As if the Bryan Kohberger mass murder case couldn't get any more demented ... well, now there are new photos of the twisted killer — and one featuring his totally deranged face!

NewsNation's Banfield obtained selfie pics of Kohberger, some naked from the waist up, showing off his slim but muscular build.

In one of the snaps, you can see an injury on his ring finger, purportedly from the victims' fighting back during his savage 2022 attack that left 4 University of Idaho students dead.

Police in Texas can apparently turn a suspect into a human punching bag on camera and keep on working like nothing happened ... because that's what's playing out right now in El Paso.

Here's the deal ... officers in El Paso were caught on video beating the living daylights out of a man they arrested over the weekend, prompting a use of force review.

The El Paso Police Department tells TMZ ... no police officers have been placed on administrative leave in connection with this incident.

Laken Snelling found herself making some ugly headlines in late August 2025, when she was arrested and accused of hiding a dead baby in her closet.

The story regarding the former competitive collegiate cheerleader only grew more troubling from there, as questions were raised over her connection to the deceased newborn.

We're going to take a look into Snelling's background and see how she ended up in trouble with the law after becoming the focus of a police investigation.

Snelling's originally from Tennessee, and she moved one state over when she started attending the University of Kentucky.

She later joined the school's competitive STUNT team -- which is similar to a cheerleading squad -- and she had been a member of the squad for three years prior to her arrest.

Snelling dropped out of the University of Kentucky and left the STUNT team following her arrest, according to the Lexington Herald Leader.

She returned to her parents' home and was placed on house arrest in early September, according to People.

Snelling was previously in a relationship with Izaiah Hall, a member of the football team at Cumberland University in Tennessee, according to the NY Post.

The college athlete provided a DNA sample to Lexington Police after Snelling's alleged actions came to light.

Although their relationship eventually ended, Hall's father wouldn't give the Post any specifics about a date when they broke up.

Snelling was in a relationship with former college basketball player Connor Jordan at the time of her arrest, according to the NY Post.

Authorities were called to Snelling's off-campus residence in Lexington on August 27 after a report was received about an unresponsive infant, who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to People.

Snelling reportedly admitted to giving birth to the infant, whom she wrapped in a towel and placed in a black trash bag, along with other evidence of the birth.

Although she's been identified as the infant's biological mother, it's currently unknown if the infant was alive or stillborn. It's also unclear if she suffered a miscarriage or knew she was pregnant before she gave birth.

El Paso, Texas police used a suspect as a human punching bag, beating the living daylights out of him over the weekend ... and it was all caught on video.

Check it out ... several officers are seen taking the suspect into custody with one cop kneeing him in the face and then repeatedly punching him in the back while he's kneeling on the ground.

The clip jumps to the same officer hunching over the suspect whose still down on the ground ... the cop slams his fist into the back of the suspect before pulling out a taser and zapping him.

The scruffy comedian was busted Friday by the Hickory PD after a grand jury handed down a felony indictment charging him with one count of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and 9 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. New twist in the case of the Kentucky judge who was fatally shot on camera by a former sheriff ... turns out Judge Kevin Mullins allegedly had NO relationship with the underage daughter of ex-Sheriff Shawn Stines.

First, let's recap ... back in Sept. 2024, Mullins was sitting at his desk in his chambers when Stines walked in with a gun and shot him dead ... as a security camera captured the shooting on video, which was later publicly disseminated. Prosecutors charged former Letcher County Sheriff Stines with murder.

At the time, it was widely believed Mullins was fooling around with Stines' daughter because her phone number was allegedly found in his phone's call log. Stines had supposedly found out about the relationship and decided to take matters into his own hands ... we're learning that was not the case.

The autopsy report for the University of Kentucky cheerleader Laken Snelling's infant has been completed ... but investigators are still left with questions about how the baby died.

A report from the Fayette County Coroner's office obtained by TMZ reveals the cause of death of the baby boy -- who died on August 27 -- is inconclusive and that "extensive microscopic analyses are essential to determine the cause and manner of death."

Coroner Gary W. Ginn confirms the investigation remains open and his office is "conducting a thorough and methodical death investigation to ensure all facts are carefully considered."

Police say they were dispatched last Wednesday morning to a residence near the UK campus when a call came in for a "deceased infant located inside of a closet."
