Sean Kingston is finally out of police custody after being arrested and extradited in his fraud case ... 'cause he was able to post bond, but had to jump through a couple hoops first.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, SK was released on a $100K bond Wednesday in Broward County with special conditions ... Sean had to surrender his passport and any firearms to officials.

Not just this ... but his mortgage collateral will also be filed in public records within 10 days -- so he's got his house on the line here.

Sydney Sweeney will soon have the keys to a new estate in South Florida ... a lavish, oceanfront mansion, and we've got pics of her already hanging out in her new 'hood.

TMZ obtained these photos of Sydney down in the Sunshine State -- we're told she was grabbing a cup of java at a local coffee shop over Memorial Day weekend, and word in the area is she was in town for a housewarming party.

Henry Jarecki -- an award-winning psychiatrist and Hollywood movie producer -- is being dragged to court by one of Jeffrey Epstein's accusers ... a woman who claims Jarecki sexually assaulted and trafficked her.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims Jarecki was a close associate of Epstein's, and someone JE relied on as part of Epstein's sex-trafficking operation. She claims Epstein sent her to Jarecki for mental-health treatment and instead of helping her as a psychiatrist, Jarecki raped her.

In the docs, the woman claims she came to the United States around 2010 through a modeling agency but couldn't legally work because she did not have a visa, and she ended up being introduced to Epstein, who she claims began sexually abusing her and controlling her entire life.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have delayed foreclosure on their home -- reaching an agreement with their bank to buy themselves a little time to unload it ... TMZ has learned.

In court docs obtained by TMZ ... Truist Bank agreed to cease foreclosure proceedings for the next 90 days ... meaning the estranged spouses can try to sell the property without the bank stepping into foreclosure on it.

But, if they fail to sell the home and pay back the bank by August 26, TB can resume foreclosure proceedings.

Tennessee's top cop is stepping up for the King ... officially checking out misconduct allegations against the lending company that attempted to foreclose on Elvis Presley's estate.

TN Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti announced Thursday his office is investigating Naussany Investments and Private Lending, LLC -- the company that set the wheels in motion for Graceland to be auctioned off ... that is, until Elvis' granddaughter Riley Keough accused the company of fraud.

Skrmetti said, “I have asked my lawyers to look into this matter, determine the full extent of any misconduct that may have occurred, and identify what we can do to protect both Elvis Presley’s heirs and anyone else who may be similarly threatened.”

Shohei Ohtani is putting his historic contract to good use -- the Dodgers superstar just snagged a ritzy mansion in Los Angeles for $7.85 million ... a place formerly owned by comedian Adam Carolla.

Paul Pelosi's attacker has received his sentence ... a federal judge has given David DePape 30 years for his brutal 2022 hammer attack on Nancy Pelosi's husband.

Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley sentenced DePape to 30 years for assault and 20 years for attempted kidnapping for the incident -- the maximum sentence for the crimes. The sentences will run concurrently, so it comes out to 30 years instead of 50.

CNN reports the judge said the sentence had to reflect the serious nature of the incident.

Ben Affleck has been staying at a home that he seems to be occupying without his wife, Jennifer Lopez -- and he was spotted leaving there this morning ... this amid split rumors.

The actor was photographed Thursday morning in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles -- where we're told he left a house that he's been seen coming from and going to ... and where we're told he's been spending the night as well.

This morning, paps got him leaving that same area ... and he appeared to be riding solo. We're also told that Ben was NOT spotted at his house with J Lo the night prior -- so it seems he spent the night here at this Brentwood address.
