Kristin Cavallari has officially parted ways with her Nashville-area estate ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the sale tell TMZ ... the "Let's Be Honest" podcast host offloaded her Franklin, TN home for $7.5 million at the beginning of April ... after first listing the property last year for a whopping $11 million. She later slashed the asking price to $8.99 million.

Despite the price cut, KC is still walking away with a really nice profit ... as she first picked up the 28-acre property, with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, for just over $3 million following her 2020 split from her ex-husband, Jay Cutler.

Ray J and Princess Love are technically still married despite filing for divorce four times -- and they recently exercised their marital right to suck each other's face off in public!!!

A source close to both Ray and Princess tells TMZ Hip Hop the controversial couple have always maintained a "hot or cold" relationship, even amid the multiple divorce filings.

Tyreek Hill and his estranged wife, Keeta Hill, were captured on video during their alleged domestic dispute earlier this week.

Tyreek Hill's wife, Keeta Hill, has filed for divorce from the NFL superstar ... one day after cops were called over a domestic dispute at their Miami-area home.

According to a Sunny Isles Beach Police Department incident report, obtained by TMZ Sports, cops say Keeta's mother, Alesia Vaccaro, told them she had called for emergency services Monday after she saw Tyreek throw a computer to the floor ... and then grab the couple's baby daughter.

Officers on the scene stated Keeta told them she and Tyreek had been arguing frequently lately, and Monday's quarrel was sparked by a comment that "he was not involved enough with their daughter."
