Steve Martin and Martin Short raised a glass to Catherine O'Hara during their comedy show Friday night, just hours after TMZ broke the news of her death.

Check out the sweet tribute -- they had an image of the late actress on a screen during their 'Best of' tour stop in Austin, Texas, as Martin doted over her as "the greatest, most brilliant, kindest, sweetest angel" they had ever worked with.

They raised their glasses and clinked them in her honor as the audience erupted in cheer.

Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot -- the couple who got caught having an affair at a Coldplay concert last summer -- won't ever live it down ... because Pepsi's thrown the moment into their new ad campaign!

The soda giant just dropped their Super Bowl ad on social media ... which begins with a polar bear -- an iconic Coca-Cola mascot -- taking the Pepsi Challenge, and choosing Pepsi over Coke.

The shocked bear runs off to a therapy session -- with a heavily bearded Taika Waititi talking him through his issues -- before he hits the city streets and meets a lady bear on the street ... who offers him a Pepsi.

The two then attend a concert together ... where they're shown on the Jumbotron ... cuddled up and sipping on the beverage.

7:32 PM PT -- Sources close to Kenan tell TMZ ... this was a contractual disagreement and not about him choosing to not pay rent. Our sources tell us Kenan never received the keys to the property and had never even stepped foot on the property.

Kenan Thompson is being dragged to court by a landlord, who claims he owes over $34,000 for breaking his lease on a rental home.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the 'SNL' star is being sued for allegedly breaching a 12-month lease for a 3-bedroom rental property in Los Angeles.

In the docs, the landlord claims they entered into a written lease agreement with Kenan in September ... they say the lease started October 1 and Kenan agreed to pay the $10,250 rent for a year before the lease would go month-to-month.

Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt are already talking next steps after welcoming their baby last month ...  and yeah, marriage is very quietly hovering in the background!

Absolute tragedy in the comedy world ... beloved comedian and actor Floyd Vivino -- better known as Uncle Floyd -- has died at the age of 74.

The news was announced by his brother Jerry on Facebook late Thursday night ... he revealed Floyd passed away peacefully at 6:05 PM on January 22 after a two-and-a-half-year battle with ongoing health issues.

Jerry wrote, "Rest in peace big brother. You will be missed, but always remembered by friends, family and your loving fans," adding the family will hold a private funeral, with a public celebration of life to be announced later.
