According to the docs, they both waived their rights to spousal support.

FYI, this is Mena's second divorce. She ended her 5-year marriage to cinematographer Robert Brinkmann in 2005.

Maria Shriver Friends Call 'BULLSH*T' on Arnold

Published | Updated

Arnold Schwarzenegger was lying through his gap teeth when he claimed Maria Shriver KNEW he was banging other women during their marriage ... this according to multiple sources connected to Maria.

Arnold fessed up to cheating on Maria multiple times during his interview with "60 Minutes" last night ... saying Maria knew about ALL of his trysts.

But one source close to Maria tells us ... "BULLSH*T" -- saying Maria never would have defended him against all of the groping claims several years ago had she known Arnold was stepping out. The source also says Maria would have ended the marriage had Arnold told her.

Another source tells TMZ ... Maria definitely suspected Arnold was screwing around behind her back ... but it was never discussed until she confronted him about his love child with the maid.

But we're told Maria was really in love with Arnold during their marriage ... and was truly crushed when she learned of his betrayal.

Arnold Schwarzenegger I Didn't Pay My Baby Mama 'Hush Money'

Published | Updated

Arnold Schwarzenegger SWEARS the money he religiously paid his baby mama for their secret son was not "hush money."

In an interview for "60 Minutes" on CBS that aired tonight, Arnold refused to answer questions regarding how he found out about Joseph -- the secret son he had with his former housekeeper Mildred Baena.

Arnold says he never had a point-blank conversation with Mildred about Joseph, he just "put things together" and secretly started sending her money.

Arnold says Mildred -- who was still working for him at the time -- never questioned the cash, saying she "knew what it was about," but insists it wasn't money to keep her quiet.

He then defends her and says,"Mildred is a good person. She was not out to get me or take advantage of me."

So we gotta ask ...

Paul Nassif I Got to See My Boys!

Published | Updated

Paul Nassif got to spend Saturday with his three sons ... taking them out for pizza in Bev Hills.

As TMZ first reported, a judge granted Nassif the visit Wednesday after he showed up in court armed with a report from the Department of Children and Family Services saying there was no proof he abused the kids -- despite allegations from his estranged wife, Adrienne Maloof.

The judge ordered a court-appointed monitor be present during the visit ... and we're guessing he's the conspicuous guy with the bag.

Nassif and Maloof are due back in court October 9 to settle their custody dispute ... maybe.

Usher to Ex-Wife Get Outta My House!

Published | Updated

Usher wants to make it clear to his ex-wife ... the days of freeloading are OVER -- because TMZ has learned, he plans to sell the mansion she currently calls home.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, Usher's lawyer sent Tameka Raymond a letter informing her the 12,000 sq. ft. Georgia home -- which Usher owns -- is going on the market and she needs to find new digs.

Usher has allowed Tameka to live in the home for the last few years -- but per their 2009 divorce agreement, Usher has the right to sell the pad at any time as long as he gives 60 days notice.

According to sources, Tameka didn't take the news well, seeing as she has no income of her own and has been financially dependent on Usher since the divorce.

On the flip side, we're told Usher feels he's given Tameka plenty of time to get her act together ... and enough is enough.

Fun fact: Usher purchased the home in 2007 for $3 million. Unclear what he plans to sell it for.

Maria to '60 Minutes' You Tick Tick Tick Me Off!

Published | Updated

Get this ..."60 Minutes" did its interview with Arnold Schwarzenegger without ever contacting Maria Shriver -- to get her take on the things he said in his autobiography ... and she's not happy about it.

Sources very familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... a "60 Minute" producer made calls Monday to friends of Maria -- AFTER Arnold's interview was shot -- to see if she had a general comment about the book ... but the producer never gave specifics about what Arnold said in the interview or the book. We're told the piece was already in the can, and Maria had "no interest" in commenting -- especially because it's ridiculous to wedge a comment of hers in a long piece.

One source says, "The piece is a blow *** for Arnold. Lesley Stahl just fawned over him," adding it was no surprise Maria's point of view was never solicited before Stahl sat down with Arnold.

As we first reported, Arnold never offered an advance copy of the book to Maria. A close friend of hers tells TMZ, "She knows the book is a big PR stunt to get back in the public's good graces."

As for whether Maria will read the book, we're told she has no burning desire One of Maria's friends told us, "What Maria has already been through ... nothing surprises her anymore."

Arnold to Maria MY Book MY Money

Published | Updated

One of the big reasons Arnold Schwarzenegger didn't give Maria Shriver an advance copy of his autobiography is that he intends to keep all of the money he makes from it ... sources connected with the couple tell TMZ.

Even though Arnold and Maria were together 34 years and married for 25 and a good chunk of the book is about their relationship ... we're told Arnold has made it clear to her ... the book is HIS, and she will not be getting any part of his multi-million dollar advance or any royalties.

And there's more on the money front ... We're told Arnold has been extremely tough in negotiating a financial settlement with Maria -- one source says, "Arnold has been really stingy with Maria and the kids, which is amazing considering what he did."

One source groused ... Arnold has treated his divorce as a business deal, and not an end to the relationship he had with the mother of his kids.

And here's the most shocking part ... Sources tell us as recently as last week, Arnold asked Maria to take him back. We're told ... she's not biting.

Arnold's rep told TMZ ... the divorce settlement negotiations are ongoing so no agreement has been struck.

Arnold Schwarzenegger He Won't Say He Betrayed Maria

Published | Updated

Arnold Schwarzenegger is out hawking his autobiography, so he knows something about words ... and the one word he WON'T use to describe his affair with the maid is "BETRAYAL."

In an interview on "60 Minutes" which will air Sunday, Lesley Stahl said to Arnold ...

"She gave up her television career for you. I mean, wow, was this the most unbelievable act of betrayal to Maria?"

Arnold would not acknowledge Stahl's question. Instead he deflected by saying, "I think it was the stupidest thing I've done in the whole relationship. It was terrible I inflicted tremendous pain on Maria and unbelievable pain on the kids."

And it's even worse. Arnold has not even shown the book to Maria. When Stahl asked if she knew what Arnold had written, all he would say was, "She knows that it's about my whole life."

Real classy.

k.d. lang Officially Undomesticated From Domestic Partner

Published | Updated

Watch out ladies ... country singer k.d. lang is BACK ON THE MARKET -- TMZ has learned, her domestic partnership has officially been dissolved.

The judgment was entered last week -- eight months after lang filed docs to end her nearly 2-year partnership with Jamie Price.

The couple met back in 2003 through a Buddhist teacher -- and registered for a domestic partnership in 2009.

According to the settlement agreement, both sides have waived rights to partner support -- and agree to a clean division of property ... k.d. takes what's hers (earnings, bank accounts, car, houses), Jamie takes what's hers (not that much).

Paul Nassif I Get to See My Kids ... For Now

Published | Updated

Adrienne Maloof's estranged husband Paul Nassif will finally get to see his kids again ... because a judge just granted him two visits with them, before a massive custody hearing next month.

The judge agreed to let Paul see his children during monitored visits on September 29th and October 6th.

The whole matter will be settled on October 9th, when the judge has scheduled a custody hearing to decide once and for all whether Paul should get partial custody.

As we reported, Paul went to court today armed with a report from the Department of Children and Family Services that says he never abused the kids -- despite allegations from Adrienne, who claimed Paul choked one child and struck another.

In addition to the DCFS report, Paul filed a declaration addressing each of Adrienne's allegations.

Regarding the bathroom incident, when Adrienne claimed Paul struck one of their children for peeing on his brother in the bath -- Paul says it's BS ... he simply picked the child up and (gently) directed the boy to the toilet.

And the other allegation -- that Paul choked one of the kids in his Escalade ... Paul claims it's physically impossible for him to reach his children in the giant car from the driver's seat, so that's bogus too.

Paul also claims the declaration from the family psychiatrist Dr. Charles Sophy -- supposedly confirming the alleged abuse -- is a concoction of lies. Paul claims Sophy not only betrayed his trust by going behind his back with the declaration ... but never even tried to get Paul's side of things.

And there's this too -- according to Paul, Adrienne is now threatening to fire any family employee who supports Paul in the divorce. Paul claims Adrienne's already fired the family's head of security for saying Paul's a good dad.

Adrienne's rep Howard Bragman says she is "happy that Paul will get to see the children with supervision."

Paul Nassif My Boys Need A MOTHER

Published | Updated

Adrienne Maloof has accused Paul Nassif of brutalizing their 3 boys ... and even though the Department of Children and Family Services has determined the allegations are bogus, Paul still wants Adrienne to be a big part of the kids' lives.

Paul's position is especially stunning, given that Adrienne got a court order last week prohibiting him from even seeing the boys. We broke the story ... Paul is going to court this morning to get that order lifted, but he's telling friends he will not hurt the kids to spite his estranged wife. Paul says his kids need a mom and a dad, so he will ask for a temporary joint custody order.

Paul says, "I just want this crap to stop. We need to be co-parents, no matter how we feel about each other."

There are limits, however, to Paul's tolerance. He'll ask the judge today for an order sanctioning Adrienne for falsely accusing him of child abuse.

As we first reported, the Department of Children and Family Services has written a report saying the child abuse allegations against Paul are "unfounded" ... calling into question a report by psychiatrist Charles Sophy, who concluded Paul hit the boys.

Paul Nassif Child Abuse Claim UNFOUNDED

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned ... the Department of Children and Family Services has determined Adrienne Maloof's child abuse claims against estranged hubby Paul Nassif are unfounded, and Paul will go to court tomorrow to get his kids back.

As we first reported, Adrienne went to court last week, claiming Paul choked one of their kids and struck another. Adrienne submitted declarations by several people, including Dr. Charles Sophy, who claims he interviewed the boys and they verified the abuse.

But we've learned DCFS strongly disagrees. Sources tell us DCFS has written a report -- after interviewing the boys -- categorically concluding there was no such abuse.

Sources tell TMZ ... Paul is going to court Wednesday to ask a judge to throw out the temporary custody order -- along with the order prohibiting Paul from going near his kids -- on grounds Adrienne phonied the claim.

What's more, we're told Paul will ask for sanctions against his estranged wife, claiming she viciously concocted the abuse story to get revenge.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Maria Confronted Me About Love Child In Therapy

Published | Updated

Arnold Schwarzenegger says his estranged wife Maria Shriver confronted him about his secret love child during a couple's therapy session and that she'd suspected for years ... according to his new book ... but the good news -- Arnold assured Maria he was still "turned on" by her.

In the book, obtained by the New York Daily News, Arnold says Maria took him to couple's therapy in 2011 -- the day after he left the California governorship. He believed he was there for routine marriage counseling -- instead, Maria asked him point blank if he slept with the maid and spawned a love child years before.

Arnold admits, at first, he made a slew of excuses to his wife -- but then copped to everything: cheating, the secret child and supporting his baby mama financially ... calling it a huge screw up.

Before Arnold fessed up Maria intimated the maid had already told her.

As TMZ reported ... both Arnold and Maria have now moved on and there will be no reconciliation.

Deion Sanders My Child Support Payments Are TOO DAMN HIGH!

Published | Updated

Deion Sanders is furious that a judge ordered him to pay up over $10,000/month in child support to his estranged wife Pilar ... claiming it's simply not fair.

Sanders just filed docs in Texas Supreme Court challenging the support order that was established in a lower court back in May.

In his docs, Sanders says $10k/month is actually SIX TIMES more than Texas law requires ... and he wants his child support obligation significantly reduced.

But Pilar claims Deion is worth roughly $250 MILLION ... and the TX Supreme Court shouldn't have any sympathy for Prime Time ... or change the support structure that's already in place.

In fact, Pilar has filed her own legal docs outlining why she needs so much cash from Deion. Among the highlights:
-- $2,000/month for a special diet for the kids
-- $900/month on uniforms and shoes for the kids' sports activities
-- $500/ month on the children's cell phones

Pilar also claims she spends $450 on haircuts for her sons and treatments for her daughter's "very thick curly hair."

Style doesn't come cheap.

Pilar's lawyer tells TMZ, "Once again, Mr. Sanders has not followed the Court's direct orders and has attempted to make up his own rules. It is clear that he still thinks he is "above the law."

The court has yet to rule on Deion's request. Stay tuned ...
