Todd and Julie Chrisley have been pardoned after President Donald Trump signed off  Wednesday ... meaning they're officially free after more than two years in prison.

A White House official confirmed to TMZ ... the papers are all signed and the pardons are official -- so Todd and Julie will be walking out of federal prison very soon.

Their daughter Savannah shared the news to her Instagram too -- posting a pic of Trump beaming while presenting the pardons ... and claiming God hasn't turned his back on the Chrisley fam.

Federal prosecutors just released shocking new photos they say show the aftermath of the Molotov cocktail incident with Kid Cudi's Porsche -- an incident Cudi thinks Diddy was involved in -- and now we're seeing some of what jurors were shown in court.

Prosecutors just entered photos of Kid Cudi's car fire aftermath as exhibits in the case ... and they appear to show what Kid Cudi and LAFD arson investigator Lance Jimenez testified about in terms of fire damage from a Molotov cocktail.

Jimenez testified Wednesday an Olde English 800 malt liquor bottle was used in the incident and that when he arrived at the scene, he saw the bottle in the front seat ... and that appears to be what the photos show.

Todd and Julie Chrisley are trading orange jumpsuits and locked cells for street clothes and production crews -- 'cause reality TV cameras are ready to roll on their prison release ... TMZ has learned.

Production sources tell TMZ ... the Chrisley's new Lifetime reality show is already rolling, with cameras tracking Savannah and Chase’s every move. So with their parents now walking out of prison soon, you can bet that'll be a major part of the storyline.

We're told from sources connected to the family that the current production plan is to have cameras rolling in Florida for Todd and in Kentucky for Julie, ready to capture their release and bring back the classic Chrisley chaos.

Andrew and Tristan Tate may be charged in the UK for offenses including rape and human trafficking, prosecutors in the country have confirmed.

The Crown Prosecution Service says 21 total charges have been authorized against the two brothers -- Tristan's facing 11, and Andrew's facing 10.

However, CPS says the domestic criminal charges in Romania must be settled first before anything can move forward in the UK.

An arson investigator was testifying about the Molotov cocktail thrown into Kid Cudi's car back in January 2012 ... prosecutors believe the device was thrown at the behest of Diddy in a jealous rage over Cassie.

The arson investigator testified his unit had recovered DNA on the bottle used for the firebomb ... the partial DNA was from an unknown woman.

7:27 AM PT -- According to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, BJ Penn's mom, Lorraine Shin, claims she's the 79-year-old at the center of the allegations against the MMA legend.

In the docs -- which were part of an application written by Shin for a restraining order against Penn -- Shin alleged Penn is suffering from a psychological disorder that's caused him to believe she "killed his family" and has "taken over his mother's identity."

Court records show a TRO was granted in the case -- and both parties are due to appear before a judge on June 10 to share their sides of the story.

A Maryland woman was arrested in Florida after cops say she beat up a kid who hit her with a very juvenile Muppets-related burn.

Kristy Crampton, a 46-year-old from Hagerstown, MD, was arrested Monday at the Orlando Sanford Airport after cops got a call asking them to come to a gate where a flight headed for Maryland was sitting on the tarmac.

When they got there, cops say they spoke to Crampton and 2 other people -- whose names are redacted from the police report -- with one of them claiming the alleged victim was suffering from behavioral issues, both at home and on the flight.

The second suspect in NYC's notorious crypto torture caper is now cooling his heels behind bars after being hit with formal charges by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.

Prosecutors filed a criminal court complaint Tuesday in Manhattan Criminal Court, charging Bitcoin entrepreneur William Duplessie with several felonies -- kidnapping, assault, unlawful imprisonment and criminal possession of a weapon.

At his arraignment Tuesday evening, Duplessie was ordered held without bail after prosecutors asked the judge to remand him due to the severity of the crimes.

The tenth day of witness testimony in the Diddy criminal trial was all about former Bad Boy employee Capricorn Clark ... and prosecutors tried to use her testimony to make the racketeering charge against Diddy stick.

An attorney for the Chrisleys, Alex Little, partner at Litson PLLC, said in a statement ... "President Trump recognized what we’ve argued from the beginning: Todd and Julie were targeted because of their conservative values and high profile. Their prosecution was tainted by multiple constitutional violations and political bias."

President Trump is looking out for his fellow reality TV stars ... because POTUS just issued full pardons for "Chrisley Knows Best" stars Todd and Julie Chrisley.

The reality TV couple had been serving hard time after being convicted in 2022 of financial crimes ... but now they will be getting released from federal prison.

Trump called Todd and Julie's daughter Savannah to give her the good news.

Fivio Foreign's year has been a total wash, seeing he's been jailed since January on a weapons charge ... there could be a light at the end of the tunnel for the "City of Gods" rapper!!!

The New Jersey PIO tells TMZ Hip Hop that Fivio pled guilty to terroristic threats -- threat to commit a crime of violence in the 3rd degree.

Fivio had been facing 4 other charges, including unlawful possession of a weapon and aggravated assault, but Fivio's attorney Adam Lustberg tells us those counts are expected to be dismissed in exchange for his guilty plea.
