The only sick burns on Kevin Hart's mind now are sunburns ... because the comedian hit Las Vegas for a fun Memorial Day Weekend getaway with wife Eniko Hart just a couple weeks after getting torched during his Netflix roast special.

TMZ obtained video of Kevin and Eniko living it up Sunday at the Omnia Dayclub Las Vegas. The couple was first spotted leaving the Wynn before making their way over to Caesars Palace for a full on daytime bash.

DJ FISHER had the place going nuts with booming party tracks, drinks flowing nonstop, and crowds packed shoulder to shoulder under the scorching Vegas sun.

Grizz Chapman, the actor best known for his work on the classic sitcom "30 Rock," has died.

His longtime rep, Saideh A. Brown, tells TMZ ... Chapman died Friday. No other details are being released at this time, other than his wife and two children are devastated.

In addition to his work on the NBC series ... Chapman created a series of YouTube videos known as "Grizz Chroniclez" featuring him in variety sketches.

Byron Allen says late nights on CBS are going to look A LOT different when Stephen Colbert steps aside after Thursday's show ... and he says the key to replacing Colbert will be a comedy show that's light on politics and heavy on timeless, inclusive humor.

Tiffany Haddish's Georgia DUI case is still dragging on ... but, she won a minor legal victory Wednesday when a judge ruled the results of one field sobriety test and statements she made to cops at the time can't be presented at trial.

A Fayette County Court judge ruled Wednesday that the officer who arrested Haddish incorrectly administered the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus -- or HGN -- test ... the well-known field sobriety test where an officer asks a suspected impaired driver to follow a light or finger with just their eyes.

The judge says Haddish told the officer at the time she had a lazy eye ... but he didn't ask any questions about it and administered the test without considering how it might affect the results. As such, the court found the test was not applied in a reliable manner so the results can't be used in the case against her.

Chelsea Handler is going scorched earth on Shane Gillis and Tony Hinchcliffe ... saying their “racist” hackery was exactly what she expected at the recent roast of Kevin Hart.

CH unloaded on the comics when she dropped by Deon Cole’s "Funny Knowing You" podcast ... saying she was disgusted by their remarks, especially quips about lynching and Sheryl Underwood’s dead husband, who died by suicide.

Jada Pinkett Smith scored a 5-figure sum for her attorney's fees in the legal battle with Will Smith’s alleged ex-pal, Bilaal Salaam ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge awarded the "Red Table Talk" host $32,836 in legal fees, although Jada requested $49,181 before the judge reduced the amount.

As we previously reported, Bilaal sued Jada, claiming he suffered emotional distress due to alleged threats from Jada and her associates. He claims to have been friends with Will for decades and says he was called up by the Smith team to help with damage control after the actor slapped Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars.

Kevin Hart's company and two of his former employees are in the middle of a nasty court battle over alleged company secrets ... TMZ has learned.   

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Kevin’s company Hartbeat sued two former employees, Eric Eddings, who started working at the company in 2022, and Lesley Gwam, who was hired in April 2023, back in February.

Per the suit, Hartbeat says the duo had access to extensive confidential and proprietary and trade secret information, financial performance data, partnership strategies, and business plans for Hartbeat’s audio and podcast division.

Spencer called out the local politicians -- namely Mayor Karen Bass -- for their purported failures to manage the wildfires.

Chelsea posted a video on Instagram reminding everyone that Spencer is a "straight, white male former reality star" with no previous government experience, which does not make him a legit candidate to replace Bass.
