Kaylee Hottle's dad says the family doesn't know the two guys who survived the car crash that took his teen daughter's life.

Joshua Hottle tells TMZ ... Kaylee was in Maryland visiting a female friend of hers, but that friend wasn't in the car when it ran off the road Tuesday morning and crashed into a ditch.

He says Kaylee was riding in the backseat of the car with two males who they don't know.

Joshua tells us the family hasn't been able to confirm what relationships she had with the 19-year-old driver and the other passenger.

The driver in the crash that killed "Godzilla vs. Kong" actress Kaylee Hottle was NOT impaired by alcohol ... though investigators in Maryland are still waiting to learn whether drugs were involved.

The Frederick County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... they have ruled out alcohol impairment for the 19-year-old driver, but results from a drug test have not yet come back.

As for whether the driver could face criminal charges ... the sheriff's office says "that is still under investigation."

Oliver Tree's celebration of life is set to be a star-studded event, with A-list attendees, live performances and multiple caskets ... TMZ has learned.

We've obtained a copy of the flier for the event, which promises to be "a night to remember" ... featuring different caskets for each of his characters, unreleased video content, tribute videos, and live musical performances.

Logan Paul, Diplo, Ethan Klein, Aaron Mercury and more of Oliver's friends and family will serve as guest speakers during the memorial service.

Malcolm Jamal-Warner’s widow, Tenisha Warner, is taking the late actor’s business manager and financial advisor to court ... TMZ has learned.

Tenisha filed a lawsuit against a man who she says worked for Malcolm from 1996 to 2023 as a business manager and financial advisor ... before the actor died last year at the age of 54.

The suit says Malcolm’s team assisted Malcolm on his insurance needs and estate planning, which originally left the majority of his estate to his mother, Pamela Warner.

Malcolm-Jamal Warner's widow is suing the late actor's estate for more than a million dollars ... a move that wasn't known when she sat for a recent interview -- but there were hints of family drama.

Speaking with Gayle King ... Tenisha Warner was pretty icy when it came to her mother-in-law during a chat for "CBS Mornings" ... and she made it clear the two were NOT close when she was asked about their relationship.

Tenisha says ... "The emotional capacity that I have can be very limited sometimes, you know? And so, I have to, for myself, decide, 'What do I have to give right now in this moment?' And whatever I have to give, the first person to get that is my daughter. And then the second is myself."

TMZ broke the story ... Tenisha sued Pamela Warner in Georgia court this week over $1.2 million she claims she's owed from her alleged prenuptial agreement with the 'Cosby Show' star.

The drama between Malcolm-Jamal Warner's mom, Pamela Warner, and his widow, Tenisha Warner, erupted months before the bombshell $1.2 million lawsuit was filed ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained a petition in Los Angeles Superior Court filed by Tenisha in November 2025 ... a few months after the actor's July 2025 drowning death.

Tenisha explained that Malcolm's trust was created in 1996 but was never updated after his daughter MacKenzie's birth in 2017. He wed Tenisha in 2022.

Tenisha said her kid faced complete disinheritance due to Pamela not being willing to amend the trust. She said Malcolm took care of them during his life and planned to continue to do so.

1:01 PM PT -- A rep for the Maryland Medical Examiner tells TMZ … they are conducting further tests to determine if Kaylee Hottle had drugs or alcohol in her system. The tests can take up to 10 days to complete ... unclear when the report will be finalized.

Kaylee Hottle died from blunt force trauma ... TMZ has confirmed.

The Maryland Office of the Chief Medical Examiner tells us she suffered multiple blunt force injuries. The death has been ruled an accident. The U.S. Sun was the first to report on her cause of death.

We broke the story ... Kaylee died Tuesday morning after cops say a car in which she was a passenger careened into a ditch. Two other people were also in the car at the time of the crash, though they both survived.

Kelly Osbourne is pouring out her heart on the 1st anniversary of her father Ozzy Osbourne's death ... saying the past year without him has broken her in ways she never knew were possible.

Kelly shared a lengthy letter to the rock legend Wednesday ... writing, "One year ago today, the world changed forever."

She says she still feels Ozzy in the quiet, in the wind, in his music ... and even the lingering memory of his cologne.

The fatal car crash that killed Kaylee Hottle looks even worse upon further review ... a new image shows severe damage to the front of the car.

TMZ obtained a new photo showing the mangled car loaded on the back of a flatbed tow truck ... the front end of the 1995 Honda Accord is almost completely caved in, with the hood crumpled up and the bumper twisted out of shape.

Grass and mud are packed around the bumper and front passenger-side wheel -- where the tire appears to have separated from the rim -- and the windshield looks cracked on the same side.

Israeli-American reality TV star Yakir Levi fell to his death from the 28th floor of a luxury hotel in Florida ... and we're told investigators do not suspect foul play.

Police in Sunny Isles Beach and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the Acqualina Resort and Residences shortly after 9:30 PM Monday ... where Levi was pronounced dead at the scene.

TMZ obtained dispatch audio from the incident ... and responders originally reported it as a suicide. Ambulances were in route, and a responding officer declared it a "45", which usually means dead on arrival.

Investigators say Levi was alone at the time of the fall. The investigation remains ongoing ... with authorities working alongside the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner to determine his cause and manner of death.

Chadwick Boseman's brothers want his widow to be removed as administrator of his estate nearly 6 years after his death ... and they are petitioning the court to have it done ASAP.

Kevin and Derrick Boseman beelined it to a Los Angeles court Friday and submitted legal docs outlining a list of reasons why they believe Chadwick's wife, Taylor Simone Ledward Boseman, has mismanaged the estate and why she should be removed from having control.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kevin and Derrick claim Taylor left the entire family in the dark about the status of his estate ... despite a 2022 court order that said their parents, Leroy and Carolyn Boseman, were legally entitled to a combined 50% share. The court order gave Taylor control of the other half after Chadwick died without a will in place.

But, nearly four years later, Chadwick's brothers allege his widow has not finished distributing the estate's assets and has continued controlling it completely on her own.

Actor Mike Preston -- best known for his iconic role as Pappagallo in "Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior" -- has died.

Preston passed away on June 8 in Florida, according to Variety, citing his wife, Josie. His cause of death was not disclosed.

Born in London, England in 1938, Preston launched his TV and movie career with the 1969 flick, “Stoney.”

Years later, Preston scored his biggest role ever in the 1981 classic film, "The Road Warrior," starring Mel Gibson. Preston played Pappagallo, the charismatic leader of a settler group trying to bring peace to the violent wasteland.

9:22 AM PT -- Authorities say Kaylee Hottle was riding in a 1995 Honda Accord when the driver veered off a Maryland road and slammed into a roadside ditch early Tuesday.

Kaylee Hottle -- a deaf actress best known for playing Jia in two 'Godzilla' films -- is dead.

Her father, Joshua Hottle, tells TMZ ... his daughter was killed in a car accident early Tuesday morning in Maryland.

Joshua also shared the tragic news in a nearly 23-minute-long social live stream ... explaining in ASL that he had to fly from Texas to claim her body.

Joshua says he learned Kaylee was involved in a serious car accident ... and officials called him shortly after this initial shock to inform him her heart stopped on the way to the hospital.

Millie Bobby Brown is among the sea of fans who are gutted by Kaylee Hottle's sudden death ... and she's paying tribute to her late costar, who died in a car crash.

Millie starred alongside Kaylee in "Godzilla vs. Kong" ... and after Kaylee's death Tuesday, Millie took to Instagram to remember her fallen friend.

MBB shared an image of Kaylee from their movie and said Kaylee would be "deeply missed." She also said she was "devastated" to learn Kaylee died.

Here's the aftermath of the fatal car crash that killed Kaylee Hottle ... the front of the vehicle is a mangled wreck ... and it looks like the result of a heavy impact.

Kaylee was a passenger in the 1995 Honda Accord ... and in our photo, the car is being loaded into the back of a flat-bed tow truck. The hood is smashed up, the hubcaps are missing and the tires appear damaged ... possibly from a fire.

The passenger side door is hanging off at an angle ... seemingly unable to close properly ... and there's damage to a side-view mirror.

Claude Lemieux's son told police the NHL legend had relapsed into sex addiction before taking his own life ... revealing his family noticed his behavior spiraling in the year leading up to his death.

Brendan Lemieux reportedly discussed his father's struggles with Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office investigators on May 28 ... shortly after finding Claude dead at the family's business in Lake Park, Florida, according to a California Post report.

The outlet reviewed police body cam footage in which Brendan allegedly said his mother, Deborah, discovered Claude was no longer sober ... explaining his father's primary issue was sex addiction, not alcohol -- although he reportedly said he didn't know if his father had picked up drinking again too.
