Diddy is out of solitary confinement following his alleged prison brawl ... TMZ has learned.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Diddy was released from the hole at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, where he'd been placed after getting into a fight with another inmate.
As we reported, Diddy went toe to toe with a fellow inmate after the man allegedly dissed him. We're told the two got into a scuffle, pushing each other and throwing jabs before prison staff quickly broke it up.
Nick Reiner Indicted on New Murder Charges ... Special Circumstances Added
Nick Reiner has been indicted for allegedly murdering his parents -- Rob and Michele Reiner -- and special circumstance allegations have been added.
According to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office ... Reiner pled not guilty Wednesday to two counts of murder with the special circumstance allegations of multiple murders and murder by means of lying in wait after a grand jury indictment was unsealed. He also faces another special allegation that he personally used a dangerous and deadly weapon, a knife.
Special circumstances can increase potential penalties for Nick if he's found guilty at trial. It's unclear if prosecutors plan to pursue the death penalty, but it opens the door for the D.A. to pursue capital punishment if Nick is convicted.

The federal Bureau of Prisons says Carmine's release date has been pushed up to September 2, 2027, which is a nearly 13-month stretch instead of his original 15-month sentence.
As we reported, Carmine pleaded guilty in 2024 to a $1.1 wire fraud scheme tied to COVID-19 relief funds. Carmine surrendered Monday to the feds and was imprisoned at the Federal Correctional Institution Fairton in Fairton, New Jersey.

Courtney Clenney Pleads Guilty to Manslaughter ... Release in Less than 2 Years
Courtney Clenney made a wise plea deal Monday ... because she could be a free woman in less than 2 years.
Courtney, who was facing second-degree murder, pled guilty to manslaughter in the 2022 death of her boyfriend Christian Obumseli. Courtney and prosecutors agreed to a sentence of 6 years in prison, but she gets credit for time served, and she's been behind bars 4 years to the day.
With credits, she could get out in a little over a year and a half. Mind you, she was looking down the barrel of life in prison, so this is about as good a deal as she could get. Even if there was a hung jury, she'd be locked in a prison cell awaiting retrial, and that could take at least a year.
When she's released, Courtney will have to undergo mental health and substance abuse treatment.
