Tom Girardi, the estranged husband of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne, is heading to prison -- he was just sentenced in a Los Angeles court to seven years and three months in federal prison for embezzlement.

The sentence comes after he was found guilty of stealing $15 million from his clients over a decade-long period -- infamously including $3 million of settlement cash from relatives of the victims of the 2018 Lion Air crash.

In addition to his prison sentence, U.S. District Judge Josephine Staton in Los Angeles fined Girardi $35,000 and ordered him to pay more than $2.3 million in restitution.

The "King of the Hill" voice actor who was shot and killed, allegedly by his neighbor, had a bitter feud with the man for several years ... and it had nothing to do with homophobia, neighbors say.

Here's the deal ... hours after TMZ broke the news Jonathan Joss had been killed Sunday during an altercation on his San Antonio property ... the actor's husband, Tristan Kern de Gonzales, said on Facebook the shooting was a hate crime -- as homophobic slurs were allegedly hurled by the suspect at the scene.

However, neighbors tell TMZ ... they did NOT hear anything homophobic said in the moment of the intense fight, and they say Joss and suspect Sigfredo Alvarez Ceja have been locked in a bitter feud for years -- neighbors blaming Joss' "antics" for disturbing an otherwise quiet, peaceful block.

DeAngelo Miles, a high school football standout and team captain, was fatally shot in Chicago this weekend ... just days after graduation.

The Chicago Police Department says it received a call regarding a person shot at the 11900 block of S. Wallace on Sunday around 3 AM ... and when officers arrived, a witness stated they had located a teen in the alley after hearing gunshots.

"The witness relocated to where the victim was and discovered the victim unresponsive on the ground with a gunshot wound to the head," the CPD spokesperson told us.

Diddy once saved his former assistant from R. Kelly ... or, at least the version of her boss she dreamed up did, she revealed on Day 14 of testimony.

"Mia" -- Diddy's former assistant who used the pseudonym while testifying -- was back on the stand Monday ... and, she name-dropped quite a few celebs during her time on the stand.

The most shocking had to be R. Kelly, who made an appearance in a dream she had ... one where she was trapped in an elevator with Kelly and Diddy had to step in to save her.

Haley Joel Osment's reportedly avoiding jail time after his public intoxication arrest ... because a judge has ordered him into a program to treat substance abuse instead.

The actor was arraigned Monday, and he was granted a one-year diversion program, according to People.

Osment must attend three AA meetings per week for the next six months, the outlet says ... and, he's got to meet with his therapist twice a week, too.

Diddy's former assistant "Mia" says she loves Cassie like a sister, but she didn't tell her about the mogul's alleged abuse because she says Diddy closely monitored their communications ... and he'd even put tracking devices on Cassie's car.

Mia took the stand for a third day of testimony Monday ... and, Diddy's defense attorney Brian Steel asked her why she wouldn't tell Cassie about Diddy allegedly raping her.

She responded by claiming Diddy could find out what she told Cassie ... saying he routinely took her and Cassie's phones -- presumably to search through them. He would even go so far as to put tracking devices on Cassie's car, with Mia telling the court ... "I’m not sure what he’s capable of. I was terrified.”

Todd and Savannah Chrisley, as well as attorneys Alex Little and Zack Lawson, held a press conference Friday in Nashville where they reacted to the full and unconditional pardons granted by Trump.

Savannah stepped up to the mic first ... calling Todd and Julie's pardons a "dream" and expressing gratitude for everyone in the Trump administration and beyond for getting her parents out of jail. She also railed against the "politicization" of the Department of Justice.

Russell Brand pleaded not guilty to all five rape and assault charges against him at a London court Friday.

The comedian and actor formally claimed his innocence of one count of rape, one of oral rape, two instances of sexual assault and one count of indecent assault at Southwark Crown Court, TMZ can confirm.

He is expected to attend a pre-trial review on May 20, 2026, and his trial is scheduled to kick off in June next year. He will continue his conditional bail, a judge confirmed.

The man who allegedly plowed his vehicle through a sea of celebrating Liverpool FC fans earlier this week has just been hit with over half a dozen criminal charges, officials announced.

Merseyside Police Assistant Chief Constable Jenny Sims said Thursday 53-year-old Paul Doyle has been charged with two counts of unlawful and malicious wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, two counts of causing unlawful and malicious grievous bodily harm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, two counts of attempted unlawful and malicious grievous bodily harm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, and one count of dangerous driving for his alleged actions during Liverpool FC's trophy parade on Monday.

Sims revealed Doyle has been taken into custody ... and will appear before a judge on Friday morning to face the charges.
