14-Year-Old Murder Suspect's Dad Made Creepy Music Video With Girl ... Before Allegedly Fathering Child With Daughter
The father of the 14-year-old murder suspect on the run released a music video last year ... and it will certainly raise some eyebrows given the charges he's facing.
Here's the deal ... Sergio Galvez Perez released a video last year for his song "Eres Princesa Como la Rosa" -- in which he's got his hands all over what looks like a fairly young girl, who we have confirmed is not his daughter.
In the video, he appears to touch her hands and face -- including in one scene where the two are standing in what looks like a motel room.

4:55 PM PT -- District Judge Tony Graf Jr. has ruled that Tyler Robinson will stand trial for the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk.
Tyler Robinson is back in a Utah courtroom to hear whether he's heading for trial ... and we're live streaming the dramatic proceedings.
District Judge Tony Graf Jr. will hear arguments Tuesday in Provo, UT, to decide if there's enough probable cause to justify a murder trial.
Robinson hasn't entered a plea to the 6 charges he's facing yet ... but prosecutors are expected to go for the death penalty.
Mackenzie Shirilla Loses Latest Appeal Fight
The Ohio Supreme Court has shut down Mackenzie Shirilla's appeal once again ... rejecting her motion Tuesday.
Shirilla had asked the court to reconsider their previous denial of her appeal ... but the court is standing its ground.
According to the Columbus Dispatch, the court said in its ruling ... "It is ordered by the court that the motion for reconsideration in this case is denied."
She had taken her appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court back in June, which they denied.

Infamous Pastor John-Paul Miller is back in the headlines following the Netflix documentary "Death of a Pastor's Wife" ... and we've learned the terms of his release on bond prohibit him from possessing a firearm ... after his late wife died from a self-inflicted gunshot.
JP was accused of cyberstalking his late wife, Mica Miller, for nearly three years and lying to police. He was indicted by a grand jury in December 2025 but posted a $100K bond.
According to docs obtained by TMZ, the conditions of JP's release, as the case remains pending, require that he not travel outside South Carolina without authorization from the probation office, not excessively use alcohol, and not possess any weapon, including a firearm.

The NYPD fatally shot a woman after authorities say she stabbed two people in a terrifying rampage through New York City's busy Times Square before turning a knife on responding officers.
Authorities say the chaos unfolded when the 49 year old woman allegedly stabbed a man and then a woman in less than 30 seconds. NYPD officers rushed to the scene, where they encountered the woman still armed with a knife.
Wild video captures the tense confrontation as officers repeatedly ordered her to drop the weapon. Police say the woman instead threatened to kill the officers while advancing toward them with the knife, prompting them to open fire.

10:30 AM PT -- Los Angeles D.A. Nathan Hochman addressed the media after the hearing ... saying the death penalty remains on the table, but prosecutors have not decided whether they will explore that route.
TMZ also asked Hochman about D4vd substituting his legal counsel ... and he said he expects the public defender will give the singer "zealous" representation as the case proceeds.
9:12 AM PT -- D4vd pleaded not guilty and is expected back in court on October 19.
D4vd has just suffered a big blow in his murder case ... his lawyers told the judge they can't rep him anymore, a public defender has stepped in, and it's apparent the singer has run out of cash.
Blair Berk, Marilyn Bednarski and Regina Peter told the judge they are unable to continue representing D4vd. Although they did not give a reason, everything screams ... D4vd is broke.
Berk, Bednarski and Peter tell TMZ ... "This morning the court granted our request to withdraw as counsel and appointed the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office, after it was determined David qualified for appointed counsel."
The lawyers go on ... "We continue to support David and his defense against these serious charges. We are grateful that the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office has taken over the representation and that David has a highly capable and committed team of attorneys and investigators behind him."
A public defender has stepped in, citing the fact D4vd is indigent.

Bryan Kohberger’s new legal team has come out swinging … claiming the public should be careful not to believe everything they’ve heard about the case, TMZ has learned.
The convicted murderer’s new lawyer, Jason Goldman, tells PEOPLE that the public should “simply caution against assuming that everything the public believes it knows about this case tells the complete story.”
Jason added, “There remain serious questions about how this case reached its present posture and a hearing will provide an appropriate forum to address those issues.”

08/31/2026 5:22 PM PT -- Duane "Keffe D" Davis has been found guilty of murder in the first degree in the death of Tupac Shakur.
Closing arguments have ended in the Tupac Shakur murder trial ... and now the jury have began deliberating.
As you know, Duane "Keffe D" Davis has been charged with first-degree murder for the iconic artist's 1996 killing ... making him the only person to ever be criminally charged in Tupac's death.
Prosecutors aren't accusing Keffe D of firing any shots himself, but argue that he was the one calling them.
They say that -- based on his own police interviews and memoir anecdotes -- KD orchestrated the Las Vegas shooting as retaliation for a fight Tupac and his crew got in with his nephew earlier that night.

Police rushed to a row house on Locust Street around 12:25 AM Sunday after receiving reports of multiple gunshots, according to multiple local outlets. Trenton Police say officers arriving at the scene found several people suffering from gunshot wounds.
Two victims were pronounced dead, while 9 others were injured and transported for medical treatment. Some of the wounded victims were taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center.
