We're told the couple and their lawyers met last Friday and hammered out a settlement in a meeting that lasted well into the evening. As part of the deal, they will share 50/50 custody of daughters Taylor and Hayley. They also reached an agreement on spousal and child support, but those terms were not disclosed.

The couple's Encino, Calif. home will be put on the market. David had allowed Pamela to live there after she was ordered to move out, but they have now agreed to sell the property.

UPDATE: TMZ has learned the Hoff is on vacation in Hawaii, soaking up the rays. We're told his daughters will be joining him after they spend Christmas with his ex-wife. As for settlement, David issued the following statement to TMZ "I'm pleased that everything is resolved and I am very proud of my daughters who have remained strong and exhibited dignity during this very difficult time. We are all moving on."

UPDATE: A rep Pamela released the following statement: "Although Pamela has been working hard to put this divorce behind her and moving on, since David was unavailable to attend Friday's conference meeting, an agreement was not signed. Despite published reports, a settlement has not been reached nor finalized. Once David returns from vacation and elects to attend the next scheduled meeting -- which to date, he has not been present at any -- a settlement may be reached. As usual, Pamela's top priority is being a full-time mom to their girls."

Talk about a full court press!

TMZ caught Pam celebrating her 44th birthday last night at Koi, where she had dinner with her two children -- Hayley and Taylor-Ann. Mom's birthday wish: Peace, happiness and tranquility.

All appeared tranquil when Hayley told Pam she'd be spending the night at her father's, with TMZ catching the couple's younger daughter out with dad David at the Ed Hardy show after dinner. How civilized!

TMZ has learned David Hasselhoff was admitted to the hospital for alcohol poisoning.

Sources tell us David checked himself into Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A. after a binge. It was a stark contrast from what we saw last Thursday, when Hoff had a night out with daughter Hayley at Koi restaurant. Hasselhoff looked great. But things changed dramatically afterward.

No word on how the latest lapse will affect custody. A judge awarded physical custody of the kids to Hoff, but we're told for the last five weeks they've been living pretty much full-time with David's ex, Pamela Bach, while he was in Europe shooting "Anaconda 3." We're told he had "infrequent contact" with his daughters, something Hoff's people dispute. We're told Hoff has tried to keep contact at a minimum with Pam while the parties try to hammer out a property settlement.

As for how Hoff is doing, his rep says he checked out of the hospital and he's fine.

David and Pam are due back in mediation tomorrow.

According to her response, obtained by TMZ, Shaunie O'Neal also slam-dunks any notion, as Shaq had alleged in his own divorce petition, that she was "secretive" about her assets and also says she hasn't done anything "untoward with assets or monies" that belonged to Big Daddy. Shaq had alleged that Shaunie had put some of their money in "other entities," about which she says she knows nothing.

Mrs. O'Neal also adds that all of Shaq's sharp legal elbows have caused her "emotional pain and embarrassment."

Suri's father hasn't been seen for days -- he's busy shooting that Hitler movie. Mother Katie must have been undergoing further brainwashing training.

The bitter divorce battle between David Hasselhoff and Pamela Bach had another surprise twist today. TMZ has learned that Pam has decided to move out of the family residence in Encino, Calif. -- just to get the former couple's financial trial delayed beyond October 1.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mark Juhas told Bach on Monday that he would agree to postpone the trial if she vacated the property so David can move back in with their two teenage daughters, Taylor, 17, and Hayley, 15. The ex-Hoff has until October 1 to pack and go.

Hasselhoff has sole legal and primary custody of the girls. The trial -- which will divide the former couple's assets -- is now scheduled for January 28 of next year. Stay tuned!

TMZ was in court today as a judge told a sobbing Pamela Bach she'll need to move out of her house ... or show up in court as planned on October 1!

Bach had requested a delay of the financial trial with her ex, David Hasselhoff, so her accountants can review what she says are multiple boxes of the Hoff's financial documents. Bach is also requesting additional spousal and child support.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mark Juhas said today he could find no legal reason for a trial to be delayed beyond October 1, but agreed to allow it, providing Bach moves out of the home she once shared with the "Baywatch" star. Everything you own in a box to the left! Bach has until Wednesday to decide what she's going to do.

In divorce papers filed Tuesday in a Miami court, Shaquille O'Neal claimed his marriage to wife Shaunie has been "irretrievably broken," and accuses her of being shady with his cash, reports the Miami Herald.

The couple has four kids together, and each has a child from a previous relationship. They tied the knot in a ridiculously lavish Beverly Hills ceremony in 2002. Shaq, who is currently in a contract with the Miami Heat worth a cool $100 mil, claims that his wife has been "secretive about her assets," and he has asked the court to order a full investigation into every penny she came into during their union.

Attorney Gary Mitchell says he represented Pamela Bach in her ongoing divorce war with David Hasselhoff. He claims he repped Bach for six months, but she didn't pay his $39,092.60 bill. Strangely, according to the suit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Mitchell says his deal with Pam was oral -- no written retainer agreement.

Ironically, just yesterday, Debra Opri, the lawyer Pam fired, won a strange legal battle. A judge ruled that The Hoff was not required to pay Opri's $189,000 legal bill. The seemingly interminable divorce battle between Lindsay Lohan's parents Michael and Dina is finally and officially over.

A Long Island judge just minutes ago issued his final judgment in the divorce proceedings between the Lohans, granting Dina the split she wanted. We're told that the judge actually complimented the couple for doing the right thing for the kids, and for working "through the night" to get the final details ironed out. TMZ has learned Arizona Cardinal's QB Matt Leinart has settled his custody dispute with Brynn Cameron, but it's still war!

Sources say under the terms of the confidential agreement, the former couple will share joint legal and physical custody. Brynn will have primary custody, but Matt will have substantial contact with his 10-month-old son, Cole. We're told under the temporary agreement, which lasts through football season, Matt will fly to L.A. every Monday and spend 24 hours with Cole. On alternate weekends, Brynn will fly with Cole to Arizona the night before Matt's games -- Matt will spend the evening before the game and the day of with his son.

In the courtroom hallway today, a TMZ staffer heard Brynn say, "Britney and Paris aren't allowed to be around the baby!" We're told that's not part of the custody settlement. As far as we know, Leinart has had no recent contact with either woman, but we do know he sucked face with both of them in the past.

Several people familiar with the former couple say Brynn has been jealous and upset because Matt refused to marry her. Brynn's peeps say that's ridiculous. For her part, Brynn has questioned Matt's commitment to his son. Matt is the one who petitioned for more custody.

Under the settlement, while one parent has the child, the other can't visit Cole uninvited. We're told the first time Matt had the baby overnight, Brynn stayed outside his door the entire evening.

Under the deal, Brynn, a basketball player for USC, can travel with Cole during her season. As for moolah, the temporary order locks the amount of child support she receives at $12,500 a month.

Both Brynn's lawyer, Ron Rale and Matt's attorney, Laura Wasser refused comment.
