Cleveland Browns linebacker Devin Bush -- a top-10 pick in the 2019 NFL Draft -- was arrested on Sunday in Pennsylvania.

Court records -- obtained by TMZ Sports -- show the former Univ. of Michigan standout was thrown behind bars in Allegheny County on two separate charges ... simple assault and harassment.

According to the police criminal complaint ... Bush's girlfriend told cops the football player smashed her phone during a heated dispute Sunday morning.

Football fans around the world were baffled when projected first-round pick Shedeur Sanders fell all the way to Day 3 in last weekend's NFL draft ... but former Browns great Eric Metcalf thinks it's a blessing in disguise -- telling TMZ Sports the QB can now play "carefree."

We caught up with the former Browns running back and wide receiver ... and he seems certain the former Colorado superstar's stock plummeted to No. 144 not because of his talent -- but his overwhelming confidence.

"All of the scouts, all of the teams said that he was accurate, he could throw the ball ... everything you wanted from a quarterback,” Metcalf said. "And for him to not get drafted in the first, second or third round is kinda a slap in his face and we all know what it was about."

Pack up the tin foil hats and UFO paraphernalia ... NFL agent Leigh Steinberg tells TMZ Sports the conspiracy theory that owners blackballed Shedeur Sanders during last weekend's draft is "nonsense."

The former Univ. of Colorado signal-caller, of course, was largely expected to be a first-round pick ... but tumbled all the way to the fifth round on Saturday -- which had people racing to social media to accuse franchises of colluding with one another to keep Deion's son down.

Steinberg, though, told us this week there's just no way that actually happened.

Shedeur Sanders is 10 toes down in Northeast Ohio ... the Cleveland Browns' notable fifth-round selection just arrived at the team's facility after a whirlwind draft weekend.

Sanders posted video to his Instagram on Tuesday ... showing him working his way through the team's building in Berea with a black duffel bag over his shoulder.

It comes 72 hours after the 23-year-old saw one of the most shocking draft slides in recent memory. After many expected he could go as early as the top five, he didn't hear his name called until the final day of the event.

We caught up with the Colorado Buffaloes head coach and Hall of Famer at LAX fresh off Shedeur joining the Cleveland Browns with the No. 144 pick ... and despite all the chatter surrounding how it played out, he hammered home a message of faith.

Deion was in good spirits about it all ... saying, "You know how good God is" when asked if he was pleased with how things turned out.

Shedeur Sanders may have slipped pretty far down into the draft ... but, that didn't diminish his party spirit at all -- 'cause he threw a star-studded event to celebrate his achievement.

The New York Giants' decision to choose Jaxson Dart over Shedeur Sanders has ruffled some feathers, but two-time Super Bowl champ Brandon Jacobs tells TMZ Sports the G-Men made the right move, saying the ex-Ole Miss QB is a better fit for the team!

Jacobs -- Giants running back from 2005 to 2011 -- expressed adulation for his former team's first-round picks during the NFL Draft on Thursday, after they selected Abdul Carter at No. 3, before trading up to land Dart at 25.

"I give them an A+," Jacobs said of the Giants' draft day. "No question, A+."

The wait is over for Shedeur Sanders -- after going unselected in the first two days of the 2025 NFL Draft, Deion's son finally has an NFL home with the Cleveland Browns.

The former Colorado quarterback was the 144th overall pick ... making him a fifth-round selection.

Shedeur seemed relieved once his name was called ... which is understandable, considering many thought he'd be off the board in the first.

Kadarius Toney emphatically shut down rumors he's retiring from the NFL ... taking a shot at the people spreading the misinformation, while making it clear all the attention is great for his side gig -- music!

Rumors began circulating Thursday afternoon that the Giants' former first-round draft pick planned to hang up the pads for good, and would instead focus his efforts on his rap career.

But, Yung Joka is shutting down all that talk ... "Goofies on the net hollering im retiring," Kadarius wrote on Instagram.

The Cleveland Browns are mourning the loss of a beloved member of the organization this week ... with the team announcing its office dog, Moose, has passed away at 10 years old.

"We already miss your presence around the building, buddy 🧡" the team said on social media ... paying tribute with some photos of the chocolate lab over the years.

Moose stayed at the Browns facility in Berea, Ohio 24/7 ... and kept employees company by boosting morale during their work days.

Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam is finally admitting what the Dawg Pound has been saying for years -- the trade for Deshaun Watson was nothing short of a disaster ... calling it a "big swing and a miss" on his part.

Haslam spoke about the 2022 transaction with reporters on Monday ... and he bluntly confessed it hasn't worked out for the organization like he had hoped -- which will shock no one.

"We took a big swing and miss with Deshaun," Haslam said, according to Mary Kay Cabot. "We thought we had the quarterback, we didn't and we gave up a lot of draft picks to get him. So we've got to dig ourselves out of that hole."

If Browns superfan The Miz was running his favorite NFL team, he tells TMZ Sports he would NOT take a quarterback in the first round of the league's draft next month!!

The WWE Superstar put on his imaginary Cleveland general manager cap for us out at LAX earlier this week ... and explained he'd pass on both Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders if he was in charge of the Dawg Pound's war room.

He said he'd rather trade the Atlanta Falcons for Kirk Cousins ... and then draft Penn State pass rusher Abdul Carter with the No. 2 overall pick.

Cleveland Browns director of stadium security Omar Jufko has seen it all during his time at the helm -- even childbirth -- and he says while it's not every day a baby enters the world at a ball game, his crew was able to handle business!!

Jufko broke down the unexpected scenario for us this week ... saying a stadium staffer was going about her job when, all of a sudden, she went into labor.

Jufko -- who has 17 years of experience in the NFL and MLB -- explained he got the call in the command center ... and everyone immediately sprang into action to help deliver the baby.

Shedeur Sanders' video game habits might reveal his preferred NFL destination come April ... 'cause the former Colorado superstar said he only plays "Madden" with the Cleveland Browns.

When talking about the popular football franchise on a recent vlog, Shedeur explained he enjoys playing with the Browns because of how they move around the field ... as well as how they're set up.

Kadarius Toney on Thursday appeared to address his recent arrest -- writing on his social media page that people "will believe anything" about him as "long as it's bad."

The two-time Super Bowl champion threw the message up on his Instagram Stories -- in a caption on a picture of him wearing a mask and a hat.

Toney also stated on the photo that "Mfs say anything when they think they right" ... before he deleted the post minutes later.
