Haley Joel Osment's reportedly avoiding jail time after his public intoxication arrest ... because a judge has ordered him into a program to treat substance abuse instead.

The actor was arraigned Monday, and he was granted a one-year diversion program, according to People.

Osment must attend three AA meetings per week for the next six months, the outlet says ... and, he's got to meet with his therapist twice a week, too.

NBA YoungBoy's tourmate EBK Jaaybo got arrested just days after their 45-show tour was announced, but fans can keep hope alive for now ... he's expected to be a free bird by then!!!

Sources connected to the tour tell TMZ Hip Hop that contrary to the popular internet rumors, EBK Jaaybo has NOT been dropped from the "Make America Slime Again" tour, and should be able to hop onstage come Sept. 2 when the tour kicks off in Dallas.

We confirmed the charges with Arkansas State Police -- EBK was popped on drugs, weapons, theft by receiving, and animal fighting/cruelty on May 18, and transported to the Pope County Detention Center ... where the Stockton, CA rapper is currently sitting on ice.

Dr. Dobson came out firing at the talk show host ... saying Bill doesn't understand the manipulations Cassie had to deal with -- like allegedly agreeing to let a male escort urinate in her mouth to keep her mogul boyfriend happy.

In the days before he was shot to death, "King of the Hill" voice actor Jonathan Joss crashed a panel of show participants, then chopped it up on a podcast -- bringing up his bitterness over not being included in the animated sitcom's Disney revival, as well as his own death.

Joss was a guest on the "Bwaaa!" Podcast that taped Saturday ... just 24 hours before he was fatally shot on his San Antonio property, allegedly by his neighbor in a heated exchange.

Joss had not been invited back for the animated sitcom's revival, a corporate decision he addressed immediately on the podcast ... and he didn't try to hide his bitterness over the decision.

Diddy's former assistant "Mia" says she loves Cassie like a sister, but she didn't tell her about the mogul's alleged abuse because she says Diddy closely monitored their communications ... and he'd even put tracking devices on Cassie's car.

Mia took the stand for a third day of testimony Monday ... and, Diddy's defense attorney Brian Steel asked her why she wouldn't tell Cassie about Diddy allegedly raping her.

She responded by claiming Diddy could find out what she told Cassie ... saying he routinely took her and Cassie's phones -- presumably to search through them. He would even go so far as to put tracking devices on Cassie's car, with Mia telling the court ... "I’m not sure what he’s capable of. I was terrified.”

"Mia," a former assistant to Sean "Diddy" Combs who went on to work in development for one of his media companies, is continuing her testimony under a pseudonym for the third day. It's the fourth week of testimony in the case.

Mia is being cross-examined by defense attorney Brian Steel. Mia was asked about her time as an assistant to Diddy, and overseeing the possession of staff passports, which she confirms. This appears to be related to an episode Mia testified to last week, in which she says she left Diddy's yacht during a trip to St. Barts in the Caribbean under duress, but then returned to the boat, where her passport was held.

She confirmed she was finished working with Diddy by March 2017 ... she's then asked about a Christmas message she'd sent to Diddy in 2018, which reads, "Merry Christmas, I love you!" She says she'd just seen Diddy at the funeral for Kim Porter -- the mother of Diddy's children.

Jamie Foxx has been keeping his distance from Diddy -- but he threw the door wide open with some icy shade and razor-sharp words, leaving no doubt where he stands.

Taking the mic at a Comedy Store special, Jamie straight-up branded the embattled rapper, now tangled in a federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial in NYC, a "nasty motherf***er."

Mohamed Sabry Soliman appeared in Colorado court Monday following an attack on pro-Israel protesters gathering in Boulder, Colorado on Sunday ... Soliman is accused of using Molotov cocktails and what the FBI describes as a "makeshift flamethrower."

Soliman will be charged with 16 counts of attempted murder -- two for each of the eight victims, according to the New York Times. Soliman has been charged with at least one federal hate crime ... “hate crime involving actual or perceived race, religion, or national origin.” He was held on $10 million bond, and formal charges are expected Thursday.

Boulder Police said a crowd was attacked at a pro-Israel event called the "Run for Their Lives" walk at the city's Pearl Street Mall Sunday afternoon ... Molotov cocktails were hurled at people, injuring 8. Soliman was arrested shortly afterward.

A Virginia man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly held a gun to his young child's head and threatened to end his life -- and we have the horrifying photo.

Matthew Williams -- who is a convicted felon -- was arrested on April 21 by Richmond police after they were made aware of the incident. He was subsequently charged with attempted murder in the first degree, child abuse, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Police say they responded to a home on Ingram Avenue April 20 after the minor's mother called in to report the incident ... claiming she was on FaceTime with 25-year-old Williams and their son when he pointed a firearm at his head and threatened to kill her and the young boy.

Another week is in the books for the Diddy criminal trial, and it took only 13 days of witness testimony for President Trump to insert himself into the proceedings.

The biggest news from Friday's Diddy federal trial happened far from the Manhattan courtroom where he's being tried ... at the White House, Trump was asked about a potential pardon for Diddy if the music mogul gets convicted.

Trump left open the possibility of clemency ... telling reporters he would have to look at the case and the facts and determine if he thought Diddy was treated unfairly ... though it feels a bit premature at this point to be talking pardons.

One of Diddy's former assistants says she had to ask the music mogul for permission for just about anything ... including taking time off to lay her grandmother to rest.

The witness, who is testifying under the pseudonym "Mia," told jurors Friday in her second day on the stand that she had to get permission to leave or do things ... saying she even "had to beg to go to my grandma's funeral."

This all came out during cross-examination ... with Mia getting grilled by Diddy defense attorney Brian Steel.

Todd and Julie Chrisley are home from federal prison after getting pardons from President Trump, and their family and legal team talked about their release in a press conference ... where Todd fired a shot at CNN.

Todd and Savannah Chrisley, as well as attorneys Alex Little and Zack Lawson, held a press conference Friday in Nashville where they reacted to the full and unconditional pardons granted by Trump.

Savannah stepped up to the mic first ... calling Todd and Julie's pardons a "dream" and expressing gratitude for everyone in the Trump administration and beyond for getting her parents out of jail. She also railed against the "politicization" of the Department of Justice.

The prosecution asked Mia about several harrowing incidents over the course of her employment with Diddy, including her time in development with Revolt Films, one of the mogul's Combs Enterprises companies. She told the jury Diddy's ongoing intimidation of her resulted in anxiety attacks and PTSD ... and her eventual parting with Diddy.

She said she left the company in 2017, when Diddy wanted to shut down Revolt Films. She said they were working out severance pay for her.
