Bryan Kohberger wants to take back the guilty plea that spared him the death penalty ... claiming he's innocent and only confessed because of "false promises" and "blatant disinformation."

Kohberger -- serving four consecutive life sentences for allegedly murdering University of Idaho students Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin -- told The New York Times he filed a petition seeking to reopen the case and go to trial.

He declared ... "My actual innocence is my truth" ... insisting his plea "MUST be withdrawn."

Kohberger even welcomed prosecutors to seek the death penalty again in a statement to the NYT.

Andy Reid publicly addressed the shooting of offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy’s wife ... and the Kansas City Chiefs head coach provided an encouraging update on Mia's condition.

Big Red made the comments while speaking to reporters after practice at training camp in Missouri on Monday, opening up with a statement expressing support for his longtime assistant.

“Our hearts go out to Eric Bieniemy and his family,” Reid said. "Our thoughts and prayers are with them. I can't get into details on it, but things happen sometimes, and Eric will work through it. He's got a great support group here, as does his family."

Sean "Diddy" Combs is doing time in solitary confinement after getting into a violent prison brawl ... and his new surroundings come with new rules and restrictions.

We got our hands on the Admission and Orientation Inmate Handbook for FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, where Diddy is locked up, and it lays out life inside "Disciplinary Segregation" ... otherwise known as "the hole."

According to the handbook ... Diddy will be denied certain privileges for breaking the Bureau of Prisons' rules and regulations by getting into a fight with another inmate last week. Diddy's personal property also might be taken away by prison officials.

9 AM PT -- The Federal Bureau of Prisons has responded to Tate's gripes, telling TMZ ... "FDC Miami receives an annual water certification from Miami-Dade Water and Sewer concerning the quality of the drinking water supply. Currently, the drinking water at FDC Miami is certified safe to drink."

Andrew Tate claims his conditions in jail are cruel and unusual ... because the drinking water is not up to his standards ... and it's giving him a tummy ache.

The influencer went on a social media rant over the weekend, claiming the only water he has in his cell comes from a "brown and filthy" shower faucet.

Andrew says he is not allowed to drink bottled water and is being "forced to drink poisoned water." He says the water is not clean and is giving him "persistent stomach problems." Sorry, no Evian or Fiji water in the clink.

A security guard for Drakeo the Ruler who says he was working for the rapper in late 2021 alleges he saw YG with a knife during the brawl that took Drakeo's life.

In a deposition from March 19, 2025, Alrick Cooper III -- a member of Drakeo's security detail at the Once Upon a Time in L.A. festival on December 18, 2021 -- swore YG was “front and center” during the fight, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Cooper claims YG was one of three men carrying what he said appeared to be short, improvised knives.

A senior Florida man hired a "sugar baby" he met on Tinder for $1,000 ... but ended their first date by ramming her car and pulling a gun when she attempted to flee.

Here's the deal -- police in Sumter County say 67-year-old David O’Brien told an unnamed woman he met on Tinder earlier this month that he was "looking for a sugar baby" and he'd pay $1,000 per visit, and the duo decided to meet for a date this past Tuesday.

Things appeared to be going as planned -- cops say O'Brien gave the woman $200 and took her to a lingerie store where she bought three items ... and then later gave her another $600 at a restaurant.

The tension between Celeste Rivas and D4vd was at a boiling point before she was killed last April ... and it seems she was done with him.

This new information came to light Friday, during D4vd's preliminary hearing ... prosecutors showing text messages between the young teen and singer from August 2022 to March 2025, just a month before she was killed and dismembered.

In the March 2026 conversation, the 14-year-old girl told the singer she was through with him ... and that if they wanted to be friends ... it would only be online, never in person again.

The text read, "I don't want anything to do with you in person anymore." Later in the messages, D4vd told Celeste, "Yeah the boundary setting is terrible."

Celeste replied, "It's not even that, D, a lot more than just that."

Graphic photos of Celeste Rivas having sexual encounters with D4vd were described in court Friday ... and it was more than enough to send her parents running for the exit.

Prosecutors detailed numerous pics of Celeste engaged in sexual acts with her alleged murderer during D4vd's preliminary hearing ... and all the talk caused Celeste's parents to become distraught.

In fact, prosecutors actually suggested Celeste's mother and father leave the courtroom ... telling them they shouldn't hear about the images ... and they exited in tears.

Tony Romo has been arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence ... TMZ has confirmed.

The former Cowboys QB was jailed in Milwaukee Thursday night. The local outlet Fox 6 was the first to report on the arrest.

The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office states Romo was pulled over on a high-rise bridge while going southbound on I-43. He was taken into custody after they say he performed poorly on several field sobriety tests.

Diddy got into a fight with a fellow inmate at his federal lockup in New Jersey -- and, after all the dust settled, he wound up in solitary confinement, TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources tell us Sean "Diddy" Combs went toe to toe with the other inmate this week inside FCI Fort Dix in NJ. We're told things got heated after the inmate dissed Diddy, who then decided to take matters into his own hands.

Our sources say the two inmates got into a scuffle and started pushing each other and throwing jabs. We're told Diddy "held his own" during the brawl, which was quickly squashed by prison staff who separated both men.

Gruesome photos showing Celeste Rivas' dismembered and decomposing remains are so tough to look at, folks started pouring out of the courtroom after they were shown in court during D4vd's preliminary hearing.

During Friday's hearing, medical examiner Dr. Grant Ho -- who examined the young girl's body -- returned to the stand to describe incredibly graphic images presented by the prosecution.

At one point, Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman showed photos of Celeste's two amputated fingers ... eliciting gasps and shrieks from inside the courtroom.

Even D4vd looked away from the graphic image.

Diddy's recent prison fight could end up undoing some of the good behavior credit he's already racked up ... so says the former warden of Rikers Island.

Howard Robertson -- a former New York City Department of Correction employee who rose to the top job at one of New York's most notorious federal pens -- joined us on "TMZ Live" Friday ... and he told Charles everything Diddy does behind bars is being scrutinized, including the brawl.

Robertson says a judge will eventually look at his prison record and decide if he deserves credit for good behavior ... and this violent fight could be a serious strike against him.

Ex-NFL star Marcellus Wiley's estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley, claims he violated a court order by coming within a few yards of her at an event they both attended … TMZ has learned. 

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Annemarie claims Marcellus came to their son's tournament on July 8, despite being served with paperwork for a temporary restraining order. The former 'RHOBH' star claims Marcellus came within 15 to 20 feet of her.

Annemarie took photos of Marcellus at the event and submitted them as evidence. She said he also called her, which is against the court order. 

Lindsay Clancy's ex-husband is making an unusual plea to the judge in her upcoming murder case ... he doesn't want pictures of his murdered children shown during her trial.

Patrick Clancy -- who discovered their 3 children dead in their Massachusetts home in January 2023 -- reportedly filed a motion this week begging the judge to not show crime scene pics or allow his 911 call to be played in court.

The trial is going to be televised ... and Patrick doesn't want those graphic details being blasted out into the ether.

Eminem's ex-wife Kim Scott unleashed a verbal barrage on police and paramedics as they tried to wheel her away following her suicide attempt ... and the explosive scene plays out on police body cam footage.

According to Nashville police ... James Brewington Jr. surrendered Thursday for outstanding warrants related to a 2025 fatal head-on collision.

The 61-year-old was allegedly behind the wheel when he swerved into oncoming traffic to go around a car making a right turn ... smashing into another car, killing a 41-year-old.
