Lena the Plug is pulling the plug on her marriage with Adam22 ... TMZ has learned.

Lena filed the divorce docs in L.A. County without a lawyer on June 1 -- which happens to be her birthday -- and wants legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old daughter, according to divorce docs obtained by TMZ.

For those who don't know, the couple has a very successful podcast and OnlyFans account, which also makes for a very unique relationship ... they shoot porn content with people outside their marriage -- together and individually -- and interview those people on their pod. Adam also hosts his popular NoJumper podcast without her.

Rumer Willis’ ex and baby daddy is firing back against Demi Moore's claim he's aggressive ... amid his and Rumer's ongoing custody battle over their 3-year-old, Louetta.

As we previously reported -- the 'Substance' star claimed in court docs that Derek Richard Thomas "appears to want to dictate and control Rumer’s environment" and has "absolutely no respect, care, concern, compassion or support toward anyone, especially Rumer and the baby."

But, in new legal docs, he says he's never behaved "aggressively or inappropriately" and claims Rumer "has launched a coordinated media attack across dozens of outlets" against him. He even flips the script and claims Rumer is the one exploiting their child in sponsored content that has "adult sexual humor," to which he says he never consented.

Damian Lillard's alleged baby mama isn't the homewrecker she's being made out to be ... 'cause TMZ has learned she and the NBA superstar didn't get romantic until AFTER his marriage was already over.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the 9-time NBA All-Star did NOT cheat on his ex-wife, Kay'la Lillard, with Justie Wolf. We're told the two had known each other for years through mutual friends, but their relationship didn't turn romantic until after Damian and Kay'la had separated.

We're also told Justie isn't the type of woman who would knowingly get involved with a married man or help break up a family ... and she would never be okay being a side chick.

Dorit Kemsley is lifting the lid on her relationship with estranged husband PK Kemsley ... and she says alcohol changed him for the worse.

In an excerpt from her debut memoir, "Unburdened," Dorit says over time booze stopped making PK more charming and instead "dulled his warmth" ... and she says he became reliant on alcohol rather than drinking for celebration's sake.

Dorit says PK became increasingly unpredictable ... and recalls feeling anxious whenever he started drinking ... "Not because I wanted to control him, but because I knew how the night might unfold."

Janel Parrish and her ex Chris Long hashed out a divorce settlement and she scored a big win … because the actress is keeping all the money she makes from her TV and film gigs.

TMZ obtained the deal executed by the exes on May 21 ... and the divorce agreement says Janel will keep her residuals and royalties from all her projects, including money from "Pretty Little Liars." She's also keeping her SAG pension plan.

Their 18-year-old daughter, Zoe, graduated from high school on May 23, and her twin brother, Thomas, is graduating on June 3 ... and Dennis wants to clarify that his child support payments should be terminated upon their respective graduations!

He is also asking the court that any additional payments based on his income are prorated to the date of his kiddos' high school graduation dates rather than his full-year income.

Singer Amerie’s monthly income was revealed as part of her bitter divorce from her ex-husband, Lenny Nicholson ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained the divorce judgment from the case, which says the exes did not own any real property or joint bank accounts.

Amerie walked away with her music businesses, Amerie Inc., Cer One Touring, and Mi Suk Publishing, and a 2016 Range Rover. The judge ordered Nicholson to turn over Amerie’s TV tracks and an external hard drive containing her music files that were in his possession.

Janel Parrish is putting her marriage to Chris Long behind her ... as it looks like the two have reached an agreement to settle their divorce.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Parrish says the divorce was uncontested and that the former couple has entered into a written agreement to settle their issues.

Additional details have not been disclosed, but at the very least, we know they'll both be declared single once the judge rubber stamps their agreement. Janel is also asking the judge to sign off on the spousal support arrangement laid out in the agreement.

Gayle King is reliving one of the most brutal betrayals of her life -- catching ex-husband William Bumpus cheating ... with her own best friend.

Appearing on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast on Wednesday, Gayle said she got back from the airport earlier than expected one day, and immediately knew something was off when the house alarm was set -- something William apparently never did.

In court docs, Stephen fired back at DeAnna’s claims that he withdrew a bunch of money from his retirement account, which she was owed a cut of.

Stephen admits he withdrew money from the account, but said he needed it to pay living expenses, including bills for his kids. He said he did not believe and was not aware he "was violating the court’s orders or acting improperly.”
