Jasen Kaplan -- a contestant on "Finding Prince Charming" and celebrity makeup artist -- has died ... TMZ has confirmed.

Kaplan passed away Wednesday in a New York City hospital, according to Page Six, who reports the NYPD is investigating the death of a 46-year-old man at Kaplan's apartment building.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

Kaplan’s passing marks the second major loss connected to the "Finding Prince Charming" family in less than a month.

As we reported ... Chad Spodick, who made it far during the show’s only season, died by suicide on December 3. TMZ obtained dispatch audio revealing Chad hung himself in a backyard.

Following President Donald Trump's abysmal ratings hosting the Kennedy Center Honors -- and the growing list of artists canceling performances at the venue due to DT's recent rebranding it with his name on top -- the president's retaliatory tantrum has begun.

Despite JFK's granddaughter, Tatiana Schlossberg, dying just hours earlier Tuesday, Trump took to Truth Social to flood his timeline with reposts of MAGA supporters mocking the Kennedy family.

One reads ... "The Kennedy Family have LONG neglected the Kennedy Center, btw. They don't raise money for it. They never show up. And the only Kennedy who has been there recently is a member of Trump's cabinet."

Another reads ... "The Trumps have always been supporters of the arts. The Kennedys are supporters of the Kennedys."

Two years after the tragic death of film and TV star Matthew Perry, his previously unmarked final resting place has a new plaque to commemorate the actor ... new pics show.

His unmarked private crypt at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills had a bronze plaque recently added, honoring the late actor as a "Much Loved Friend." It includes his full name -- Matthew Langford Perry ... and his dates of birth and death -- August 19, 1969 - October 28, 2023.

The long wait is common practice as bronze plaques take some time to finish, and the family initially left the grave blank for privacy reasons.

Perry's crypt is situated in the secluded Sanctuary of Treasured Love section, near other stars like Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds.

Sally Struthers was seen in public on Monday ... weeks after her "All in the Family" costar Rob Reiner and his wife Michele were brutally murdered in their Brentwood home.

Sally was snapped out and about in Los Angeles ... and her mood appeared to be glum ... understandable given the recent double killings that rocked Hollywood.

TMZ broke the news ... Rob and Michele were butchered in their home on Dec. 14 ... and their son Nick has since been arrested and charged with their murders.

Chappell Roan shared a sweet tribute to Brigitte Bardot after the French film legend died over the weekend ... and she yanked it from Instagram just as fast after the singer learned more about the controversial icon.

Here's the deal ... Brigitte died at the age of 91 -- and among those who shared their sorrow was Chappell, who wrote ... "She was my inspiration for 'Red Wine Supernova.' Rest in peace, Ms. Bardot."

Seems CR was only aware of Brigitte as a French blonde bombshell and her tireless work to protect animals ... and not so much about her outspoken xenophobia and homophobia.

Clearly, word got back to Chappell ... and she replaced the tribute with a mea culpa, writing "Holy s---. I did not know all that insane s--- Ms. Bardot stood for. Obvs, I do not condone this. Very disappointing to learn."

Following the tragic death of Mickey Lee, an eerie video from her "Big Brother" season has resurfaced, showing her recapping an ominous palm reading she'd received.

In the video ... Mickey jokes that fellow houseguest Ava Pearl -- who tells fortunes by reading palms -- told her she had a short lifeline ... indicating that she would die young.

Mickey recounts that when she asked Ava, "Wait, am I going to die?" Ava responded, "Wait. Maybe that's not the right line."

Houseguest Ashley Hollis added that Ava awkwardly digressed by saying, "'Um, you know ... Let me do Ashley's.'"

While it gave the reality stars a good laugh at the time, it now gives a very serious sense of doom.

2025 will go down as one for the books ... but here, we're remembering the celebs who tragically died over the last calendar year.

Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Ozzy Osbourne, and Hulk Hogan all died within the span of five days in July ... a sad week, indeed. And, just recently, Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele, were murdered allegedly by their son, Nick, inside their L.A. home.

Malcolm-Jamal drowned in Costa Rica, while Ozzy and Hulk died from heart attacks.

Diane Keaton died in October ... first responders rushed to her home and took her to a hospital in Santa Monica, where she died from pneumonia.

Beloved "Big Brother" star Mickey Lee has died after being rushed to the ICU earlier this week.

Her family shared the heartbreaking update on her IG Friday morning, informing her nearly 30,000 followers she took her last breath during the evening of December 25, on Christmas. They remembered her as being authentic and strong, with a spirit that left "a lasting impression on fans." They also thanked her fans for their prayers and support during this difficult time.

As we previously reported ... Mickey suffered multiple cardiac arrests tied to complications from the flu. She landed in the ICU and was in critical, but stable, condition until Christmas morning.

Patricia Heaton -- who played the mom in the hit comedy show "The Middle" -- is paying tribute to her late co-star Pat Finn, after the devastating news of his passing.

As you know ... "The Middle" star Pat Finn died Monday after a long battle with cancer. Patricia took to Instagram to post a solemn statement about Pat, stating that, "One of the finest and funniest human beings I know has left to be with Jesus."

She continues to say ... "Pat Finn, whom most of you know as Bill Norwood on The Middle had been battling cancer the last few years. At the too-young age of 60, he leaves behind his sweetheart Donna and three children."

Heaton shares ... "He was adored by all who knew him, and he leaves behind a legacy of love, friendship, and wonderful comedy." Then mentions their 2023 movie “Unexpected“ where Pat graced the film with a "scene-stealing turn as a crazy psychiatrist."

"The Middle" star Pat Finn died Monday after a battle with cancer ... and celebrities are reacting to the sudden loss of the comedian and actor.

Tributes poured in Wednesday with comedian Dane Cook offering condolences to Finn's family and calling him a genuinely funny and good guy.

"Modern Family" star Eric Stonestreet, wrote, "To say Pat was beloved is a gross understatement. No ONE and I mean NO ONE jumped quicker and more head first into a bit with you than Pat Finn. He was the definition of what an improviser is and also the definition of what a good guy is. Please keep his entire family and all of his close pals in your thoughts."

Veteran comedic actor Pat Finn -- who starred in sitcoms like "The Middle" and "The George Wendt Show" -- is dead from a cancer battle ... TMZ has confirmed.

Family sources tell us Pat passed away Monday evening at his home in Los Angeles, and he was surrounded by his family.

Pat came up in Hollywood around the same time as his good friend Chris Farley. He and Chris attended Marquette University in 1987, played rugby together there ... and were roommates in Chicago when they both joined the Second City comedy troupe.

The surviving loved ones of Rob and Michele Reiner have a little more closure today ... the couple's death certificates have been released.

TMZ obtained the late couple's certificates from the Los Angeles County Public Health Dept. ... while they list some information already publicly known -- multiple sharp force injuries as their causes of death -- the gravity of the documents is still heavy.

They were both cremated at Mount Sinai Mortuary. Their final resting place is the home of their son, Jake.

11:11 AM PT -- TMZ has obtained the dispatch audio in connection to James's death.

James Ransone’s wife is speaking out for the first time following his tragic death ... paying homage to her late husband in an emotional tribute on social media.

Jamie McPhee took to Instagram to share a throwback photo of her and James smiling with their arms wrapped around one another, with James resting his hand on her baby bump. The couple share two children together.

In her caption, Jamie writes ... "I told you I have loved you 1000 times before and I know I will love you again. You told me - I need to be more like you and you need to be more like me - and you were so right."

She continues ... "Thank you for giving me the greatest gifts - you, Jack and Violet. We are forever."

Rob Reiner and Michele Reiner Singer's loved ones are relying on one another in the aftermath of their tragic deaths ... gathering just one week after their tragic deaths.

Rob's sister Annie's house was buzzing with activity Sunday ... as Rob's younger brother Lucas also arrived to the house.

Annie was spotted out on the street ... speaking to someone in a car while wearing an all-black sweater and matching pants. Despite the difficult circumstances, she put on a brave face and fave a wave to guests.

Investigators are still looking into the plane crash that claimed NASCAR legend Greg Biffle's life ... and, new video shows them looking for clues in the wreckage.

The National Transportation Safety Board released video of agents combing through the debris ... taking photos of the plane and looking in the woods surrounding the crash area.

The plane's a wreck ... broken into pieces both large and small and burned to a crisp in places. It's unclear what investigators might be able to glean from the crash site.

Lamarr Wilson, a beloved tech influencer, unexpectedly died last month when he committed suicide.

Wilson, known by millions of fans as the "Tech Lifestyle Entertainer,” took his own life by asphyxiation, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner reports. He died at a residence on Friday, Nov. 21, with his family confirming the sad news on Facebook on Dec. 13.
