Kim Kardashian just took a wild trip down memory lane -- literally -- recalling a past drug run incident and how, in a way, it ties into her lifelong passion for prison reform.

In the latest episode of "The Kardashians," Kim sat down with a group of incarcerated men during a Sacramento prison visit -- where she recalled the time teen Kim got talked into picking up ecstasy from an apartment ... and thinking back on it has her freaking out, thinking about how it could have gone south.

However, Kim admitted that if she had gotten caught, she knew her attorney dad, Robert Kardashian, would’ve had her back in a heartbeat -- but for the men sitting with her, that kind of safety net never existed.

One of Andrew Tate's girlfriends says he nearly choked her unconscious during a violent sexual encounter 2 weeks ago, prompting her to report the alleged incident to police ... TMZ has learned.

Bri Stern filed a sexual assault report and she claims Andrew attacked her on March 11 while they were staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel … according to sources with direct knowledge.

She's told police Tate began choking her while they were having sex, but it got too rough, and although she begged him to stop, he kept going. Bri says the more she struggled, the more violent he got … and she felt everything getting fuzzy, like she was fading into unconsciousness.

Former MMA fighter Sean Loeffler has been sentenced to five years of supervised probation and a $5,000 fine after pleading guilty to a third degree sexual abuse charge in Oregon.

A Lincoln County judge also sentenced him to five years' bench probation for an interception of communications offense. FYI ... bench probation means the court will monitor him, rather than a probation officer.

The once-promising athlete received his sentence Wednesday afternoon after pleading guilty to sexual abuse and interception of communications misdemeanors Monday.

Alleged 'Gangbang' Teacher Ordered To Stay Away From Alleged Victims ... See Her Bikini Pics

Brittany Fortinberry -- the Indiana teacher charged with sexually abusing children by allegedly asking them to gangbang her while wearing "Scream" masks -- has been ordered to stay the hell away from the alleged victims in her case.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Fortinberry's prohibited from having direct or indirect contact with one of the underage boys involved in the case and she can't go to his house, school or work. If she sees him in public, she has been ordered to stay at least 1,000 feet away.

Prosecutors say the court also issued an order prohibiting Brittany "from having any direct, or indirect, contact with our victims."

Dallas Fort Worth Airport Naked Woman Stabs, Bites Victims

A woman stripped down buck-naked and terrorized passengers at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in Texas earlier this month ... and the incident ended with her placed on a mental health hold, TMZ has learned.

Cops say they were called for a welfare check and determined a woman -- identified as Samantha Palma in the incident report -- had suffered a "manic episode" that led to her allegedly stabbing at least two people with a pencil and biting a restaurant manager trying to subdue her.

According to the report, she stabbed the manager with his own pencil as he tried to intervene, causing puncture wounds to his head and face ... while her teeth broke open skin on his right forearm and caused "immediate bruising."

Former NFL RB LeShon Johnson is facing years behind bars for allegedly running a massive dog fighting operation ... marking the biggest bust of its kind in U.S. history.

The Department of Justice announced a 21-count indictment against Johnson -- who played six seasons in the NFL -- accusing the 54-year-old of possessing 190 "pit bull-type dogs" for "use in an animal fighting venture."

The DOJ says the animals, from Johnson's "Mal Kant Kennels" in Oklahoma, were seized in October 2024 -- in what the Feds say was the largest dog fighting bust in history.

Johnson, in part, is accused of strategically breeding "champion" pits -- animals that won several fights against other dogs, to produce offspring that could also fight.

Former Duke football player Brandon Braxton was charged with first-degree murder in connection with the July 2024 death of a North Carolina real estate agent -- with investigators saying he owned up to committing the crime.

Braxton was charged last Thursday with the murder of Charlotte-based realtor Whitney Hurd -- eight months after she was found dead inside her townhome.

According to the New York Post, the former wide receiver confessed to the act while being held at the sheriff's department after being arrested for trespassing -- one of his seven arrests following the murder.

'Ghost Adventures' Aaron Goodwin Estranged Wife Appears in Court ... Accused in Murder-for-Hire Plot

The estranged wife of "Ghost Adventures" star Aaron Goodwin made her first court appearance since being arrested for allegedly plotting to have him whacked ... and she's looking pretty stressed out.

Victoria Goodwin was in a Las Vegas courtroom Tuesday for a preliminary hearing ... she's facing two charges -- solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Victoria's wearing jail scrubs and talking to her attorney, with her hands cuffed to a chain around her waist. She agrees to the judge's question about returning to court in 2 weeks.

TMZ broke the story ... Victoria was arrested earlier this month after police said she hatched a plan to kill Aaron while he was filming his show with Zak Bagans ... as a way to get out of her marriage.

Karen Read Documentarian Not Following Her During Retrial!!!

The new Karen Read documentary series -- giving a BTS look at her first trial and her preparation for the retrial in the death of her boyfriend, Boston police officer John O'Keefe -- is blowing up ... but TMZ’s learned they won’t be rolling the cameras for her upcoming retrial.

Director Terry Dunn-Meurer tells TMZ ... "Karen approached us with a compelling desire to share her story, and we believe we captured it thoroughly in 'A Body in the Snow: The Trial of Karen Read.' While the second trial will undoubtedly introduce new evidence and fresh faces -- including a new prosecutor and three additional defense attorneys -- the essence of Karen's story remains the same. Therefore, we currently have no plans to film another documentary covering the same ground."

The ID team stopped filming with Karen a few days after the first trial wrapped last summer, catching the aftermath, and then they did follow-ups in August ... but none of those included Karen -- and that's the extent of it.

Diddy won a small victory in court today when a judge tossed a majority of claims against him in a lawsuit filed by a former music producer accusing him of sexual assault.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge dismissed five of the nine claims Rodney Jones made against Diddy ... including RICO claims, infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract claims.

The court also dismissed a Trafficking Victims Protection Act claim against Diddy's company, Combs Global.

A Harvard University football player was arrested with viral sorority girl Lily Stewart over the weekend ... after cops say they were wandering around a campus building after business hours.

Junior Crimson tight end Seamus Gilmartin and two others were busted alongside Stewart on University of Georgia property around 3 AM Sunday morning ... after cops responded to an intrusion alarm at the student center, which closes at midnight.

According to a police report, the group seemingly tried to flee the scene after they noticed the cop approach the building ... but once the officer tracked them down, he ordered Gilmartin to comply -- which he did.

Cain Velasquez Sentenced To Prison In Attempted Murder Case

Cain Velasquez has just been sentenced to five years in prison for his alleged role in a 2022 attempted murder.

A judge issued the order on Monday afternoon in a Santa Clara, Calif. courtroom ... roughly three years after the UFC legend was accused of trying to kill Harry Goularte, a man who allegedly molested one of Velasquez's close relatives.

Velasquez appeared in person for the hearing ... and wore a collared shirt and a dark-colored blazer. He spoke at the proceedings and expressed remorse -- as did members of his family. Some of Goularte's relatives addressed the court too, and asked the judge for a heftier sentence. Ultimately, Velasquez got five years -- though he was given credit for approximately three years of time served.

Singer Mark Morrison Arrested for Shoving Restaurant Manager

6/9 1:40 PM PT -- Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office dismissed the case against Mark Morrison.

1:42 PM PT -- Mark Morrison’s attorney is calling the heated altercation between the singer and restaurant management "a racially charged confrontation."

Rick King, Morrison's attorney, tells TMZ ... the alleged shove was sparked by a dispute over an unpaid entertainment fee. King goes on to say, "However, it is important to acknowledge that this altercation between Mr. Morrison and the male employee of the Le Bar à Vin, Nicola Lavacca, arose in the context of a racially charged confrontation. At this time, Mr. Morrison and legal counsel are working diligently to ensure that the facts of the case are fully understood and appropriately addressed."

The attorney says Morrison is fully cooperating with authorities, and is confident that the investigation will clear up the situation and vindicate him from any wrongdoing. For now, Morrison is asking the public to withhold judgment until all the facts are presented.

"Return of the Mack" singer Mark Morrison got busted on a battery charge in Florida ... after allegedly striking the general manager of a swanky restaurant.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Morrison stormed into Le Bar à Vin in Palm Beach on Saturday evening ... and started yelling and cursing at the venue's general manager. It seems Morrison was upset over an event he started planning with the venue on Friday.

Cops say witnesses told officers the situation escalated to the point Morrison allegedly pushed the manager in his upper body. Nicola Lavacca, the manager, did not fight back.

Lily Stewart Allegedly Fled From Cops ... Nervous Over Bond Conditions

Lily Stewart, the University of Georgia student who went viral last week for her mug shot, allegedly gave cops an interesting explanation for trying to avoid her second arrest ... officers say she told them she tried to flee because she was out on bond.

Lily, as we first reported, got busted again over the weekend -- on charges of obstruction of a law enforcement officer and loitering/prowling -- and now we know why.
