Caitlin Clark is finally addressing her teammate Sophie Cunningham's controversial comments on trans athletes in women's sports ... and she's getting feisty with reporters.

Caitlin was asked about Sophie coming out against "biological men" competing against young girls in sports ... and the Indiana Fever star snapped at the journalist who dared to ask a follow-up to her non-answer.

Caitlin was asked about Sophie's stance after Sunday's 108-100 loss to the Minnesota Lynx ... she didn't pick sides, said it was above her pay-grade, claimed it wasn't a topic in the locker room and said she was only focused on winning WNBA games.

When the reporter pressed for more, Caitlin shut him down ... and you can feel the tension in video from their exchange.

Boy George is bowing out of the upcoming London production of "Jesus Christ Superstar" ... just days after releasing a pro-Israel song, which is getting tons of heat online.

The singer's manager, Paul Kemsley, announced the change on social media, saying the decision was made "with the utmost respect" for the show's producers, creative team and cast, while also apologizing to fans who had purchased tickets expecting to see the Culture Club frontman perform.

Paul went on ... "George has never been afraid to stand by his personal convictions, and I have always respected him for that. Equally, I believe it is my responsibility to make decisions that are in the best interests of my artist while also showing respect to others."

Kamu Kirk -- a housemate on season 28 of "Big Brother" -- is catching flak online over a viral video where he jokes about George Floyd.

Here's the deal ... back in December, Kamu shared several videos where he filmed a dude being arrested outside his residence while screaming bloody murder.

During the high-pitch screams for help -- it sounds like the person being arrested is alleging police mistreatment -- Kamu says, "I can't breathe, I can't breathe, I can't breathe. Bro thinks he's George Floyd."

The video recently resurfaced and is now going viral ... for all the wrong reasons.

The WNBA is *attempting* to put out a fire they ignited ... after the league's own social media team posted video of hoop stars Angel Reese and Paige Bueckers seemingly making a $400 wager on a Dream-Wings Game -- before scrambling to delete it.

Addressing the viral controversy for the first time, the much-maligned league put out a statement insisting the whole thing was a joke that got out of hand.

"While the social media post was intended to be lighthearted, WNBA players are well aware of the league's policies prohibiting betting on WNBA games and receive training every year reinforcing those policies. We recognized that the post missed the mark, removed it shortly after it was published, and addressed the matter internally."

11:38 AM PT -- The WNBA is breaking its silence on the controversy ... and the league's chalking it all up to a joke that went too far.

The WNBA is backpedaling on a social media post that promoted two of its biggest stars violating league policy ... scrubbing a video of Paige Bueckers and Angel Reese putting $400 on the outcome of a game from its X account.

The friendly wager was made during All-Star Weekend ... with Bueckers and Reese agreeing to shell out four crisp $100 bills if their respective teams lost in Wednesday's showdown.

"I know y'all gonna lose ... but if y'all win, you get the 400," Reese said in the clip while holding a wad of cash.

A popular Wisconsin brewery promising free beer when President Donald Trump dies is fighting to stay open as the state plans to revoke its alcohol permit ... and the owner says he's a political target!!!

The Minocqua Brewing Company says the Wisconsin Department of Revenue is planning to shut it down by August 4 ... according to a newsletter published by owner Kirk Bangstad, a vocal Trump critic.

Bangstad -- who often shares anti-Trump sentiments on social media and touts the brewery as "the state's most progressive brewery" -- claims the government is trying to make an example out of him because of his political views.

The brewery owner says ... "They'll have to pry me out of my taprooms before I stop selling beer to thirsty progressives who come to visit us."

Izi Prime wasn't playing around on stream ... throwing a girl into the pool after she sprayed him with a squirt gun.

Peep the clip ... you can hear Izi say he'd toss in anyone who shoots him with water before one girl starts emptying her pockets and taking off her shoes.

Disneyland visitors were super pissed at the park yesterday ... because most of the bathrooms were closed for hours due to a citywide water pressure issue.

Shocked fans took their frustrations at the Mouse House out online ... saying it was unbelievable that several park bathrooms were being guarded by staff ... not allowing anyone inside.

Sounds like a nightmare ... but in fairness, it was not Disneyland's fault -- Anaheim city officials said they were dealing with technical issues drawing water from groundwater wells -- and that resulted in the sudden pressure drop. Emilie Kiser's doing some soul searching ... because she's getting roasted online for having her 16-month-old son, Teddy, in a boat without a life jacket.

What's worse is this comes a little over a year after her 3-year-old son, Trigg, was found unresponsive in their backyard pool last May. He was was rushed to the Phoenix Children's Hospital and died 6 days later.

Emilie took to Instagram to respond to the backlash, writing in a story ... "Our child should have been in his life jacket for the entirety of that boat ride, not even for the few moments that he was out of it."

A Chicago Cubs fan who went viral after smacking a younger man in the back of the head for sitting during the national anthem is breaking his silence ... and he tells us the video's missing a key ingredient.

Here's the deal ... over the weekend, an older gentleman in a Cubs jersey barked at a younger fan in front of him to get off his butt for the Star-Spangled Banner at Wrigley Field ... and when the person kept sitting, the Cubs fan smacked him in the head.

TMZ tracked down the Cubs fan -- Robert "Bob" Chavez -- and he tells us he lost his cool in the moment because he is a Vietnam veteran who had numerous buddies killed in the war.

Andrew and Tristan Tate are being extradited to the UK ... a move their lawyer says is totally unfair given their other legal entanglements.

Joseph McBride tells TMZ ... the two brothers were arrested and are set to be extradited to the UK after the Crown Prosecution Service announced 32 more charges against Andrew and 6 against Tristan this weekend. CPS says all the charges are connected to alleged conduct which they say occurred between 2010 and 2017.

According to CPS, Andrew's 32 charges break down to 7 counts of rape, 3 counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, 3 counts of assault, and 19 charges "relating to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography."
