Vladimir Putin's hands are looking pretty rough these days ... prompting people to speculate about his health -- again!

The Russian strongman showed off his mitts for the cameras while recently meeting with 22-year-old health expert Yekaterina Leshchinskaya to chat about potentially banning e-cigarettes from being sold inside the former Soviet Union.

Legendary KISS guitarist Ace Frehley passed away Thursday, Oct. 16, after his family made the difficult decision to turn off his ventilator ... and today his cause of death has been released, TMZ has learned.

TMZ confirms, Ace died as a result of blunt trauma to the head due to a fall.

According to the Morris County, New Jersey Medical Examiner's report ... Ace suffered a fracture to the back of his skull, a subdural hematoma -- a collection of blood formed between the brain's protective outer layer and the brain itself -- and a stroke. His manner of death was ruled an accident.

Legendary actress and Golden Globe winner Sally Kirkland has been hospitalized in Southern California ... TMZ has learned.

Kirkland's rep, Michael Greene tells us ... she is in hospice at a hospital in Palm Springs after having dementia the last year. Her dear friend and former student Cody Galloway is by her side.

Greene is on a plane from JFK to be with her.

Kirkland had been struggling with "life-threatening infections" according to a GoFundMe started by friends. The page was meant to raise funds for her "urgent medical care" needs.

The GoFundMe page shared, "She had a fall in the shower, when she was left unattended; injuring her ribs, foot, along with cuts and bruises."

Betty Harford, known for appearances on "Dynasty" and "The Paper Chase," has died.

According to her friend Wendy Mitchell, who confirmed the news in a Facebook post, Harford passed away November 2 with her family at her side.

Harford spent 9 years recurring on the hit '80s soap opera "Dynasty" as cook Hilda Gunnerson. She also appeared in episodes of "Alfred Hitchcock Presents," "The Twilight Zone" and "The Paper Chase" for which she appeared in 45 episodes as Ms. Nottingham.

Jimmy Kimmel's wife Molly McNearney may be in for one awkward Thanksgiving ... she revealed some of her familial relationships have been severely hurt after her husband's public battle with Donald Trump.

Molly appeared Thursday on the "We Can Do Hard Things" podcast alongside Jimmy, where she admitted it's been challenging to come from a politically conservative family to now be battling the Republican Party's leader.

She said, "To me, them voting for Trump is them not voting for my husband and me and our family.” It's been so difficult, she's “unfortunately" lost relationships with people in her family because of it.

Georgalis claims any transactions between Ortiz and others in the Dominican Republic were for lawful activities -- before adding the indictment "lacks any alleged evidence that connects Luis to these alleged bettors."

Cleveland Guardians pitchers Emmanuel Clase and Luis Ortiz have been indicted in relation to a scheme to rig bets on pitches thrown in MLB games ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, their scheme allegedly worked like this ... the pitchers would agree in advance with their co-conspirators on what pitches they would throw in the games.

Prosecutors claim Clase and Ortiz's alleged co-conspirators would then use that information to place hundreds of "fraudulent bets" on those pitches, which won them at least $400,000.
