Violence has erupted in Mexico's Puerto Vallarta following reports that cartel boss Nemesio "El Mencho" Cervantes was killed… but at least one famous hotspot says that it is business as usual.

A spokesperson for Hotel Casa Kimberly -- the former love nest of Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton -- tells TMZ the property has sustained no damage amid the unrest and is fully operational for guests.

A rep for Casa Kimberly says at this time, the hotel team continues to focus on ensuring all guests, staff, and community are well cared for and secure.

Cops were called out to Shia LaBeouf's Los Angeles area home more than once prior to his breakup with Mia Goth ... according to police records obtained by TMZ.

Docs show that authorities showed up to the home belonging to Shia for calls involving a disturbance of the peace and an alleged stalking incident.

According to the records, in November 2024, a call was logged for a "husband and wife" disturbance of the peace, where an "uncooperative female" was repeatedly heard on the 911 call saying "just go" -- stating she was trying to get her husband to leave.

Renee Zellweger and her boyfriend, Ant Anstead, are in a legal battle with a woman who claims she was seriously injured while visiting the couple at their rental home ... TMZ has learned.

The Oscar winner and Ant were sued by a woman named Tracey Bryn Belland ... Belland claims Renee and Ant were living in a home in Laguna Beach, California, that Ant was renting. Belland says she was injured during a visit to the home on August 14, 2024, when she tripped and fell on the patio.

According to the suit, filed the first week of February, Belland says a “thin rug had been placed over a hole, which caused her to stumble over the uneven surface, resulting in an injury to her right knee.”

Belland said she was forced to undergo treatment for her injuries. She said she will continue to deal with pain from the fall.

Shia LaBeouf bought a house for just over a million dollars in New Orleans months after his split from Mia Goth -- a fresh start he hoped would mark a new chapter -- TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... following the breakup last year, Shia packed up his Los Angeles life and relocated to the Big Easy in December. We're told he purchased a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath Uptown cottage for just over $1 million, about 20 minutes from the French Quarter. Our sources say the move was intentional ... he told people locally he wanted to "reset and refocus."

Family played a major role. Shia is extremely close with his dad Jeffrey, who lives in the area, and we're told the two regularly hit local bars together. Our sources say being closer to him was a priority.
