul play in her father Hulk's death ... saying she can rest easier since she's now seen the body.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Brooke was not convinced her dad's body was still intact after Hulk's widow, Sky, said he would be cremated. Brooke visited the funeral home because she wanted to see if an autopsy has or would be performed on Hulk.

Brooke has had lots of questions about the circumstances surrounding Hulk's death ... specifically, whether opioids may have been a factor or whether there might have been foul play.

She went on Bubba the Love Sponge's radio show Wednesday morning to discuss the case. Bubba was a little ticked off TMZ broke the story about Brooke visiting the funeral home. Brooke also told Bubba that Hulk was still wearing his famous bandana.
