9:03 AM PT -- The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has released a statement regarding Presley Gerber's death saying ... “The investigation is still ongoing and there is limited information available,” the statement continued. “Death was pronounced at 09:45 hours on September 20, 2026, by responding paramedics. The Santa Monica Police Department is the investigating law enforcement agency.”

Presley Gerber was living with several other people at a rehab facility when he died, and it appears he suffered a fatal overdose ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Presley's family has been told his death was the result of an apparent overdose. Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber's son had been staying in a separate house on the grounds of the L.A. area rehab facility.

The Medical Examiner has not determined the official cause of death yet.

Presley Gerber's penultimate Instagram post now reads like a gut punch ... with Cindy Crawford's son saying he hoped a frightening treatment experience would be the last one he'd ever need.

Presley's famous mom, dad, and sister were right there cheering him on in the comments.

Cindy replied, "You are a warrior! Walked thru the fire to find yourself! So proud!" ... with Presley responding, "love you mama!!!"

Frankie Muniz is back on Instagram after making an alarming admission that he'd gone through a difficult period in the last 6 weeks ... this time posting a pic with estranged wife Paige Price and their son, Mauz.

Sharing a pair of pics of the family riding in their car after one of Mauz's soccer games ... Frankie could be seen smiling and Paige making faces at the camera. No drama here, it seems!

A$AP Rocky turned his Copenhagen concert into a family affair ... bringing Rihanna and their son Riot onstage in the middle of his set.

The surprise cameo went down Friday at Royal Arena, where Rocky was performing "Lord Pretty Flacko Jodye 2" during the European leg of his "Don't Be Dumb" World Tour.

B2K singer Raz B and wife Mona Li's 3-month-old son showed no obvious signs of trauma or foul play when police responded to the Atlanta home where he died ... TMZ has learned.

According to an Atlanta Police Department incident report obtained by TMZ, officers responded to a "person down" call at a home shortly after 8 AM on September 8.

Police say officers arrived and were directed to Astro Monte Thornton, Raz and Mona's 3-month-old son, who was unresponsive.

Michael Jackson's estate is asking the court for permission to pay its various lawyers over $9 million for services rendered over the course of six years ... as they battle Paris Jackson's request for legal fees for a much shorter time frame.

The estate says the payday is earned ... noting that when MJ died in 2009, he had more than $500 million in debt accruing interest, which has since been paid off and then some.

Now ... the executor says the estate has been transformed into a $2 billion conglomerate ... and claims the lawyers and other professionals did this by betting on their ability to turn things around. The bill is for six years of work ... which includes everything from tax planning, trademarks, business deals, legal matters, and various other issues the estate deals with.

Kim Kardashian's children are getting court-ordered protection against the man she says sent her Plan B and has previously shown up outside their house ... and he can't get near them for half a decade.

Kim asked a judge back in July for her permanent restraining order against Nicholas Costanza to include protections for North West, Saint West, Chicago West and Psalm West ... and now we've learned her request was granted in a Sept. 10 court hearing.
